The prices were great, and the customer service was even better. The employee helping us was super nice and patient. While I was there, another customer was arguing about returning the dumplings and making a pretty big scene. Honestly, it seemed like she was mostly upset because she didn't get the color she wanted. Even with all of that going on, the employee stayed calm and professional. Overall, I had a really positive experience and will definitely be back. Great prices and great customer service!

I came in to see if I can exchange the size, the cashier said NO. The reason was I just cut the tag and was not intact. Only a split 2min for my daughter to try on. She said: No return or exchange. I purchased about $55 worth of stuff, with that said in her tone. I want to return all the items that I just purchased. The cashier person said;NO! Their policy is ,REFUND worth $20 under of the TOTAL purchased! So with $55 purchased I will not get a refund!!! When speaking of her store policy..NOWHERE was displayed except when I completed the purchased and went to my car for my daughter to try on the new croc. WHY IS YOUR DAME POLICY didn't face the customer or DISPLAY ? This is pure robbing the customer blindly. Employee #1012 Mexican girl with glasses. Bad attitudes will never see any of my friends or family business again. This will be the last time business your ripping me off.

They are well stocked! Customer service is always friendly and helpful. At the convenience of the shop being free standing and not inside of a mall, the Town center does get busy and parking can be a little difficult if you come on a weekend. But just park a little bit further, and you'll be fine. I would rather go through that instead of struggling for parking at a mall and walk inside to find where the store is located.

They were trying not to let me exchange something I had just bought and I know customer service and exchange policies of B&BW because I've exchanged one thing in the past. So Gabby giving me a hard time about it was not necessary at all. Also she tried to tell me I should be nicer. I didn't raise my voice, I didn't use profanity, I just knew the exchange policy better than her and she didn't like that. I wasn't being mean or nice. I was being as a matter of fact which isn't mean. Why do I have to be all fluffy and cheerful with unicorns and rainbows? I just got off work and was tired and wanted my stuff and an exchange. Last I knew customers didn't have to be all giddy. That's their job not mine. Even though this location is about 3 miles further than LB town center I really like the easy in/out. But now I have to change my home store to LB town center and pray their service is better than Cerritos town center. For the record Gabby I do not have to be nice. So long as I'm not aggressive or cursing or loud I don't have to smile or be fluffy. If I don't want to say hi or bye that's my right. No where in history does it say customers have to be cheerful. I was just trying to get my stuff and get out. Tired as heck from working all day. I would not recommend this store if you had options.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. Recently, I came here and the guest service was on point. It wasn't until I got to the checkout counter that things just became very annoying. I selected a couple of tees for my daughter and niece. My intentions were to pay together and get two separate shopping bags for my daughter and niece. The cashier tells me," I'm sorry but unfortunately we didn't order enough bags to give you two." Really? I responded," That's poor management on behalf of your store. What are guests supposed to do if you run out of bags?" No response. I requested to have my daughter's and niece's items rang separately to obtain two separate bags. After ringing the second purchase she still asks me the stupidest question," Do you mind if I bag everything inside of one bag?" I replied," Of course. I need two bags. I paid separately. Give me two bags." Having worked retail before. I understand the policies regarding not giving people empty shopping bags without purchases. There's a belief that giving them an empty shopping bag will allow them to shoplift. In my case. It was just stupid. Still give them four stars for service, selection and value for my money.

So I use to work here, but not anymore. I'm not going to rant about how much we got paid here, etc…read more I'm going to tell you about the store overall. Basically it's like a Abercrombie & Fitch store for smaller people. Sometimes, just SOMETIMES if your an adult you can possibly squeeze into a kids XL, or like I've seen some women do, they wear the boys clothes... Sometimes it gets a little crazy in here, with all the clearance stuff thrown on the floor, and littering the third room. But that only happens when the store in a hyper active mode. AKA Christmas time. I personally don't have kids, but I'm probably never going to buy them stuff from here. It's just messy and freakishly weird.

Immediately I felt in love w the shoe, I'm a shoe gal ‍ I also ordered a set of bracelets. My shoes arrived at the store super fast, my pick up due date was 9/17. Two days passed n then I noticed that on 9/15 they have refund me my money n my order was cancelled due to the fact that i didn't picked my order. I reach out to customer service immediately and they give me a lame excuse due to lack of space in the store to which my order was cancelled. Mind you, my expected pick up date was on the 17. I had already bought a matching jacket and I was soo genuinely excited. NOW, I've decided not to pick up the rest of my order. My pick up date was on 9/17, today's date is 9/26. Why does the bracelet have no cancellation rush as my Dr.Martins shoes?!? They canceled my shoes before the expected pick up date, but they haven't canceled my pick up order after 8 days past due date. That's incredible insane!!! Manager should check if any employees bought Dr.Martens lately because honestly, that was really sketchy
