Writing this partly because I overheard another customer while I was shopping and wanted to share that I had the complete opposite experience....i stopped by to grab some of the viral dumplings and Needohs and was really happy with my experience. The prices were great, and the customer service was even better. The employee helping us was super nice and patient. While I was there, another customer was arguing about returning the dumplings and making a pretty big scene. Honestly, it seemed like she was mostly upset because she didn't get the color she wanted. Even with all of that going on, the employee stayed calm and professional. Overall, I had a really positive experience and will definitely be back. Great prices and great customer service! read more

I came in today with my toddler. We bought several items and 1 pair of crocs size 13/1 which is a little big for her and we were in the car in front of the store. I came in to see if I can exchange the size, the cashier said NO. The reason was I just cut the tag and was not intact. Only a split 2min for my daughter to try on. She said: No return or exchange. I purchased about $55 worth of stuff, with that said in her tone. I want to return all the items that I just purchased. The cashier person said;NO! Their policy is ,REFUND worth $20 under of the TOTAL purchased! So with $55 purchased I will not get a refund!!! When speaking of her store policy..NOWHERE was displayed except when I completed the purchased and went to my car for my daughter to try on the new croc. WHY IS YOUR DAME POLICY didn't face the customer or DISPLAY ? This is pure robbing the customer blindly. Employee #1012 Mexican girl with glasses. WORST SERVICE EVER. First of all I came in early in the morning to drop off some stroller that i wanted to get rid of. They said i would have to come back because there were 5 people who dropped off things and those were getting inspected. Then I was like okay. They called the # on the my account and they told us they couldn't say if we got store credit/cash or they did not want it over the phone but the inspection was over. I came and in that same day and i told them them i was here to either pick up my Stoller i dropped off. She said can you pls come back her... i got my kid out the car because i thought this was a quick exchange and we went to the back for her to just say oh yeah there is rust here and blah blah. When she could have just told me oh yeah they are right there. Sorry they did not pass inspection. Then i would have just reversed my car and put them in. Instead i had to go back into my car and bucle my kid and then reverse the car to put in my strollers... like you really had to do all that just to say you aren't taking. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I had came weeks previously wanted to just give it to them for free but they said they can't even do that. The customer service is just absurd. Also I'm 9 months pregnant and have no consideration. I will not purchase from here or try to ever sell her. Super long process for them to be so dismissive. read more

I won't be going back here or selling anything here. This store missed out on 20 boxes of baby stuff. I will be taking it over to Kid to Kid in Pasadena. I called ahead of time to ask what time I should get there and they told me 9:30am. I was standing in line and thought I was the 10th person but then someone said the box in front of me was hers and she was saving a spot in line. Saving a spot in line with a box should not be allowed. The store clerk told me "sorryyyy" with a grin like I should get over it. I'm the 11th person in line, I woke up early to get here while I'm pregnant, and I drove 35 minutes. The energy was bitchy! It's a stupid policy! I showed up based on their website with four trash bags of clothes. The girl at the front desk was polite and told us the system for selling means you have to show up at 8 am weekdays or make a Saturday appointment but they're booked four months out. She said we could ask her boss if she would look at the clothes. The older woman with short curly hair was EXTREMELY rude. She asked why we had showed up and I told her the website did not mention any hours for selling and she insisted they did and tried to argue with me. Very unprofessional and I would never come back here. Rude, not informative. As a first time there didn't even try to give a better experience when I had called before hand and no one let me know on Saturdays is appointments only? Shouldn't that be told? I told her I've been calling all week and her response was "why would you call?" Not really sure why there's bad reviews here, but our own experience was great. We showed up around 9:40am on a Friday since we had a few baby items we wanted to sell since both our kids were growing out of it. We never really did this before, and Christy and Itzel were both very helpful and quick to guide us through the process. It took a little time for the inspection of the stuff we were trying to sell but the process was smooth and we had no issues really. At first we wanted to just donate the items but I guess that's not something you can do, which is fine for us since we were going in with the mindset of donating anyway. Love the vibe there, and the store itself is very clean and organized. We were impressed with the wide selection of items they did have, and at a fraction of the cost of what we'd see over at donation centers like Goodwill or Salvation Army. This was my first time at this store, and my experience was so so I arrived early at around 8:10 AM, even though the store didn't open until 9:30 AM. I went there to sell my son's clothing and had a large trash bag full of 5T clothes. When the store finally opened at 9:30 AM, the employees arrived at the same time and needed about 10 more minutes to set up the register. After that, they informed us that their system was down. The employees took our names and phone numbers and began checking the clothes manually. The person who assisted me, who I believe was the owner, had short curly hair and seemed to have an attitude throughout the process.But the other 2 employees were very friendly. I received a call around 12:08 PM informing me that the clothes were ready. Out of the entire large trash bag, they only accepted about five pieces and two or three pairs of shoes.I only received 24$ and I'm not sure if I'll be back at this store The lady didn't made feel welcomed . I don't see any updates from recent reviews and i could possibly suggest that they are either deleted or won't speak up but had a horrible experience from wanting to sell. I won't go into details but I went and stood in line I was supposed to be the last person in line but i didn't know you could leave your stuff in line and come back when they open and the manager will ask you " didn't you count the people in front of you" .. so as someone who has worked retail in the past I am not in no way upset I ended up selling my items and had people come up to me interested in buying my items and was able to sell it for more but I am actually appalled being spoken to this way and I let her know i didn't know you could hold spots for others which 3 people were in front of me apparently but some lady was holding the spot for her party and and in front of the line 2 ladies had buckets of clothes and didn't know you are able to hold ANOTHER place in line, all this happened that day. I didn't mind at all but I know lots of other places that do not work like this and to me it lacks any type of business skills. So overall it's disorganized , overpriced , get next to nothing for selling items which is not bad as I'm not in a rush to sell items and I see that they take the items from you before even AGREEING to sell, and the customer service as someone who worked in retail and customer service for over 12 years and I'm glad i don't anymore is very unprofessional. In this type of work atmosphere of whatever business you are in you should know what etiquette and professionalism is and it's telling that they lack from it. I choose to take business elsewhere and it doesn't upset me at all but I'm more appalled of the so called manager. read more

Got some cool stuff for my nephew!! They have a lot of stuff for children that's pretty cool. Customer service was awesome!!

I wanted to provide an updated review for this establishment as my review from 5 years ago is clearly outdated! I had a horrible experience with them as i felt like their selling process didn't quite fit my needs. However, I still sell and buy items at this establishment and can share a more updated review since then. Buying: Buying is good and bad. My daughters are now 7 and 3 and I have a really hard time finding clothes for my 7 year old compared to what I can find for 4 and under. I do wish there was more clothes for kids older than 6 and up, as clothes for that age is the most expensive in retail store in my opinion. Also, don't forget to sign up for the email notifications and their instagram! They have sales off of colored tags and those are the days i usually go to stock up on school and play clothes for my kids. Their point system is always amazing and I am constantly taking advantage of all the coupons available for me thru their app just from shopping there. Also, this isn't a bad thing but, they don't have a set day where they add new clothes on the rack so you would have to check back every other day or every week to see if there are any new items. Also, I noticed from the last 5 years, they have hired new employees and they have been so sweet. I remember from my previous review that I mentioned that the establishment was not friendly, but I find myself being welcomed in and having small talk with the employees. They have really upgraded their customer service and front desk employees and it is much more friendly now. Selling: Selling is strict but i completely understand why. They want to sell clothes that will sell and not sit on the racks for a long time. That means clothes have to be in good condition or name brands. I've learned to only sell items I felt like I could sell on mercari/facebook rather than selling items that I could just pass on to a friend or to goodwill. Saves me time and saves their backs too from going thru baskets of clothes to choose from. Toys I have more luck in selling than of clothes! So if your toys are in good condition and clean, it is most likely going to be sold! There wait time isn't too bad but I have learned that as long as I communicate with them, they are very understanding and accommodating. My review from 5 years ago have clearly changed from recent years. This establishment have made changes to their business to make customer's shopping and selling experience more enjoyable. Though they are not 5/5 amazing, i understand that not all needs can be met. I can see now that i've been shopping here for 5 years now that their passion is more to buy items that are in very good condition so it can be reworn and loved to another family rather than for us to gain something from them. I recommend this establishment and their prices are hard to beat as prices in retails store continue to rise. read more
