I only gave a 4 star rating because the fitting rooms were closed and the prices were a lil more than I would like with clothing averaging $4-$8 but honestly this is one of the better Goodwills I've been to! Everything was organized by size which made the shopping experience soo much easier and their selection of clothing and categories is great. Staff were super kind and answered all my questions with patience. I had the pleaser of meeting Louise who made checking out sooo personable. She made sure my items were safe and protected during check out and also took time to make me feel seen as a customer. I have been donating lots of clothes and I have to say I am always very well greeted by this very nice lady. She is not very tall, black glasses and brown wavy hair. She must be in her 50's. I don't know her name but she is so kind, welcoming and always have nice words. She is very grateful for all the donations and it is very pleasant to have people that are happy to be there. The customer service at this Goodwill is excellent, and the store is always clean and well organized. The employees are friendly, helpful, and clearly do their best. That said, I'm pregnant and shopped here during extremely hot conditions, and it was outrageous that the air conditioning wasn't working. It was uncomfortable for customers, but I felt even worse for the employees who have to work in those conditions all day. No one should have to work in that kind of heat. The CEO and District Manager should address this issue immediately. A clean store and great staff deserve a safe, comfortable working environment. Fixing the air conditioning shouldn't be optional. read more

I haven't been to a Thrift Store in a long time. I miss the adventure, however I did check out this Goodwill as it was next to where we had lunch. I was impressed with how organized & clean it was as most Goodwill's are. Rack's galore of clothing & the bric-a-brac section offered collectibles, dish ware, etc. They have books & vinyl records, toys, etc. They don't have any dressing rooms. I can't recall if it's a week or more but they do offer a return policy. The staff is nice. The one negative...The Prices! Again, I've been out of the loop for a while but the prices tend to be more than what I would consider "thrift" prices. Plus, I took a pic of a brand new package of washcloths for baby from Bed Bath & Beyond. Goodwill priced it at $5.99 but that's what the Bed Bath & Beyond price sticker said also! First off the employees are great. I have been coming to this store for years and about 6 years ago the air conditioner stopped working. I know they repaired it once but it has stopped working again and they have nothing but put a big fan to mitigate the issue. Yes it's cool in front of fan but everywhere else is hot and im kind of tired of sweating while shopping. Really ridiculous they don't care about the customers yet the employees. Corporate needs to be ashamed of them selves. From the continuous price hikes on everything im sure the can afford to get it fixed but that may affect their christmas bonuses. Not sure where my previous review went, but here's another. If you're looking for clothing treasures then this is a good store for sure! My daughter never fails to leave here with a band shirt or something pretty cool. I'm more of an electronics hunter, and this store has an every small area for such, but there is a small toy area that tends to have cool items at times. The staff here are always friendly, and the place is always impeccably clean; if you like thrifting then you won't be let down. :) read more

Today the store has dresses and spring colors in the front window. As you go through the entrance to your left is a beautiful white wedding dress with a veil. Somebody's lucky if it's the right size for them. There is a rack of pretty red dresses for Valentine's Day. read more

This store has zero working air conditioning, and it is absolute heat torture inside. It's hot as hell, hotter than hell itself, suffocating, and completely unsafe for both shoppers and the employees forced to stand in this oven for hours. I saw a customer complain anout the temperature and the poor employees had to apologize and were kind enough to offer them a cold waterbottle. Feels worst than a sweatshop inside. God bless the employees that have to work here hope they get a good raise . It's disgraceful that the whoever is incharge is letting this store run in these conditions without fixing the AC. It is an absolute health hazard. Fix your broken building before someone passes out! read more

I've been to this Goodwill several times over the past two months, and the A/C is still broken. (Not surprised because its goodwill) It's unfair to both employees and customers. I was very pleased to see this location , added a drop off,.. however when I went to drop off some old clothes, I was met by a woman named genie.... she was extremely rude, and made me put my donations in the bin myself, not very good customer service. This location is by far the diamond of Goodwill! So clean and organized and the friendliest of staff. Very welcoming and warm. Now that's the MAJOR issue with this location. The temperature in this store is extremely hot and uncomfortable! Not conducive to shopping and trying on clothes and lingering to buy more. I frequent this location and it has been uncomfortable in there for awhile now! I feel for the employees. I will be back when they fix their A/C! This thrift store has some cool goodies which aren't too bad in price. I ended up buying one of their hats and they're all priced the same which was nice. All Goodwill's give seniors discounts but location may vary by the day; this location has it on Monday's. They also give military discounts (10%) which was nice. What I didn't like about this thrift store location was that there were absolutely NO MIRRORS except their fitting room which was so inconvenient. They have two fitting rooms but only one was serviceable. The last time I was here, they had a considerable amount of mirrors in the hat, shoe, and clothes section but they're all gone? They have great service but offer no specials, no color of the week tag, not half nor 1/4. We asked employees and they informed us company offers something like scan or sign-up to get notifications of any offers. I don't care for this new program. Deters me from making more purchases. I happened to be in the area and was seeking the local Goodwill so I could drop off a small bag of items. First off, the store is tucked away in the corner and I could see no visual signage until I was half way through the congested parking lot. Secondly, when I walked in I asked the only cashier on duty where do we drop donations off and she said I couldn't as this was not a donation center. I was puzzled by her answer, and like "huh?" I asked her what do you mean, there's a big rack outside by the entrance but I thought I would ask since I do not see any items on there. I told her when I looked up the Goodwills via google it specifies this location as a "donation center". She then told me that I could go ahead and leave my bag since it was small on the counter. They should have signs indicating that they do not accept donations. read more

I come here all the time, but never found the time to leave a review... until now! All of the staff is super friendly, including the management team, but there's one staff member that goes above and beyond with me and my kids and that's Alissa! My daughter Salem is 9 yrs old, and over time as we'd come in to shop her and Alissa would chit chat while we got rung up at the register. Now Salem can't wait to go see if Alissa is working just so they can giggle and trade stories with each other. Yours truly left with a new sport coat, a couple collared shirts & T-shirts for only $12, baby! That's how you do it! While not the most aesthetically pleasing, this Goodwill location (store only, not a collection center) does the job with it's easy to navigate layout. Women's clothing is located directly behind the registers, men's on the left, etc. Face it, for $2, the price can't be beat for new ensembles. Make sure to visit when you're not pressed for time, as scouring the racks for hidden gems can make the time fly. My only complaints for this Goodwill Store are that there are only 2 fitting rooms, which are usually occupied with customers trying on 20+ items. Being a guy, I circumvent the problem by trying on shirts in the store. The second complaint is the lack of shopping carts. It would be prudent to bring in your own rolling cart, and save yourself the hassle of fighting someone else for their cart. Popping tags, oh yeah! The $2 all clothing sale came & went and I went & came up. I'm reusing & contributing to a good cause all at the same time. The prices are reasonable w/o the sale, but the next time I come back will be the next $2 sale, where I'll be waiting in line like last time, ready to find those cheap treasures awaiting me. Such great finds ! I had to put things down. I didn't even get to finish because I was just there on lunch hour. Grabbed a bunch of long sleeves and a cute chunky sweater for work. I was connected to Alexander was really polite and told me the store is breaking policy.They are legally obligated to due an exchange since they use the Goodwill name. Since the store is much more spacious, it can seem empty. the racks of clothing were well organized based on the category and gender. Most of the furniture were displayed towards the back. But I've sometimes gone thrift store shopping with one of my friends who enjoys searching for treasures and often finds them. Today I was looking for a specific unusual type of mug (long story I won't bore anyone with) so went to the local Goodwill. I took a deep breath before I went in and was surprised to see that this store was very neat and clean and stink-free. It's a rather small store that mainly has clothing.
