Said would exchange but subtract 20% back to him for restocking fee.... Said fine I can find something less than $38 got a crown for $24.99 he has the audacity to say I owe $8. What a crook. I have never had such horrible service. Save your time and money go buy from Huntington park or Los Angeles where they will honor their word. This guy is a joke.

She seemed nice and asked me if I was searching for a specific color or occasion. I mentioned I was just looking to see if anything caught my attention. I have NO IDEA what vibes I gave off and how anyone could shop there comfortably, as she never left my side. As well as did not seem to like me touching the dress (I only looked at one). She was grabbing the dress from me while I tried to see the bottom of it. So I just decided to put it back on the rack the way I saw it and she said "I'll do it." I wouldn't go back because it was so uncomfortable and was not welcoming at all. The dress was also $80 for what I assume was a random brand and the quality was not suited for a baby's skin.

The manager IVAN refused to accept the return item because his "store would take this as a loss" and "would not be able to resell it" and requested to return to the original purchase location. I still had my original receipt and item in original condition. My tone and demeanor completely calm, I simply stated I do not understand .... Ivan raised his voice, sounded stressed out and flustered repeated again his explanation.... Of course I had another rebuttal. Then advised ok I'm only going to do it this time.... The minute I turn my back, after the transaction was complete, he tells the cashier exactly my rebuttal " make sure you mark that item as defective ". I unfortunately will not be returning to this location because of the service you provided IVAN. I work in customer service as well - communication is key. Had I walked in my work suit and full face of make up maybe I would have received different service is how you made me feel.
