This store has horrible customer service.. I had an encounter with an extremely rude employee who inserted herself into my conversation which she was not a part of! I was talking to my kid about a sale that was going and was saying that I was confused about which items were included in the sale and she very rudely said, "there's a sign on the table"... I mean very very rude, rolling her eyes, sarcastic... even said "well that's not my problem, I just work here" when I said I wasn't sure which items were included in the sale cause the sign didn't specify... as I kindly asked another employee if she can specify.. again, no one was asking her, yet she decided to rudely insert herself into the conversation.. when I let her know that there was no need to be rude she just snapped at me then proceeded to laugh at us with another employee (a male).. Her behavior even seemed to make the employee helping me uncomfortable (as that individual was being totally professional).. These employees had no name tags on so there was no way of knowing who she was.. but she had on a midriff exposing top, tattoos on her hips/waist and arms .. a butterfly and clock tattoo.. even my kid said "whoah she was so rude! Why was she acting like that toward us?!" And we are the calmest people.. it was so odd, so unprofessional and uncalled for and I don't know why they have employees working at the store who are so immature and disrespectful to paying customers and don't know how interact appropriately with guests. I will not return my business to that store until they hire employees who interact appropriately and respectfully with people. There wasn't even a manager in sight so who knows who is supervising these employees! Horrible! read more

I came here on Saturday and terrible service by the manager. I have never encountered a bad service in the retail industry. I asked to try on a jacket and the manager said "are you going to buy it?" With a rude attitude. She asked multiple times. I decided to take the jacket and was still walking around shopping and I felt like I was being followed all around the store. When I went to go pay, the guy at the register was super nice only positive thing about the experience was him.He wanted to make sure my app was working because I was struggling on getting logged back in to get a discount and I didn't mind if it was working or not but he insisted on making sure I got the discount. The line started piling up and the rude manager came and assumed as if it was my fault and I couldn't pay for it which was not the case. I would never come back to this location again. I wasn't local but I was in the area and wow. Honestly just wow. From reading the other reviews something definitely needs to change because it is multiple complaints about this store. read more

I love this store so many cute clothes for boys and girls. I feel like it might be the best store in Cerritos mall. Let me give you a scenario, so you're shopping with your best friend and her kid . You're officially done. She still has a bunch more to go. Take the kid and go into Cotton on for kids . Park in front of the TV. Pull up a little wooden chair and watch Shrek. Don't worry, the employees are on board with This activity. If the tv is not playing, they will go to the back and put it on for you. I went to this store today and it was ok the clothes were nice and the prices were good but I got confused when they asked if I wanted a bag for my items for 10 cents. I don't mind paying for a bag, but I've never heard of a clothing store charging for one. Also, I went to Burlington afterward, and I didn't have to pay for a bag. Body shaming and saying really mean things about her looks. I don't shop here, i'm not really a local but seriously? The service was really bad never coming here again wanted to go inside with my daughter to the fitting room and see how it fits ,told me I couldn't go in first time ever someone told me I couldn't go inside. After reading the few last reviews clearly something is wrong in management because I had the same issue as two other reviews I had been waiting to get rung up and when the cashier Lizett finally came to help she asked if I was ready I said yes went up to the register placed my items she pulled them closer to her then grabbed her phone to finish texting her friends I would for a good minute while I'm just staring at her waiting to get checked out. I've never experienced that which is why I found the need to make this review hoping management sees this. It felt pretty disrespectful and hopefully some changes can be made so that customers don't continue to have this issue. read more
