I took my mom to the mall for mother's Day so she could buy some stuff and everything was going well until my mom decided to go into Zara. She literally went in and out in a matter of 2 minutes because there wasn't acting that she liked and as she was walking out the security called her back and told her to open her bag. Anybody notice the stickers on their price tags? take it off and you will always see a different price. I found a pants at the store that had a $29.90 sticker but rung up for $59.90 at the kiosk. The worker immediately runs and takes the sticker off and tells us that the sticker was a mistake but that the real price was $49.90. I bought it anyways. I was racially profiled simply for having a stroller. The top flight security woman stopped me at the door and asked me to open my bags. I showed her they were shoe boxes from foot locker which I had previously purchased before entering Zara. She then insisted I remove them from my stroller and continuously stated "LET ME SEE YOU DONT HAVE IT". While all this is happening I have a toddler running around and my 8 year old scared and confused as to why the woman is yelling at me, while my 8 month old is waiting on us to leave. This woman not only harassed and accused me but she also took a picture of me and said "I have a picture of you". She said I wasn't free to go until I removed the bags from my stroller and if I left she already got the picture. Whatever that meant. I tried to return a coat that was only about 20 days past the return deadline, and not only did they refuse the return, but they also showed zero willingness to help in any way -- not even offering store credit. What's worse is the complete lack of empathy or effort. It felt like they just didn't care at all about keeping a customer. Policies are one thing, but good businesses know how to treat people and find reasonable solutions. This place clearly does not. I will never shop here again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before buying anything if there's even a slight chance you might need support later. She looked at me and said "So, you couldn't figure out self-check out?" I was so stunned by her rudeness that I simply replied "what?" She then repeated the exact same phrase. EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES! The cashier tried to refuse to honor the price written on the item I wanted to purchase. When I pointed out to the cashier (lady with red hair) that she scanned the item price that's different to the posted price, she rudely muttered something under her breath and then denied saying anything after I asked her to repeat what she had just said. On top of this, when my husband pointed out the LA county consumer law sticker posted behind the CASHIER SCREEN that says the "customers are entitled to the lowest advertised/posted price", the cashier turned the screen to look at the sticker and rudely said "I don't know what that sticker is or why they put it there, I don't even know what that means." What? She's a cashier and she doesn't know LA county law which their store policy should abide by? And finally, she was rude to my husband when he asked to speak to a manager. Then all the employees behind the counter just kept saying "well it's a brand new item, why was it tagged with a discount?" "And it's the only one by itself too". How is that my problem as a paying customer? What she tried to do which is charge me the higher price is ILLEGAL as per LA county law! I purchased a perfume yesterday, and when I returned to the store today to request a return or even just a store credit or exchange, I was told it was not allowed. I completely understand that stores have policies, but it was surprising and frustrating that there was absolutely no option provided, especially considering the item was purchased just one day earlier and is still brand new. I've been a loyal Zara customer for years, and this is the first time I've encountered a situation where there was no flexibility at all with a return, even for another product or store credit. Because Zara is such a well-known brand, I expected a more reasonable and customer-friendly resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider future purchases, especially when it comes to beauty and fragrance items. Went there to get some clothes for my daughter and myself. I would say the selection for kids is really cute. We chose two shirts and a sweater for my daughter. Unless, you are buying a very simple shirt, the price an item is approximately $22 or above. The sweater that we liked had 2 pcs available in the required size, but both had some threads pulled. I checked with one of the attendants to see if they have more stock available. She was very kind and said that they don't have additional stock but we can order either with her through the mobile POS or pay at the counter. I decided to order right there with her. She mentioned that delivery to the store is free but there are some charges for a home delivery. There was no urgency so we decided on the ship to store option for pick up. For the other 2 items we had to wait for a while to access the fitting room. Only two fitting rooms are available on the kids side. Wish there was 1 more fitting room to cut down on the wait time, as with kids it could take little longer. I picked few jeans to try on, but didn't choose any for purchase. There are enough try rooms on the women's side. In addition to the checkout at the counter option they also have set checkout kiosks (only for card payment). What I don't appreciate is being told to call customer service for approval, giving me hope the return would be honored, only to find out that the only person who could approve it was the store manager.. the SAME person who told me to call. In the end, she said the most she could offer was an even exchange.. even though she told me she would honor it with a non existent approval from customer service. I Will not be shopping at Zara again. I visited the store on Wednesday, October 29, and purchased two items - a pair of boots and a dress. I didn't have time to try on the dress while I was there. While waiting in line to check out, an employee asked me to use the self-checkout. I paid with my bank card, and the transaction was approved, but I never received a receipt. I then approached a store associate near the fitting rooms and asked if she could help me reprint the receipt. She told me it should be sent automatically to my email or by text, but I never received it. The next morning, I returned to the store to return the dress. However, I was unable to do so because I didn't have the receipt. I spoke with the store manager, who happened to be the same associate I had asked for help the previous day. She refused to assist me and said I couldn't return the item without a receipt. I reminded her that I had asked for her help the day before, but she seemed uninterested and brushed me off again, insisting that the receipt should have been emailed. I asked for her name, but she refused to give it to me. I also asked for a reference ID or some way to identify her, and she wouldn't provide that either. If customers can't get basic information, how are we supposed to resolve issues or report problems properly? This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I work hard for my money, and I will choose to spend it at Mango instead - their customer service, both from employees and managers, is much better. Everyone loves Zara! But - here's what you need to know about this specific location: THE GOOD: Clean and spacious, well kept and organized. Large selection of competitively priced pieces. Self-Checkout is quick and easy once you figure out it's there and how it works! THE BAD: This store (and actually the entire mall) is hot and muggy. Very uncomfortable shopping experience. Quite a few styles were out of the most popular sizes. One shirt I bought had a makeup stain (foundation) around the entire collar and it took 2 washes and stain remover to get it out... The checkout line was inexcusably long and slow moving. The self-checkout area is in the far right at the very back of the store with no signs. Most people didn't even know it existed! When we finally found out it was there, it took both me and my husband to figure out how to scan our items, remove sensor tags, etc. Employees were available to help, but only after standing and waiting for quite some time to find one to flag down. SUMMARY: This is my least favorite Zara location and I have no plans to return. I don't recommend this location. read more

Wow, now I am glad that my order, which I've been waiting on for days, didn't go through. The only customer service available is through a chat and they seem almost intentionally unhelpful. I placed an order on their site (which is very poorly set up and difficult to navigate); I entered my payment information, expiration, etc. The payment appeared to go through; I received a delivery estimate for the order, divided into two deliveries. My items were all pictured on the screen and the last 4 digits of my card and other card details showed. By all appearances, it was a completed order. But when I never received confirmation, I attempted to contact Zara and that was loads of fun. They kept repeating that they would use my feedback to improve their service. I asked them to please use my feedback to help ME place the order that had not gone through. I explained that the site was not functioning well, or was poorly designed or that perhaps I just was incapable but needed help regardless. One word: Pandemonium Visited this store a couple times, and unfortunately the same issue seems to still persist. There is nearly always only one cashier working the register in either the Men's, Women's, and Kid's sections resulting in a ridiculously long line leading to the door. No matter which section you choose, there is always a huge line of people waiting to make a purchase. The only positive thing about this location is that they offer a better/wider selection of clothes compared to the Zara located in The Grove. EVERYTIME i come here the line is literally out the door, and moves extremely extremely slowly. I came last week and waited in line for 17 mins and just left. I came back today and I've been standing in line so far for 20 mins, and still haven't reached the register. The last three times I've been here have been during the week, i wouldn't dare come here on The Weeknd. You guys need to invest in more registers and/or mobile check out. They were having a sale and naturally the store was a bit chaotic. The kids section was the neatest on this day. The line for the register was long and went towards the middle of the store. There is a self check out option but you'd still have to wait in the line to be called/asked if you want to do it. You simply put the items in the designated area and it will read all your purchases. Just follow the prompts on the screen then take off the sensor tags. The associate was of no help really. She was really rude but it got done. I think this store has so much potential but the floor associates are lacking in service skills. I saw a few of them just giving everyone bad looks while looking busy. Inefficient; poor management. The process/procedures at this location are non-existent. I see little to no staff; and the ones that aren't at a register are folding clothes. It seems to me the priorities are skewed. Extremely long wait to checkout, one register open (this is my 5th time here and left because this is a common practice as of lately); I've even attempted visiting at different times. I recently had to start wearing formal business attire so I begin buying blazers and dresses from the website. Most of my items had to be returned. I was lucky enough to find different sizes at the store to replace the items. Since the associate said online orders are different I had to return everything and purchase the items I wanted. First time 4/26/23. I usually shop at Nordstroms but went there with my daughter (bad ideal for me) browsing around i found some silky button up blouses (sale price $39, say it all.). I purchase one black and one olive. So first time wearing the olive top, i put it on and when i unbutton the top button, it snagged the material. Then when it was on, i hear something fall.
