The day i went there, there was two big black full trash bags, i believe those can be removed. 2. Why the road was so filthy in the complex, surroundings can be improved. --Store. 1. Sales representative could be move interactive. Some people might be traveling from far, a greeting and a short conversation will help. 2. Fix the peeled wall paper. Remove the cosmetics session if nothing is there. 3. Open sign could be better. Some glass window in the door will help help to see if any activity inside. -- Clothes 1. All clothes were randomly dumped. No size or type or weather demarcation. 2. Why so many clothes are there. so hard to choose. select few and display in a neat way. We had a great experience, we ended up ordering custom made to order sherwani suit for both my husband and son. The JJ team did a great job measuring for both and ordering from their store in Pakistan; we were a bit anxious about the fitment, however, both came out quite well. The finish was great, the buttons were awesome and most importantly, the fitting was fabulous. They outcome was exactly what we wanted! Very happy to have that JJ is so near to OC. This location of Junaid Jamshed is a disgrace to the Junaid Jamshed brand. There were four employees working there who could care less about their job. The store was empty for the most part, so it was not like the associates were too busy to help. The one guy sitting at the cash was extremely disrespectful and didn't even have the decency to provide customer service. I had approached him to ask the price of a couple scarves they had by the counter. At first he ignored me and then when I repeated myself, he still continued to talk to me in short responses without looking up at me, while looking at his phone. The whole interaction was him too busy texting on his phone and giving me partial responses. When I asked him the price, instead of being courteous enough to check it, he was like "I guess it's $12".  Later on, a girl came to help me instead because this guy could care less to help out. At the time of checkout their computer wasn't working so I was moved to the other computer. When she had to get change, the girl needed to go ask the guys for the change - at which point he give me a ripped up dollar bill. I simply asked if she can give me another one because I didn't want to have trouble using it. The three guys started mocking me in Urdu in front of me as if I didn't understand them and I directly told him that I want a better bill. At this point I was fed up and just wanted to leave with my item so I was visibly upset and told them I want my item so I can leave.  The environment of this store is extremely unprofessional with immature guys just sitting on their phone not willing to help the customers, disrespectful with the employees talking about customers in front of them, and completely disorganized where one person needs to go approach other people just to get change.  This was the worst experience I've had at Junaid Jumshed and the worst customer service environment I've faced. I would not recommend going here. The employees don't have basic human decency, yet alone customer service skills.  I suggest the Junaid Jamshed corporation look into this store and the terrible customer service they are providing and damaging the brand as a whole. I don't recommend anyone to waste their time and money at this location, as it is simply terrible. read more

False advertisement. Got men kurtas that said digital embroidery when i got the kurtas they had print on them instead of embroidery. Worse customer service as no one answers your email or phone Calls. Worse payment portal that does not work and it goes through out US and Pakistan as I tried both sites. I was looking for a shalwar kameez and had gone through all the stores in the area and couldn't find anything to my liking. When I came into Junaid Jamshed, I was super confused because I didn't know what would like nice on me. There was a guy who welcomed me as soon as I walked in, which was already a step up from the other stores. Then another guy came up to me right away to ask me what I was looking for. Both guys helped me from start to finish. He helped me choose the color, found my perfect size and style. I could not be any happier, their customer service was outstanding. The other stores didn't have any variety and the material wasn't all that great either honestly. I'm glad I walked into Junaid Jamshed, it definitely met all my expectations. This is a amazing store particular for the women all types of dressy clothes Pakistani style mostly prices at $35 to $45. There must be several hundred different types of women shirts. They also carry shoes for men women and turbans .The parking is plenty and the customer service excellent. The layout is awesome and its a must visit store. read more

Horrible shopping experience. As much as I love shopping at JJ, they need to make customers shopping experience pleasant. Anytime and everytime that I have been to the store, they never have the AC on. Every customer in the store was complaining. Today 08/11, temperature was clocked at 101F. Imagine how sweaty experience was inside. Also they had fliers out claiming upto 70% off. When we went to the store, there was no item that was 70% off. You cannot combine items and claim 70%off. The most was 40% off. Again false advertising. Will update the review in future, if the customer experience improves. read more

Got multiple Kurtis for my daughter. They for delivered within 4 days of ordering which I was ecstatic about. But all of them have ripped apart from random spots , which can't be fixed. Just after one or two wear , highly disappointed. Not going to buy from them again. read more

Lovely, articulate and attentive staff shower you with attention and top of the line customer service. The selection is honestly overwhelming. Plenty of sizes and different styles. Whether you need a fancy outfit for a wedding in a pinch, or something simple for a night at the mosque or if you just want to visit Pakistan for a couple of hours without hopping on a plane , I highly recommend a visit to this Junaid Jamshed store!
