Melissa gives over the top service, despite how busy it was she took the time to assist me and was very kind. She did a stock check and located a pair of shoes that 2 other girls had said they did mot have in my size. Stopped by in the evening, the girl in the front and the girl that is expecting at the register both were NOT friendly and very dismissive. I tried to tell the girl that is pregnant how great Melissa was and she cut me off in the middle of my sentence and she couldnt of cared less about the feedback. Came in to try on a formal dress that was ticket at FULL price. I wanted to take it home to compare it to the same one I purchased online in a smaller size to see which fit better and they informed me it would be final sale!!! If I purchase it online I have 14days to return it yet in store they say final sale!?!? How does that make any sense. Anyway that was a disappointment and waste of time. I have never walk away from somewhere so mad, I went to the store to buy some shorts and right as I walk in I saw some cute shorts that I fell in love with and the first girl that help me was so nice and helpful and so I got a size 9 to try them on and before I walk in to the dressing room a girl that was in the cash register tells me "hey how many" so I tell her just one item to try on and she said okay. I try on the shorts and they didn't fit me so I was gonna go try a size down and also mind you before I went in there, there was a hanger already inside and when I got out the same girl that was in the cash register ask me how everything went and I told her I just need to size down on the shorts as I'm holding the shorts in my hand and she goes into the fitting room I was in and sees the hanger and comes out and yells at me "WHERES THE TOP!!??" and I was like what? And she goes the top and shows me the hanger and I told her I told you I was only trying out one thing and show her the shorts that was in my hand and she goes "Oh yeah you did say one thing" she didn't even apologize for accusing me of stealing something. I'm never gonna shop here again. If you guys are concerned with people stealing you guys should have someone by the fitting rooms at all times and clean anything before someone goes in there. terrible customer service. I went wednesday 5/20/26 around 1 pm and the workers are so incredibly rude??? First of all the worker who is around 4"11 maybe 5feet,latina with long black curly hair gave me a stank face and ignored me when i asked her for information on an item i liked( she was too busy gossiping with her manager). Then her MANAGER who was holding a clipboard (a balayage hairstyle, and a bit taller, possibly asian?) was also incredibly rude. she responded to me in the worst way telling me whatever i i see is the last of it. Also workplaces have a NO GOSSIPING rule but they clearly don't listen to that either, they were gossiping about their own coworkers which is clearly something HR wouldn't like! On January 19, at 5:20pm , I visited the Cerritos Windsor, was disappointed by the harassment I faced from a staff member. While I was polite from the start, I was singled out and followed throughout the store. The employee was aggressive and rolled her eyes after I said no thankyou when she tried to grab merchandise from me, and made the environment very uncomfortable. It felt less like 'loss prevention' and more like personal targeting/bullying. I still made my purchase, but I won't be coming back to this location or maybe I will idk. read more

Came in on a Monday afternoon and it was dead. I saw a dress up on the wall and saw 2 workers talking by the register. I said "excuse me" and the girl who had her turned back to me ignored me. (I know she heard me because she paused when she was talking and then continued on) So her co-worker tells her, "behind you." Tell me why she turns around and rolls her eyes at me. Anyhow, I ignored that and asked for her to bring the dress down. So fast forward, now I'm waiting my turn to pay and I'm debating on 2 different dresses. I get to the register and finally decide which one I want. As she begins to ring me up, she tells her co-worker, "DONT YOU JUST LOVE WHEN CUSTOMERS BRING THEIR GO BACKS TO THE REGISTER" to which she replied "OH MY GOD YES. MY FAVE" To top it off, she's not even young and what I mean by that is that I can see kids straight out of HS acting this way, but she was literally a grown woman. I don't wish bad on anyone or that they get less hours (I've worked retail. I'm aware the hours suck), but I do hope she gets proper customer service training. read more

All Windsor locations I've been to mostly have very rude associates, including this one. They either blatantly ignore or respond in a way where they really don't want to help you out. I understand how busy Windsor can get, but that's no reason that 9/10 times, the poor customer service has been consistent. I love Windsor so I've tried my best to look past the people that this company hires, and I'm glad I did because the girl that helped me out at this location today was exceptional. I took my 15 year old granddaughter to this store looking for a dress for a Homecoming dance. We were lucky it was not very crowded because most girls were still in school. My granddaughter grabbed appt 20 dresses in her size. I would expect that anyone helping us at the dressing rooms would be a little annoyed with us. Not at all! Vanessa could not have been sweeter. I hated everything about my experience at Windsor. I wasn't greeted. I wasn't asked if i needed help. No one was helping the customers in the fitting rooms. I understand it can get boring at work and feel the need to invite your friends to hangout with you BUT DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT SO OBVIOUS ??? How did I know they were friends ? They were talking about some party coming up and felt the need to go into details about what they should wear, if they should get an Uber or drive, who might be at the party etc etc. THE STORE WAS FULL OF PEOPLE !!! Had a horrible experience at this location today. We went in to look at dresses for a bridal shower and the employee who was working their had the worst attitude. First she gave us attitude when we asked to try on a dress that was hung up higher than we can reach. Then she rudely handed it to my mom and turned around. We went to the fitting rooms to try on the dress and got told we couldn't be in those fitting rooms. We were fine with that except she gave us such an attitude about it. I don't know how we were suppose to know we couldn't use those fitting rooms when she didn't pay any attention to us, there were no signs, and someone had literally walked out of there right before us. When my mom finished trying on the dress my mom asked her what the return policy would be which she quickly snapped and said "this is final sale". My mom then said thank you and that she would pass on the dress, the worker completely ignored her even though my mom had her hand out trying to give her the dress back because we couldn't reach where it was suppose to go. Went in today because another retail store (Windsor) advice the dress I was looking for was at this location Cerritos .. so I made a drive and Stop by the store; I found The dress I was looking for, unfortunately the dress didn't fit and was too lose and stretch out.. so walked to the cash register to ask if they possibly had in a size small. Cashier stated it was only online. I was definitely interested in buying so I said okay, can I place the order here . She brush me off and instead just gave me the dress item number. Advice that I can order it online myself and I can get free shipping if the dress was over 75. Which it wasn't therefore I asked to order it from the store. We all know how hard it is to find the perfect outfit, especially for New Years. Brenda and Amber was by far the best at keeping their patience and advising my outfit to my expectation. So let me tell you a funny story-- my amazing, and of course tired, boyfriend thought it was a smart idea to sit down where the accessories stand. And whattayaknow! It falls! Right above his head! Everyone broke their necks and his face turned red. Myra, the manager on duty, helped cleaned up the mess he created with ease. All three workers were seriously a big help through this crazy day. I've gotten several dresses from here. No, not homecoming or prom dresses. I'm much too old to even look at those. I bought a cute, flirty metallic blue dress for an evening wedding once. Then a hot LBD for a cocktail soiree with the bf. This time, I was in need of a summery dress for a church wedding that I could also wear to a bridal shower for another bride to be. 'Tis the season for weddings! I love how they separate the dresses and tops by color. Too bad I couldn't find anything in gray and pink. I love that combo.! I did, however, find a really cute floral halter dress! I can pair it with flats for a casual outing, dress it up with heels, or wear it with a shrug for a more conservative look. The clothes here are definitely geared towards the young 'uns, but they're better quality than Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe. Don't get me wrong, I shop at those stores too, but I was going for a slightly more polished look. The girl manning the fitting rooms was nice. I received great service at the cash register too. I am very happy with this Windsor location. This was the third location I went to in one day and I walked out with the perfect ball gown. This location had so many selections at amazing prices that I tried on over 8 dresses and had a hard time picking one dress out of the final four I had liked. The associate that helped me was a great help! She was very friendly and gave me her opinions on the different dresses I had tried on, which ultimately helped me pick the dress I took home. The only reason I knocked this place down one star is because I was standing at the counter for a good chunk of time to pick up a dress I had put on hold (yes, so many selections that I didn't even take home the dress that was placed on hold!) and was not even acknowledged as I stood there waiting. read more

The service here is terrible; my single experience here was not ideal at all and I will never come back. I remember when my friends and I went shopping for winter formal dresses we were so excited and picked out a few each to try on/compare etc. When we got out of the dressing rooms however we were snidely informed by a girl that worked there that we weren't allowed to try on any more dresses and if we did, she would call her manager. I was actually considering buying a dress but my friends and I were so shocked and insulted at being treated this way that we left immediately. I am only giving this review 5 stars because the associate Kathy was excellent. Kathy earned this 5 star review by helping me set up a dressing room when she saw me holding a few dresses that I wanted to try on as I was still browsing their selection. Once I was ready to try on she took care of me by setting me up in the dressing room and checking up on me to make sure I didn't need another size or help with anything else. She deserves this review not like the cashier who checked me out, she was completely the opposite. Hardly acknowledge me when I was ready to pay and during the transaction she was chit-chatting with another associate asking her to cover her shifts since she has cover for her in the past. Found that rude and unprofessional to do in front of a guest. Felt totally ignored by cashier. But once again Kathy was awesome!!! read more
