The staff in the changing room and the register were nice and helpful. But the floor staff kept on following me around. I got a dirty look from one staff member and everywhere I turned, it seems there was staff eyeing the clothes in my hands while gauging my proximity to the door. Finally I check out and exited Uniqlo to find a security guard stationed outside the store. He eyed my bag before walking away. I think the staff could do better. I did not appreciate the treatment I received. This is the closest store to me and I will be going again, however begrudgingly. Should it happen again, I won't hesitate to call them out on it. I will be notifying corporate and the Los Cerritos Mall management.

I decided to take the jacket and was still walking around shopping and I felt like I was being followed all around the store. There are lots of clothing stores and dessert places, and there's a movie theater and some nice restaurants, but I will say there's NOT much to do as a fun activity for families with small kids. Older kids will have some things to do like VR or build-a-bear, but smaller kids will not. Food court is fine, there's some good options and I actually like that it's next to the entrance/exit of the mall so you don't have to be "stuck" in a second story hidden area forcing you to walk by stores while getting out of the mall. Standard mall food court options like Sbarro, it's really just a place to hang out. Again, nothing special, but super clean and open space brings this to an average 3/5 for me.
