The workers here have always been nice and they keep the dressing rooms fairly clean. The store itself is actually clean and very well maintained. The one reason I don't come to this one as often is because for it being a pretty big store this location seems to always be low on stock. I'm not sure if its because its right next to the mall so its just busy or they just get low quantities of sized but I always have to end up just ordering the items online. Its a nice store and I do enjoy coming to this one just wished they had more stock.

And American Eagle actually had something that caught my eye (a pullover sweater). As I was checking out the Sales Associate, Catherine, assisted me and she was so nice. I've tried petite sizes from other brands and I always keep going back to LOFT as mi default. The customer service has changed a lot. I was just there twice in the last few weeks and the customer service if friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I noticed this change since a while back but I hadn't thought of coming back and updating my review. Being there earlier this week reminded me to come back and update it. Only part that I still don't like is that they won't price match their online prices. I do more online shopping than in store. Sometimes I end up buying in store and then having to return store bought items when there's a significant price difference online. It's a bit of a hassle. Alsooo, internet connection is awful inside the store so you can't even price compare with their online prices in real time.

The store is a large well stocked and great prices I love seeing new items furniture bedding candies snacks etc and I almost always find what I came to buy unless I get sidetracked like I did today. Today's visit was to find new sandals for my upcoming cruise I found a nice pair after trying on at about 10 and I was exhausted but I'm happy I found one pair. The price brand is Kensie the color: Platino size 8M $24.99 they feel very comfortable. I wanted a comforter and saw a few I like but the store was a bit crowded so I'll return next week and purchase one and two decorative pillows. I found a nougat candy $3.99 similar to ones I had in childhood they taste very good I also bought two bags of Jelly Belly buttered popcorn flavor $3.00 each. I found a nice wooden stand trimmed in black metal I will place small jars of things I use daily in my bathroom. $16.99 I also bought a nice print of a flower for my bathroom it looks very nice in the small space and only set me back $14.99. Towels I love plush towels and when I see what I like I usually buy the same or similar colors. The brand is Common Thread face towels $8.99 & Calvin Klein hand towels $12.99 & Common Thread bath towels $8.99 I only found one plush bath towel it's different from my regular towels and too nice to pass up. I grabbed an Adam's Family T-shirt with Wednesday on it. I love it so much! Such a cute shirt! I also grabbed another T-shirt, because why not? They were 5 bucks. I almost bought a mug too. They had a super cute Ghostface mug there, but I went with the shirts instead. Maybe next time, I will get the mug. I also was eyeballing some of the piercing jewelry. They had some adorable cherries that I wanted, but my husband said no. lol It's fine. I think most people know that half of Spencer's is gag gifts and dirty stuff lol It's nice to see that Spencer's is still selling funny things and gag gifts. Service was good. At the Lakewood mall--Hubby & I were looking for his Stafford shirts at JC Penney. I walked past Target heading to JCP as I glanced over & noticed Carter's Clearance---made a bee line for it & Bam! Yes, this is perfect! The plan was to head over to Marshals to get a gift for a co-worker's baby shower. I barely know her & heck, I didn't even know the baby's gender. So I asked one of the employees, Marsela, if they have blankets or anything gender neutral to give. Unfortunately, she said, not at this time but maybe later on. They've just open this store about 3 months ago. She proceeded to show me ideas for gender neutral gifts. She was pleasant & helpful. Hubby was waiting so I was in & outta there like swimwear! Now there's this option to buy baby clothes. Love it!
