For starters i won't be going back and i'm sure they don't do a lot all day because it's location is a little odd lol and it's never packed like a mall's shoe palace but there was 2 girls and neither of them wanted to be there the i don't give a f*ck attitude was insane clearly didn't want to help me out although one girl asked what i needed help in and i looked at shoes about to grab one and ask her if they had a size 11 in the shoe and she was gone the minute i asked the question so i went to go look for her and took a while for someone to help me out. i parked in the back and they have about 3 employees in the back outside just talking and vaping so don't know what's up with that either and mind you that's the designated parking for them so it doesn't look very good either i'm sure they could care less but if i was the owner of that location id be pretty embarrassed....moving on to the most irritating part ( yes it gets worse ) the music jeez....i cannot fathom or even explain how loud it was it was simply unbareable !!! I was on facetime with my partner to pick out a shoe as a gift for a birthday party the day of and for the life of me i couldn't hear shit. My volume was all the way up and we were both getting frustrated because we couldn't hear eachother as i was showing him the shoe options. I honestly didn't even want to buy any shoes the lady was giving attitude and a hard time almost like she didn't even want me to buy anything seriously not exaggerating at all. at the register i couldn't hear what she was saying over the loud music and she spoke up but with MAJOR tone and even gave a little face attitude.... I wanted to get shoes for myself too but hell no i didn't wanna go through that i felt so un welcomed shes lucky it was an emergency gift if not i would've simply said yk what ? bi'm good and walked away i wish i got her name but it was a short girl w a slick back pony tail. I'm not one to write a review but damn that was frustrating as hell !!!!!!!! Wouldn't wanna come back and i hope the owner or manager does something about this wether it's retraining or just calling them out on it because it's upsetting seeing employees ruin the reputation of a business when it's probably not even the owners fault read more

I went into this shoepalace to find my girlfriend shoes. As I was inside I needed assistance and I asked one of the guys and he ignored me. Didn't think nothing of it until Marissa saw me and helped me out. I made her pull out 5 different shoes and I felt bad but she was amazing. I asked if she was the store manager and she said no and pointed at the guy who ignored me. I was very shocked because he didn't seem to give me store manager vibes. As she was helping me he was lifting up his shirt which was just not appropriate at that certain time. I was very confused and just hope he can set a better example for people around him. Very disappointed with this store. First off when you walk in the staff don't show any type of examples of social distancing, which during this time is very important. Then you have one staff member who is walking around with his mask covering his chin !!! You then have multiple staff members talking very loudly about their weekend using profound words. To me that was very unprofessional. Then to top it if I asked a sales associate for a shoe size in which he tells me " sure let me go check that for you"..... waited about 4 minutes for him to come out with no shoe in hand, he is on his phone texting, and walks right past me and doesn't say one word. So I go up to him and ask him for the size and he responds with " oh we didn't have that size" !! Seriously MAN! Horrible customer service ! In my opinion this place needs to be trained in customer service ASAP! Avoid this place if possible. read more

Bought some Airmax 720 a few months ago. Yesterday the air came out so I just came in with no box or receipt. I tried giving the employees, Alonso, the card I used to look up the transaction like every other store is able to do, but he says that they aren't able to. He made a phone call and simply said over the phone that "I said I bought them here but have no box and no receipt." When I bought the shoes that was the first question I asked. I previously had issues with some KD's and I took them back to footlocker with no box or receipt. They looked up the transaction with my CC and replaced them. I brought that up when I bought them here and the gentleman that sold them to me said that if I had any issues to just bring them back. This is ridiculous. read more

Horrible store, won the Jordan 1 hyper royals raffle and when I got there they came out with Jordan 1 volts. I even called before the raffle to see if it was for the hyper royals and they said yes.
