Came in on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 1:40pm. I went to lunch in the shopping center where this little PIECE OF SHIT store is located. I saw this store and knew that I needed some jeans, so my friend and I went over to look around. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE, so why the PUNK ASS cashier could not stop his intense conversation with his buddy and acknowledge us is beyond me. You were too busy to even nod your head and say, "Hi?" Dude, really????? Fuuuuuuck! You are an independent business trying to make it out here in the world of bigger and better stores with better merchandise, better prices, better return and exchange policies, and definitely better customer service! There's a reason why stores like Nordstrom and Macy's have been around for many, many decades...CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They know that customers are who keep them in business. Yes, they have a lot of nice stuff in here, but almost all of it is for men. Only a tiny selection is for women, not including the shoes. Prices are kinda high, too and I'll be damned that I pay a higher price and the customer service sucks ass!! Apparently the owner has been smelling his own shit, because he thinks he's the shit with these prices and the lame ass employees he's hired....yeah he's the shit, alright...a smoking hot piece! We stayed all of 10 minutes. That was all I could take. That guy behind the counter never spoke to us. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, THIS WOULD BE IT! My friend & I had lunch in the plaza. She mentioned that she needed jeans & saw this store across the way. We made our way to the store. Upon entering the store, Hip Hop music was playing, clothes neatly folded & displayed. That's about it for being nice at this store. There were two guys standing by the register. One behind the counter & one on the opposites side engaging in an intense conversation. The guy behind the counter did not stop his conversation with his buddy. No acknowledgement of us, No greeting whatsoever! 90% of the clothing & shoes were for men. A very small section for women. The prices were not cheap either. The store was empty (Tuesday August 3, 2016- Time 13:40). My friend & I were the only ones in the store! 8 minutes gone by, a female worker came out from the back, glanced over at us but never greeted us or asked if we needed help. Now by this time, my friend & I are furious & didn't think that they needed our business. Apparently a conversation with your buddy is more important & staffs are not trained to provide customer service. Do Not come here & spend your money! It's obvious that they don't need to do business. Customer Service is not priority! You would think that being in retail, customer service is important. I'm not asking for bend over backward service. 2/27C/16 @1045am, came in this morning to shop for a pair of shoes. I needed the size availability on a pair. Made eye contact with a female helper no luck for 15 mins. Finally she decides to to come by and just to tell me they don't have the size im looking for by just looking at the display and just walked away without saying anything else. I don't think she enjoys her job lack of customer service. Im a manager at another retail store and i would of fired her the way she does her job. She needs customer service training.
