Customer service, management and the employees who worked at this location on 04/05/24 have got to be retrained or fired because they all suck . I was wearing my work uniform and one of their associates kept following me around the store.. i get it theft prevention but come on girl please try not to make it so obvious you make the experience hostile. The only reason I come to this store is because it's within walking distance to my house. I will say the employees could do better at being friendly, don't work in customer service if you hate people. They always think you're stealing. You cannot try any clothes so the only chance to try it is by buying it, you can exchange the piece within 3 days but there are no money refunds, this is extremely inconvenient no one is gonna buy many different pieces that they might of liked just to try them and see if it fits your body and try to return those that did not to come across that you only get to exchange it and not get your money back, a good way for the store to loose money & clients. read more

Very helpful staff I was greeted and was able to shop calmy around the store. It's big and spacious and everything is organized.

On April 22,2021, I came in with my mom and niece to make a few purchases. My mom went to the back where the shoes were to go find some she wanted to buy. My mom found some she wanted and tried the one on display. When being screened to come into store we were told we cannot try on clothing items and did not know shoes would also be included in this protocol. Our mistake, we understand. However, a rather short employee named Samantha or Casandra rudely yelled at my mom that she cannot try them. Instead of showing mannerisms as an employee should, she completely disrespected my mom multiple times. Ruined our experience completely. We've been coming into this store for years since it opened. The time frame this situation happened was around from 11:45 am- 12:10 pm. Spoke to the cashier in the front, she said she would speak to manager which was not present. It's actually cool that Bell has a pretty big clothing store around. J-Core carries a lot of cute clothes, accessories/jewelry and shoes. Their sizes range from Small to 3XL. Everything is well organized. Sometimes they do have some good deals but the majority of time their prices are a little expensive... at least for me they are. This store is a really big store, it's basically split in half regular size clothing, and then on the other side of the store a big section for plus sizes which is really nice! This place looks cool my wife loves it, I came in to see what I could get her for her birthday so I was standing there with my kid waiting for some help from the staff, and no one would even look or ask if I needed anything. So I finally go up to some of them and ask for there help and it was almost like if I was bordering them. Horrible customer service.
