She took my measurements and brought some products to try. I wanted something with good support to wear while I work. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Will definitely continue to come back and recommend her

You'll be overwhelmed at first because there are so many to choose from. Take your time. Ask lots of questions. Things to consider: 1. How easy will it be to go to the restroom? (Zipper or hooks?) 2. What's your objective? To look smoother in your clothes or train your waist? 3. Built in bra or not? 4. Do you want the one the length of shorts or the one that stops at your rump, like a panty? So much to consider. She gives you a pair of disposable undies, so you can try on as many as you need to get the right fit. It's an investment so take your time. I'm on my third one and they're all different. I kinda learned along the way. I highly recommend, it's my new obsession.

I'm 5'2", weigh 145lbs and purchased a M/L (the largest size they offer). When I got home and tried them on, it was extremely difficult just to pull them up. They barely came up, and while trying to pull them up all the way, I ended up putting a huge hole in the back/butt area. Honestly, I can't imagine how anyone taller than me could wear these. You would probably have to be under 5 feet tall to comfortably pull them up. For $27, they were not worth it at all, and I wasn't even able to wear them.

I used to come here pretty often, different staff at the time and I loved how beautiful of an aura the store had at that time. This was very different and makes the quality of the store very cheap. I don't think I want to shop here anymore due to this. Maybe let people shop? We're in 2026 guys everything is going the way it is and California is expensive as is, going to shop for lingerie is supposed to be enjoyable and as a poc it's getting really old to pocket watch, please mind your business.

It looked like there was plenty of selection if I could fit in anything right at the front door there was taken additional 30% off, so I'm sure there was good value. My biggest compliment of them is the people there that we're working really cared and were jumping around helping people so I would recommend this store hands-down.

Nothing's going to fit you. You're too small." My husband explained that he regularly wears a 3XL. Instead of helping him find something to try, she responded, "Yeah, but it's not going to look good on you." He again told her that he would still like to try something on because he wears a 3X regularly. She then told him he could try a 2X (their smallest size according to her), but repeated that "it's not going to look good on you." At that point, my husband turned around and left. The entire interaction was extremely rude, dismissive, and unnecessary. We came into the store ready to purchase a suit, and instead of receiving assistance, my husband was repeatedly told that nothing would fit him or look good on him before he was even given the opportunity to try anything on. Regardless of whether an employee believes a particular size or style will work, there is a respectful and professional way to assist a customer. Making someone feel unwelcome or uncomfortable about their body or size is not it.!We left without purchasing anything and will gladly take our business somewhere else.
