It was so awkward and embarrassing. We were followed around the store the whole time, and the vibes at checkout were just trash. The lady was so passive-aggressive, asking "Is everything okay?" in the snarkiest tone, and she literally tried to peek inside my friend's purse while she was just trying to get her wallet out to pay! I was in the store for about seven minutes, and during that time there were two employees at the register chatting with each other and one was looking at their phone. Neither of them acknowledged me or offered any assistance. I even walked around the store within their view, hoping someone would greet me or ask if I needed help (which I did), but that never happened. As a customer, a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Because of the lack of service, I decided to leave without making a purchase (even after seeing two shirts I liked). Hopefully management can encourage staff to be more attentive and engaged with customers in the future.

I recently stocked up on all the tennis / golf skirts from lululemon in every color, and they are not even comfortable (or as cute) I came in and it was your run of the mill old navy. I went and tried on some of their High-Waisted StretchTech Pleated Skorts (these are extremely soft) and their- Extra High-Waisted StretchTech Micro-Pleated Skorts They always have sales going on. I order them online often because they usually don't have a lot of the colors in stock at the store. I bought all these for golf lessons but now I just wear them for everyday wear. I always get so many compliments on them and nobody believes me when I say they are from old Navy (ladies, don't gate keep where you get your cute stuff from!) The thing that makes these way better than the lululemon ones (besides the price) is the shorts underneath are soooo comfortable I would say these run true to size or even a little big. I've made a few returns here for the smaller size and the cashier was so friendly at making returns and swapping out for the different size. I can't stress enough how friendly the workers are here. It was so interesting to see them being sold in Marshalls. Now I know where to get them. The store stocked up on some awesome products. I didn't want to leave because it was so intriguing to see what they put out on the shelves. From organic products, toothbrushes, face masks, hair items, purses, shoes, home goods, and so much more. I wanted it all. The prices were on point! Marshalls has everything you need! I walked out with some clothes, deo, and makeup remover. If I had stayed longer, my bank account would be depleted.
