The 5 stars is for Savannah She helped my son and I out on 6/26/25 We walked in for the first time for my son birthday a little confused of exactly what we wanted and the other employees there didn't say a word to us which honestly made me want to walk out but my son wanted a pair of timberland boots so we browsed a bit and Savannah came to the rescue with a welcoming smile and attitude. She took her time explaining the different styles and options and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or a bother to her. She made me feel good about my $200+ purchase. Came here few weeks ago during the day and it was very empty, which I liked. But then the staff were very cold and unfriendly. I thought it would be easy to get help because it was so empty. There were maybe 5-6 staff and 3 were huddled together gossiping. I asked for help and Rina pointed a direction to go to. It seemed she didn't want to help me and definitely made me feel uncomfortable. And then all the staff kept joking around, shouting back and forth, running around. Was definitely very confused to the atmosphere and vibe. I still made a purchase but sadly Rina was the one to check me out and she definitely came off a little judgmental. went in on a monday to get some classic women's timbs in a size 7, they charged us with the size 7 timbs and my dad got a pair of sneakers. three hours later im already home and decide to gaze upon my pair of timbs and when i went to open them i was surprised. somehow, my shoes were swapped for a redwoods size 10.5 men boot i got charged with the original boot i wanted but left with a boot that costed more. came back the following day and they immediately recognized that i had left with the wrong boot. they had my original shoes off to the side with my name and were very quick with the service. lwk 10/10 customer service return read more

This timberland the service is so bad and unprofessional, If we had a better option then timberland me and my family would never want to shop in this location again, wonder why Such an unprofessional employee for such a big chain company can pay &hire such a poor employee. I visited this store last Thursday. I was there around 11 am. As I was looking around I overheard an associate who i learned was actually a co manager. I think he is super unprofessional as he was belittling another associate and talking very negatively about another employee. All in my presence and other customers. He needs to be more descreet and respectful when he's around customers. I felt very uncomfortable and I actually felt bad for the other employees. Terrible individual. That alone made me not want to go back and shop there again. read more

Don't come to this place! It's hard to even give this a 1 star, I wish I could give it a ZERO! I went into the store to buy clothing as gifts to my relatives, I was about to check out and there was nobody at the cashier, I had to wait for about 5 minutes for the cashier to come (service is terrible!) and she was on her lunch break, I get it that all workers should be able to get lunch breaks but they should take turns, but this place didn't. After waiting for 5 minutes the cashier came out, I was very sorry that I had her work during her break, though, she could help out a customer pay for something! Instead of doing that she walked out furiously and ROLLED HER EYES AT ME MANY TIMES, her attitude was very rude, I gave her another chance and I was so nice to her until she started folding the clothes (she barely folded it and furiously looked at me!) and I asked for 2 more small bags because I was gifting these clothing to family then she said no, and that she couldn't do that, so I told her that it was a gift and she started YELLING AT ME! I Then ignored it and walked out the door, she rolled her eyes at me AGAIN and slammed something on the table. Can you believe this! Never in my 30 years have I experienced some co worker like this, her attitude was unbelievable! I write this in high praise of Claudine the manager of this store. Went to exchange a Xmas gift jacket for a larger size. The store didn't have it. But! Claudine in the finest tradition of customer service went to the store back and found a similar , but better and higher priced one. It took her some time and perseverance but she did it. Then.. She proceeded to exchange it for the lower priced jacket for no extra charges. That- folks is customer service!! I Made my day. Now I am a total fan. God bless Claudine! read more

Went into this store on Saturday Aug 29th, around 715 pm. Found a pair of boots I was really interested. Salesperson was helping me when the other sales person took his break. As I tried the boots on. I asked for another size. The person who was helping me told me he could not get it for me until the other person came back from break. I asked how long will that be. And could not be found anywhere else in the store. Yulissa was patient and thorough with the transaction, to find a solution for the purchase and to ensure I could walk away with the jacket at a reasonable price.
