It is very clean and organized. Each of the franchise sections are easily recognizable in the store. After spending the whole day in the park, on our way to exit we stopped by here. I noticed the back side of the store they had a small clearance section that had up to 40% discounts. The Harry Potter section was the biggest section in the store. The Super Mario World was also big. Product types included apparels, toys, dolls, magnets, stickers, key rings, stationary and many more varieties. First off this is a very tiny boutique store on Sunset Strip located just off Sunset & Fairfax next door to The Griddle Cafe. Parking is in the rear so don't bother paying for parking on the street (save your quarters) and use the back entrance. However if you come through the front there's a small area for you to sit. So I enter the building and explain in detail to the gentleman my needs. He explained the process of building a mold of & measuring my foot. I then picked a heal, shoe tip shape and how far the boot went up my leg. I chose more of an ankle cut boot so it wouldn't bunch up my pants. We reviewed many snake skins and settled on rattlesnake for my boots. Now the cobbler comes out and measures my feet and draws a map of both for design. A few weeks later I come back in for a review and then a few weeks later my boots were done. Now the price for all this was $1500 but I have a pair of boots no one else owns. Side note this is the shoemaker of the Hollywood elite. Had no clue when I decided to come in but the make stage boots for KISS ( The Band ) , Lemmy of Motörhead, all of Princes stage boots. If your in the back take a look at the wall of foot molds and it's a who's who of celebrity's feet. I'm beyond satisfied with my boots and will get more made up. Maybe snakeskin shoes next hehehe.

Both times, there was someone there to help. Since I'm in a wheelchair, it's easier if someone helps me get the jeans from the lower shelves. Due to the good deals, I usually get two pairs of jeans and the people helping never seemed bothered to help me check out different pairs. So thanks to those cool people. Overall, this location has awesome customer service and quality jeans for a great value. I think they'll even hem your jeans for you on the second floor. Anyways, I'm definitely going more often.

They also had t-shirts, socks, backpacks, caps and few other accessories. The first floor was mostly women's goods. Second floor had men's products. Fitting rooms were on first floor. The prices of the products were decent. There were a lot of sale items, some up to 75%. The sale items racks and shelves were messy as people constantly go through them. Plenty of staff members were available throughout the floor. Few helped us finding the right size. They had multiple register open to handle long lines. I returned back to the store next day to make a return. They had a separate line for returns which saved me from waiting on a long checkout line. It was easy and quick. Overall it was one of the nicer stores n Citadel outlets.
