While it says "Outlet Store", don't expect outlet prices. With mostly "buy one, get a 2nd for 1/2 price," you're only getting 25% off. Sometimes Macy's or JCP will have better prices during a big sale. What you will find is a great selection of sizes. We saw some sizes you never see in regular retail stores. The did have a couple of major clearence racks that were dirt cheap. You just have to be a not-normal size because all the medium and large items were pretty picked through. What stood out, though, was the custom service. We had at least 4 people ask if we needed anything, and we did have a couple of questions, so that was great. They did ask us if anyone helped us when we made a purchase (from the 80% off rack) so I assume there is some kind of commision paid. We were there right when the opened, which was great because nobody was in line. When we came back later, deciding we wanted to buy something else, we found the line was long. And even though 5-6 people were ringing up customers, it was still slow. Partly because they try to get everyone to sign up for the membership program to earn points. I came in to do an online return. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was a breeze. I enjoyed browsing around the store. There were several sales people around to offer assistance. Here in 12/26/25. Store is a mess. Yes later in the day, after 7pm, but store looked terrible. For as many staff that were there, couldn't find anyone to help me. I accidentally found what I was looking for (boot cut dark black jeans) in a pile of 501's on opposite side of store but not my size. Long story short found my size, paid, got home & realized they didn't give me the 40% discount that was posted all over the store. My fault for not checking BUT I DON'T work there. I bought a pair of jeans at the Levi's outlet in Citadel. I bought them without hesitation because it's a design I always wear. I already have several pairs; only the colors are different. When I got home I removed the tags and washed them because dark colors tend to bleed. I stored them in my closet and later, when I had a chance to wear them, they felt uncomfortable for some reason. When I looked closely at the jeans, I noticed the right and left seams were stitched incorrectly. I concluded it was a defective product, so I drove 20 miles to Citadel, explained the situation to the manager and asked to exchange it for the same item in good condition. The manager simply said "no". The reason was 1. The item no longed had the paper tag 2. It had been washed 3. I didn't have the receipt (It had been a month since I purchased it) * The warranty policy for Levi's product states that if there is a product defect, items purchased at the store can be returned or exchanged at the store. * The outer paper tag of the jeans is missing but the product tag inside the jeans is still intact. Even when I showed them my credit card statement, which clearly listed "Levi's Outlet", they said they couldn't verify it. Isn't it common for us to remove tags, wash clothes, and throw away receipts after some time has passed? In the end I didn't receive any resolution for the defective product and had to return home without any action taken. I would like to advise consumers who purchase Levi's. If you buy clothes from this brand, never, ever remove the paper tag or wash them, instead wear the clothes a few times, check the product's quality and only after that should you dispose of the receipt. The branch has no willingness to resolve issues with their defective products. read more

This is the largest Levi's store ever! And the staff here treated me like a celebrity! Parking is free large and easy! What fantastic people work here and what a beautiful store. Men are on the top and women are on the bottom. (I am talking about the store levels!) They did everything possible to find me what I was looking for and get me the best discounts and I am so grateful for that. But I am going to share with you what drives me absolutely F$%&*^en crazy!: I came here for a specific Levis Jean that I have been buying for years: The 514. It fits my bod perfect same size never changes. I just got a Levis 514 at Camarillo fit me perfect and another at Santa Monica Levi Premium fit me perfect. At this store, they had 9 in my size--I take all 9 into the fitting room. Remember--same model 514, same waist, same length for 25 years, just got 2 others this year no problem. BUT every single one of the 514's I took into the fitting room fell off my waist--none of them fit right! Something was wrong but I don't know what? These jeans would be good for the guy that likes to wear his jeans half way off with his ass with his underwear showing. That's not my style! What are they doing at Levis?! Came in to Levi's Outlet in Citadel Outlets today 8/22/24 at evening for some Jeans. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Service is great here. Staff is very friendly. Asked if I needed a size and bag as soon as I picked up my first pair of jeans. Went into fitting rooms and girl there was extremely sweet and helpful. Went out of her way to look for sizes for my sister and I. Went upstairs to ask manager for any sign up discount information and she was also very sweet. Literally, asked every employee there a ton of questions and ALL were very helpful, kind and patient. Ended up leaving extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. So was in the area for some shopping and found out that the Levi's store has moved into a new location! The new store is 2 stories and it's definitely an upgrade from the last location. To my pleasant surprise, they even added a Levi's print shop where you can create your own custom branded Levi's T-shirts. The dude working the print shop was very friendly as well and helpful in helping me decide what to print on my custom T-Shirt. They also had great deals for denim jeans and jackets. Great help from every associate I dealt with. My big mistake was coming here on a Sunday. Thank God it's a free parking lot because I took about 25 minutes trying to find a spot. Of course you initially try to find one near where you want to go-especially if you have just one store to go to-but then you give up as you try to find ANY spot. Finally finding one near where Chipotle was (not the take out lot so please read the signs), I speed walk my way on over. Busy AF, I was greeted by several friendly people among the crowds. Clearly it's an outlet, so some mad sales were going on. Although I was there to return a jacket from online, I even had to take a quick look. Finally I was smart and went straight to the check out line. I had to wait about 10 minutes or so but once you got up there, everyone there was courteous and super nice. Coming prepared with your invoice/receipt and everything certainly helps as well. Although I didn't end up keeping any of my Levi's items this time around, I would return due to the great service (and product) on my next search for a jacket. This is another store that's located in the Citadel. Levis you could never go wrong with a pair of Levis. There where many discounts throughout the store. It depends on your size and the style. Many discounts right now. The employees here where very friendly and very helpful during my whole visit. They also new this was a Yelp event from 5-10pm. Levi's are to date my favorite jeans because they are sturdy, affordable, and comfortable. Most of the women's jeans at the outlet price here at the Citadel are around $40-$50. But I seem to get lucky in finding the cut that I want (usually low-rise demi curve straight jeans). More recently I got a pair of classic slight curve straights in indigo on sale for $21.89. It was a hassle to find my size so I had to get help, but the employees there are always helpful. At least any time I have been there they always ask if I need help. Sometimes the people at the register can seem indifferent, but I've always been greeted when I walk in... and I have always been asked if I received help when checking out at the counter. Usually the dressing rooms are clean. This store is sometimes a little too packed to bring a stroller through certain sections. If you are revisiting the jean scene or need to find which cut would work best for you, just ask one of the ladies (dudes have never measured me is all I'm saying) and they will help you out. When you visit the Citadel, I highly suggest using the parking garage. It's free. Clean. 3 levels high. A car counting system is in place to tell you if & where spots are generally available. The elevators are mostly fast. Best of all, it keeps your vehicle shaded and out of the heat. Levi's - compared to the slew of other outlet shops - is relatively close to the parking garage. My new favorite jeans! I got my first Levi jeans as a gift from my boyfriend 4 years ago, and believe it or not, it's still in GREAT condition! No matter how many times you wash these jeans, they will bounce back to it's original condition. I have worn this pair every chance I could get. It's my only favorite pair of pants and I had to come back to get more! She seemed like a dickheaf especially when I was paying, she was telling the cashier attending my girl and I, that she needed her since she wad going on break in 5 minutes. This place has potential for more stars so I am going to give them 2 stars for now, but I plan on returning and hoping to give them more. I would have given them 4 stars, but they only had 2/6 registers open. C'mon now, their check-out lines started looking like Walmart check-out lines. I walked into this Levi's Outlet location looking for a specific cut - the Super Low Rise 524, boot cut, with back flap pockets. I had no idea it would be so hard to find these damn things!! They are so obscure that even weeks of eBay scouring hasn't turned any up in the darker wash and size that I want. On this weekend afternoon, the store was super busy. I usually don't even think to ask for help because it's virtually impossible to get it in the outlet stores - especially on a busy weekend. But today I was at a loss - there were stacks and stacks and multiple rounders of jeans, and I really knew exactly what I wanted. So I walked up to a girl and asked her, and she ended up being UNBELIEVABLY helpful. Rosemary knew exactly where to go, was friendly and genuinely helpful, and ended up finding me the one single obscure pair of jeans that I wanted - way high up on a shelf! Woohoo!! She also recommended a couple other styles for me, based on the ones I liked, so I walked into the dressing room with a stack of jeans. The dressing room staff were similarly friendly and helpful, and offered to get alternate sizes or cuts if I needed them. I ended up finding the ones I wanted, PLUS another pair that I totally wouldn't have thought to try on, thanks to Rosemary's recommendation. =D As if this alone wasn't enough to warrant 5 stars, I then stood in the long-looking line to pay. The line moved way faster than I thought, and when I got to the register I ended up paying $30 less for the 2 pairs than I was prepared to pay (and that the tags said). And the cashier dude was friendly and efficient! $55 later, with the jeans I"ve been searching for in hand, I walked out of the store thinking.....success! Levis is an old school favorite and is loved by many all around the world. Just a simple pair of blue jeans but they are quite cheap if you compare it to other name brands. I like going to the Citadel just because this is pretty close to my house and I don't have to drive all the way to Cabazon. When you walk in the ladies section is to the right and the mens section is towards the left. They also sell a lot of different items besides just jeans. They sell hand bags, wallets, belts, t-shirts everything to make a whole outfit. For pretty cheap jeans that last a long time this is a pretty good find but the styles it seems like every year are quite the same soo that is one thing that could make you not like Levi's. Parking by the way can be either dead or packed but it really just depends on the day and what time you will be going to this outlet store. read more

We came here to get my husband a couple of pants, since they have wider selections of denim pants. Their staff members on the floor were very friendly. They were very knowledgeable of their products and inventories. They were able to help us choose the right type of pants that would fit my husband's build. Then we went inside the fitting room so my husband can try the pants. There were 2 females and 1 male staff member inside. The male was very helpful but the 2 females where not too friendly. It felt like they were too good to be helping us. It left a sour taste in my mouth, that I told my husband to just get what he liked so far, so we can just leave. When we paid, I specifically mentioned the guy in the fitting room and left out the 2 girls names, not giving them any commission because they never helped us in the first place and I don't give money to people who don't deserve it!!! In the end, my husband found 2 great pants from Levis. We'll be coming back, but hoping that we don't encounter the 2 snotty girls anymore. read more

I came here after Christmas, and was able to find a pair of Levis jeans for $4.99. It was already discounted from about $40.00 to $15.00, and there was an additional savings that made it appetizing. I originally thought it was some mistake. I asked the cashier twice if she was serious or if there was a miscalculation somewhere. She acknowledged and said "Yes" it's $4.99. Cool... It is an outlet store located in the Citadel. The store is quite large with an abundant amount of clothing to pick from. The sales lured a huge crowd of customers and it was quite chaotic when I was there. The staff was very courteous and professional. The gal helped me find the pair that fits me the best. Even when I was using dressing room, she let me keep my spot (room) regardless of the long lines. But, I still offered my room to others who was in line just so it won't stay empty when I realize how frustrating it may be waiting out there. I was ecstatic that I didn't have to wait in that long line again while a staff went to look for my size. Thank goodness for the good service regardless of the crowd. The employees at this store were amazing - especially Maria!!! She was so patient and made sure every single customer received the highest level of customer service. I walked out with a bunch of new jeans that fit amazing! I had never bought Levis jeans before, so it took a while to figure out my sizing.
