So this time Joe's jeans warehouse sale was only two days, Friday and Saturdays. My friend and I went there on Saturday and were there at 10 o'clock sharp which was the opening hour, by that time the line was huuuuuge (you can see it on the pictures it goes around the block) It was very hot and unfortunately the company was selling water $1 each instead of just giving it for free, after all they need people to stay alive so they can spend money buying last season jeans lol And ladies please don't bring your newborns and toddlers, not when its that hot. All sizes were mixed, so you need to spend a lot of time to find the right size, however it was worth it( jeans $20) In conclusion, great sale! Next time bring water, hat or umbrella and no kids! read more

I'm leaving this review due to this being the address my product was delivered from. I ordered a library cup which I saw on Amazon from Bluseea due to them offering a larger one on their site. Big mistake. The delivery took long enough that the credit card already cleared. The received product was a throw in the trash quality compared to what was advertised. read more

Fraud site, warning...do not order from this site, I ordered a "patriotic" item from them and what I received was GARBAGE!!!!

Brushing scam. Got the ugliest scarf I've ever seen, with their return address on it. Very irritating.

I received a yoga bra and the address on the label is 2340 Eastern avenue, Commerce, CA 90050. It belongs to Joes Jeans. I assume this is a fake company that is really from China. They do not include order number or telephone number. What out! read more

I think it's Miss advertisement on TikTok shop they were saying these mugs were made out of crystals and what I got was plastic mug and hand painted ugly as hell I would never shop again from this company and unfortunately, they were very expensive and I was planning to give it as a gift to my colleagues for Christmas. Something different but I was very, very, very disappointed. I was gonna give zero stars, but it doesn't exist. I did put one star but it's zero for me. read more

I received a small mailing envelope from this company - empty. WTF? Very suspicious ... afraid I might be unwittingly involved in some kind of a scam. Google search of the address came up with this Jeans company but it's totally foreign to me. I can't remember ever ordering anything from them. read more

I'd give this place zero stars. They are selling jordan that are fake! Also got the wrong size. They are not returning emails and offered us a $80 gift card. No thanks I want my $140 that we spent on 2 shoes. Customer service is horrible! read more

Received a brushing scam package from this business at this address. No idea how they obtained my address. The worst of the worst

Appear to be dishonest. What was delivered was a piece of junk and not what was advertised or what I agreed to buy. I have asked for a refund but have very little confidence I'll get it. Suggest not dealing with these people. read more

This place is selling women's handbags that are supposed to be "vegan leather" but its absolutely trash and smells like sushi left outside for a month!! Then they wont take returns, making my wife do a chargeback due to the bag is unusable. Go out of business if your gonna be this type of online sales person. Oh and furthermore. We will win that chargeback read more

Some sort of scam going on.Like others reviewers, I also got a small flat package (4x4) with an item I did not purchase (black stretchy hair tie with gold plastic bead) delivered to my house (not my mail box). Speculating on what the purpose is. My online accounts seem untampered with, but will change my passwords to be safe. Could this be a way for someone to tell if your house is unattended ? could this be "Brushing" ( when sellers create fake accounts, purchase their own products, and send them to a real address. so they can post a verified review online, and get higher overall ratings) ? Google says that Joe's Jeans is temporarily closed. read more

It's an outlet store. They either have what you are looking for, or not. Staff is friendly, place is clean, prices could be cheaper. Nordstrom rack for Joe's Jean's is cheaper to purchase. Store has variety and other items that other stores does not have. Will return. read more

This is a review for an online sale. I bought a pair of pants, nice enough, didn't fit well. Sent back and was supposed to get a refund in 14 days. Tracked package, it arrived as planned. Called and emailed twice but to no avail. Had to call American Express to get the charge removed. Wrote polite but negative review on their website. They wrote to tell me that the review didn't meet their guidelines for publishing. These guys are shameless! Shop website at your own risk. read more

There's no zero star option so take this one star VERY lightly. This companies customer service is terrible. There was a fraudulent purchase for a pair of jeans made of over $250 dollars. When Joe's was contacted we were told that we would still have to pay for return shipping for a purchase that was never authorized. After some back and forth they said a return label would be sent over, but surprise surprise it never was. That's when we realized the bank would be the only way to get the money back. Come to find out THIS company who charges $200 plus dollars for their merchandise filed a dispute and fought hard against someone who is just trying to make a living. That amount of money may not seem like a lot to Joe's but it makes a huge impact to us. The company who emphasizes "their ability to distinguish themselves from the pack" are really proving that they don't care about people just their own capital gain. read more

The Joe's jeans sample sale was pretty good for a sample sale. Housed in their warehouse, the rows and rows of jeans seemed to run as far as the eyes can see. Jeans for $20 and tops for $5 is a deal that can't be beat. Pros: good selection Prices are awesome Cons: No dressing rooms Very unorganized read more

Customer service is not even worth the 1 star. I have be communicating with Joe's customer service for 25 days now. For a "Premium denim" company you would expect exceptional customer service however, that is not the case her. I ordered two pairs of denim on April 30, returned for an exchange request (due to size) two days after I received them. I had to contact them 12 days later to request an update only to receive an email indicating that it would take 1-2 weeks. I finally received an email on the 18th indicating that one of the two sizes were not available and that they would issue a credit and it would be mailed out in two weeks. I called and expressed my frustration and also asked how a "premium denim" company could operate this way as this is the worst customer experience. The CSR basically responded,"these things take time and we are very busy." Well, so is Nike, Adidas, Mott & Bow and many other retailers that clearly have their return process down to provide a great customer experience. I resolved the issue with a refund instead of a credit and also received confirmation that the other pair that I was exchanging was being processed and shipped out on the 18th. Today is the 25th, I emailed CS and requested a tracking number for my exchange only to be told that they will process the order today and ship it out. WTF? no tracking number, no apology nothing. I hope that Suzy Bizatnz (CEO of Joe's Jeans) understands how to operate an online business before it is too late (well it is for this buyer). You have been warned, never buy online from this company and certainly do not expect the level of customer service that you would when purchasing "high end denim" from Joe's. Without great customer service your just something that we spoke about in past tense. read more

ONLINE ORDER from this location: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I love Joe's fit and brand. I usually buy at Nordstrom, I will have to continue that way of getting my jeans, I get what I need and great customer service. First issue: In the last couple months I had had some serious customer service issues with Joe's. I was charged for Jeans I never received, had to call them to initiate a refund. Not what I expect for customer service. Second issue: I had assumed this first issue was just a simple mistake. I made another purchase, I was sent the wrong fit of jeans. After calls and emails to Joe's I was guaranteed the right fit would be sent to me when I returned the jeans. However I was not sent a return label, I had to call and email to get that as well. When I sent the jeans back, the correct fit was never sent to me, I found out later it was now out of stock, and apologized to for being told "the wrong" information by customer service. Having to make calls and emails to get a refund going as my refund hadn't been initiated 10 days after the jeans were returned was not what I had expected. Just as Joe's has a business to run, I too have business to tend to. This was a timely and very inconvenient process. I still have not received my refund and I made the original purchase 11-27-2015, today is 12-28-2015. I was guaranteed a promo code to be sent in a few weeks. We shall see if Joe's can keep their promise this time? I will say that this has been a bad experience for me. The customer service operators had told me a few things that were not true and manager Cher was very short (impolite) with me. As a loyal customer, I will have to change the way I do business with this company. If I do purchase again, it will be at Nordstrom where I can get treated like a normal customer and not a burden. read more

This review addresses Joe's Jeans customer service, not its store location. The absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered a pair of jeans and the order was never processed. Contacted customer service and was told they were busy with other orders. So I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. No refund was forthcoming. Contacted them again via email and phone and each time was told the purchase price would be refunded. Never happened. I am currently in the midst of a grievance filed via PayPal. If you order from Joe's Jeans online, you've been warned. read more

I have never been to the actually Joe's Jean boutique on 2340 S. Eastern Ave. in CA. This review is strictly on customer service over the phone with Joe's Jeans customer service rep, Nicki. I honestly don't know where to start. I have NEVER been helped so pleasantly before! Nicki handled all of my concerns with ease and speed. She answered every question I could think of and then some! She guided me on what each jean would feel like, look like and how to maintain them. After speaking with her I ordered 3 more pairs! Thank you for all your help Nicki! I am now hooked on Joe's Jeans. Customer service is beyond pathetic! I'm sorry but when 2 pairs of jeans cost $500 and they ship your order a day later than stated in their shipping terms and then miss the items you needed desperately for a business trip, thanks to the great Temp agents at the call center, they did nothing. Might as well have not called, nobody fucking cares, but they'll charge you for their product, but gives a damn about the customers needs and 3 requests to overnight the shipment -- AT MY COST. Fuck you, what a pathetic excuse of pretending to care about your customers. Eat shit, I hope you go bankrupt like the state of California, bunch of dick garages. read more
