So this time Joe's jeans warehouse sale was only two days, Friday and Saturdays. My friend and I went there on Saturday and were there at 10 o'clock sharp which was the opening hour, by that time the line was huuuuuge (you can see it on the pictures it goes around the block) It was very hot and unfortunately the company was selling water $1 each instead of just giving it for free, after all they need people to stay alive so they can spend money buying last season jeans lol And ladies please don't bring your newborns and toddlers, not when its that hot. All sizes were mixed, so you need to spend a lot of time to find the right size, however it was worth it( jeans $20) In conclusion, great sale! There's no zero star option so take this one star VERY lightly. This companies customer service is terrible. There was a fraudulent purchase for a pair of jeans made of over $250 dollars. When Joe's was contacted we were told that we would still have to pay for return shipping for a purchase that was never authorized. After some back and forth they said a return label would be sent over, but surprise surprise it never was. That's when we realized the bank would be the only way to get the money back. Come to find out THIS company who charges $200 plus dollars for their merchandise filed a dispute and fought hard against someone who is just trying to make a living. That amount of money may not seem like a lot to Joe's but it makes a huge impact to us. The company who emphasizes "their ability to distinguish themselves from the pack" are really proving that they don't care about people just their own capital gain. read more

Customer service is not even worth the 1 star. I have be communicating with Joe's customer service for 25 days now. For a "Premium denim" company you would expect exceptional customer service however, that is not the case her. I ordered two pairs of denim on April 30, returned for an exchange request (due to size) two days after I received them. I had to contact them 12 days later to request an update only to receive an email indicating that it would take 1-2 weeks. I finally received an email on the 18th indicating that one of the two sizes were not available and that they would issue a credit and it would be mailed out in two weeks. I called and expressed my frustration and also asked how a "premium denim" company could operate this way as this is the worst customer experience. The CSR basically responded,"these things take time and we are very busy." Well, so is Nike, Adidas, Mott & Bow and many other retailers that clearly have their return process down to provide a great customer experience. I resolved the issue with a refund instead of a credit and also received confirmation that the other pair that I was exchanging was being processed and shipped out on the 18th. Today is the 25th, I emailed CS and requested a tracking number for my exchange only to be told that they will process the order today and ship it out. WTF? no tracking number, no apology nothing. I hope that Suzy Bizatnz (CEO of Joe's Jeans) understands how to operate an online business before it is too late (well it is for this buyer). You have been warned, never buy online from this company and certainly do not expect the level of customer service that you would when purchasing "high end denim" from Joe's. ONLINE ORDER from this location: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I love Joe's fit and brand. I usually buy at Nordstrom, I will have to continue that way of getting my jeans, I get what I need and great customer service. First issue: In the last couple months I had had some serious customer service issues with Joe's. I was charged for Jeans I never received, had to call them to initiate a refund. Not what I expect for customer service. Second issue: I had assumed this first issue was just a simple mistake. I made another purchase, I was sent the wrong fit of jeans. After calls and emails to Joe's I was guaranteed the right fit would be sent to me when I returned the jeans. However I was not sent a return label, I had to call and email to get that as well. When I sent the jeans back, the correct fit was never sent to me, I found out later it was now out of stock, and apologized to for being told "the wrong" information by customer service. Having to make calls and emails to get a refund going as my refund hadn't been initiated 10 days after the jeans were returned was not what I had expected. Just as Joe's has a business to run, I too have business to tend to. This was a timely and very inconvenient process. I still have not received my refund and I made the original purchase 11-27-2015, today is 12-28-2015. I was guaranteed a promo code to be sent in a few weeks. We shall see if Joe's can keep their promise this time? I will say that this has been a bad experience for me. The customer service operators had told me a few things that were not true and manager Cher was very short (impolite) with me. As a loyal customer, I will have to change the way I do business with this company. If I do purchase again, it will be at Nordstrom where I can get treated like a normal customer and not a burden. read more

Contacted customer service and was told they were busy with other orders. So I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. No refund was forthcoming. Contacted them again via email and phone and each time was told the purchase price would be refunded. Never happened. I am currently in the midst of a grievance filed via PayPal. I honestly don't know where to start. I have NEVER been helped so pleasantly before! Nicki handled all of my concerns with ease and speed. She answered every question I could think of and then some!
