I had a disappointing experience at this store. The workers were rude and unhelpful, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable from the start. I was also surprised to find that there were no dressing rooms available, making it difficult to know whether items would fit properly before purchasing. On top of that, the store does not offer refunds only exchanges. Overall, the combination of poor customer service and restrictive store policies left me frustrated, and I would not recommend shopping here. read more

was given an item without a tag and when i came in to exchange for a bigger size they wouldn't let me because it had no tags. the item was given to me with no tags!!!!! i had receipt and proof of purchase (i've never bought anything else from this store) and they said it wasn't the right receipt and whoever charged me charged me incorrectly for the item and they didn't offer any type of compensation for being charged incorrectly either. item was a dickies jacket, check for tags before buying here, such a scam. read more

Came in here to browse around looking at their hats and outerwear with my girlfriend . The store was fairly empty and all employees were in the front besides one helping out another gentleman. While browsing the employees suddenly started walking around the sections we were walking through . we got asked multiple times by the same employees if we needed help , one after another and couldn't shop comfortable . the lady at the front was also keeping a close eye on me while helping out another customer and made us feel discriminated against . get better security if you're gonna assume everyone's stealing ‍ read more

I came here on a weekend with my boyfriend to get two pairs of jeans for myself and for him. Right away I was never greeted by the owner that was working there that day nor by the employees that were working for him. There were 3 ladies working there that were rude,one older lady and 2 young ladies.When I would ask for help the two young employees that were organizing the jeans give me attitude. On top of that when I went to the dressing room I heard them laughing on the side, joking about how I am not gonna look good in the jeans. Uhmm excuse me I am here to purchase jeans and help your business,but you're here working and trying to criticize me. I felt so uncomfortable in that store. When my boyfriend and I were done and ready to checkout one of the employees rolled her eyes at me and the girl helping us out never even intended to ask if everything was fine or how was your day going,she kept looking down and never looked customers in the eye when helping them out. If you are opening a business and want to be successful,you should always come in with a great attitude and be professional,but this store is just full of bad vibes. Never coming here again! Went in to buy shirts and seen they did custom T-shirt designs and I paid $100 for 3 T-shirt's to be done on a Sunday then come Tuesday the guy text me on my phone to show me the ideas he came up with, upon review of the logos I request him to create I advised I wanted some changes via text. I tried to call him from the number he text me on and he would not pick up. I text him back that I would like to discuss the graphics and he said he couldn't talk on the phone only text that he was scared. I replied scared of what? I'm your customer I have questions and he replied it was his personal cell and could not talk via phone. He offered me to drive there to discuss it and I advised I would take my business elsewhere and I drive down there to get a full refund and he seemed like he was not just an employee but he pretended because the female cashier had no idea how to process a refund but he was quick at it so he was not honest nor professional. I will get a professional to do it for less and better since a business who can't pick up a phone to discuss the order with their customer is a joke! I always shopped there but they lost a loyal customer over their lies and games that he's scared!!! Brian needs to learn how to run a professional business or sell tacos! read more

I for one, had a very pleasant experience shopping for my gear here. All the employees were very nice and attentive to all my needs. I can in here after the shops next door didn't have my size, and I can't blame them because no one has my size in stock. But not here. Xtreme wear had multiple pairs available of my favorite Levi's, and let's just say I won't have to go looking anywhere else for my favorite pair. I suggest everyone come see the difference here before going to any other place in this mall. I know I found a new go-to for all my apparel, so give it a shot and thank me later. read more

The customer service at this place was horrible. I had an occasion today where I went in the store on my lunch to purchase Dodger gear for tonites game, while I was searching for the right size and style I was approached by who I think is the owner of Xtreme Wear, she said she did not like the way I was looking at the sizes and price of the shirts and told me to leave, I felt embarrassed. I was shocked by the whole treatment since I first walked in that store, I do not recommend any one to Xtreme Wear. read more

This is not my usual place to purchase clothes from, but they did have what I was looking for. Product was not the issue during my shopping experience at this location. My dislike to this store was the lack of professionalism and work ethic from the older lady charging . The tag clearly visible had one price and she demanded another girl give her another price. I told her the price was right there, she said it was wrong and a mistake. If she were to be a real professional business woman, she would have said it was a mistake but would have honored the price that was on the tag. I didn't want to keep arguing with her. This lady said told me in an aggressive manner, she will not sell me this item at the price marked because she will never sell an item below her purchase price. I looked at her stunned at her remark ,how is it my fault that she or her staff don't do their job right . Awful experience don't go there just go to Walmart, Macys or JC Penney most times they have sales that are much better than these little stores with no business ethic.
