When is ur birthday" I told him " August 2".He was so nice that he told me " okay then since ur birthday is coming soon I will give u my store discount".I said " Really , thank u thank u so much".After that we left.I will conclude by saying Luis Martinez helped us out from beginning to end,and he never gave up, aside from that's he was caring , and because of that he deserves everything in the world. I told him that if it was too much trouble, not to worry, and we left. Unfortunately, my son was very disappointed and started crying afterward because he had been looking forward to getting the cards. I understand that stores have inventory rules and employees may have limitations on what they can sell. However, the interaction was confusing and left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
