I visited this store hoping to purchase FIFA trading cards for my 12-year-old son. When I asked,…read morethe owner told the employee in front of me that they were sold out. The employee then hesitated and said he actually had some in his car and asked how many I needed. I only asked for one pack, but he seemed unsure about selling it and explained that he was transferring the items to another store. I told him that if it was too much trouble, not to worry, and we left. Unfortunately, my son was very disappointed and started crying afterward because he had been looking forward to getting the cards. I understand that stores have inventory rules and employees may have limitations on what they can sell. However, the interaction was confusing and left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope the store can communicate more clearly with customers in the future.
