.i posted a review about this spot A day or so ago and I wasn't stoked at all. The owner ask me to call him go talk . Turns out there was a miscommunication and had the wrong number . The owner "Soon" called to make it right. I really appreciate it seriously , there samples of embroidering were so dope that's why I even agreed. It a few of mine came out not so great , and he is going to give me credit and fix it. I always say , if the person running the business isn't nice or polite , I will not work with them even if the product is good , I would go back just because of the effort he made by calling yo fix it. Thank you guys forreal , awesome way to make it right. With my business I run I would 100% always take a loss in order to fix something. I'd rather lose money than have someone feel short changed , and they are the same way ! I will go back 100% read more

Soon is very friendly and professional. He made an exception and made two hats for a birthday present for a friend. My friend was so happy and could not believe how well the hats were made and how much the text look like it does on screen. Soon and his team do the stitching right in shop on very new high tech computerized embroidery systems. The entire shop is very nicely decorated. Thanks Soon!!! There is plenty of parking in the lot in front of his store. There are several other embroidery stores right there - walk by the other stores and go to Head Case. read more

Hats are an everyday piece of clothing for me. Even when I don't go out I usually wear a hat on my head at home. Only at work I am not allowed to wear a hat but the whole day I day dream about what hat I will be wearing. I happened to stumble on this wholesaler and he has every hat my big head desires. Every kind of style, color, quantity, size, you name it, head case has it. A lot of wholesale I've dealt with has been iffy because of quality. But you get the same if not better quality you would buy at Lids or any other retailer. They also custom stuff. So I have plenty of hats that say "lady's can't get enough of Big DLee". For Mother's Day I will have hats customed to say "Mom" that all the kids will wear. This is the go to place. Whether for your business, or even just for yourself. Call them and they will be a genie in a bottle for your hat needs. read more

I was in the downtown area and was looking to purchase a hat. Came across Head Case on Yelp. Decided to check it out. When I got there I was greeted by a friendly employer I believe her name was Tesa (I could be wrong). She showed me around and they had a great selection. I asked if they sold hats individually (they are wholesale) and Soon (Owner) confirmed politely. Just wanted to say thank you for allowing the single item sale and the kindness and service you guys provided. You guys have a cool store and just wishing you guys growth and happiness in your business! Mahalo! read more
