Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

My experience with IDC ended with a positive outcome…read more It started rocky as the instructions I gave to J.J. as to where to place the patch were not followed. This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

Used to have someone in the office come here all the time to assist us with embroidery, so I…read morefortunately never had the opportunity to deal with Elisa, the owner. This was the first time I interacted with her, and will certainly be the last. At first, she seemed flustered. We went over *exactly* how we wanted to the monogram to look; size, color, location. When the day came for pick up, I was astonished as to how wrong the product came out. The font was triple the size we agreed on and we described, and the location was in the middle of the product (versus along the edge, which was what was explicitly requested). A few back and forths, she admitted to incorrectly monogramming the product and gave a discount of $16 for the monogram, but refused to acknowledge that the product was ruined or damaged. Her exact words "damaged means the product does not work, it works, the zipper works." I explained that the product was handmade, that another comparable product can be obtained in an expedited fashion so that it can be ready for Christmas, and discussed that we would only feel right for her to reimburse us for the product that was ruined. She vehemently opposed any amicable solution and lost a customer for life. B aware of shady businesses that cannot take ownership for their mistakes and errors.
