However, our second order, we has asked them to hold our order as we wouldn't be available to receive the package for a week and we received email confirmation that they would hold it. A few weeks passed by without delivery, and after struggling to get any contact with them for a week they finally responded saying they had sent it without holding our package, resulting in it getting stolen. We contacted them to get a replacement, which also took several weeks to get a response, and they then claimed to have sent it, which we have not received for a while. They are now not responding to our emails asking for updates on delivery. Overall, our experience with this company has been unprofessional and difficult, despite a seamless first order.
