Our first bulk order of shirts with UltraPress was great, with no problems and we ended up liking the shirts. However, our second order, we has asked them to hold our order as we wouldn't be available to receive the package for a week and we received email confirmation that they would hold it. A few weeks passed by without delivery, and after struggling to get any contact with them for a week they finally responded saying they had sent it without holding our package, resulting in it getting stolen. We contacted them to get a replacement, which also took several weeks to get a response, and they then claimed to have sent it, which we have not received for a while. They are now not responding to our emails asking for updates on delivery. Overall, our experience with this company has been unprofessional and difficult, despite a seamless first order.
