His recommendations of keeping my customizations simple had made my sash look very elegant. The process was quick and easy from my initial meeting with him. Here's the timeline: meeting, emailed my query, next day I put my customizations in place, my was sash done by the 3rd day, and throughout this time his staff was actively attentive to my many questions. The only thing I could say is maybe lowering the pricing for college students, however, I did keep in my mind I had entered my request literally the week before. TERRIBLE customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. The one star reviews here point to a consistent problem that ninja stitch for some reason refuses to resolve: Ronan. He was incredibly rude and condescending through the entirety of our interaction which ended with me leaving and not completing service. He repeatedly rushed me through my request and my questions and insisted that the work i wanted was not possible and got more rude when i tried to ask for clarity or alternatives. At one point, another worker came up to me to explain the issue but actually started to work with me to find better placement that would still look good, marked it out and everything. He then rushed over to us and snatched my item from his own employee and as we were trying to explain the solution he kept telling her - in front of me like i wasn't there - to tell me no that it can't be done. He then repeatedly scolded me for talking to his employees because they're busy, though she came up to me herself to help. He then took my item back to the office and dropped on the floor and literally kicked it aside to go send me the invoice then brushed past me and said rudely, pay this so we can get this done. i took my item and left, i went to Pico and Main where there are a TON of custom embroidery shops, that are family-owned and great quality. Those shops either gave me options for working around the limits of the item or pointed me to a shop that could get it done. I ultimately found one that completed my work same day, with great quality, and great service, for less money , but any cost would have been worth not working with ninja stitch. I had a terrible experience with this business. They are completely unprofessional and honestly came across as total assholes. Their website is extremely outdated and misleading--it clearly says "walk-ins welcome," so I showed up expecting service, only to find myself at an old address that they never bothered to update. The woman I spoke to in the morning was wonderful to deal with. I call back again, some guy picks up I'm assuming he's the owner due to the other 1-star reviews on here and he is the epitome of an a**h***. He says these following sentences verbatim...when looking at my artwork he said "why the f*** did you send me 2?". Referring to the fact I sent the same png twice in 2 different colors. UPDATE: Just got a response from the 'owner.' WOW. I wanted to use this company for custom patches, based on reviews and work displayed on their website. Dealt with Ronen for a quote, who turned out to be super unprofessional during 2 calls and multiple email correspondences. That's putting it nicely. Artwork via illustrator as well as Pantone colors were provided to Stitch Ninja as requested. My patch design was simple and no different than any sports team would have on their jerseys. Easy right? My color choices and logo/art were questioned multiple times. I finally had to ask point blank if he could do the work or not. Annoying to say the least since vendors usually want business. I called Ronen out and he said 'we can do whatever you want.' I was quoted on a Saturday. The quote magically went up significantly by Monday. If you're a sales person for a vendor, don't be a jack-ass and turn-off customers. This order wasn't complicated and shouldn't have been this unpleasant. Be professional. Business 101!! I needed help after an order fell through with another shop, and Ronen was so kind to help me out of a bind by providing fast service and delivery of my small embroidery order! Do not use. find someone else. cant even do a basic shirt right i ordered simple black t-shirts with a logo on the front and the back, and specified on the front the logo needs to be central, not left chest both on email and on phone call. order arrives and not only is is left instead of central its not in the normal left position, its so far over almost tucked under the arm and way higher than normally should be. When I bought it up to the guy on the phone after I picked it up. All I got was the guy repeating saying you didn't send me a mock up you didn't send me a mockup (he never asked for a mockup, and I didn't think I needed to send one for such a simple design), didn't do anything to try and help and actually blamed me for it. don't know how you can get it wrong. read more

USC STUDENTS, DO NOT GET YOUR GRADUATION SASHES DONE HERE! Service: Went to the location in Bell to add embroideries to our graduation sashes. For 3 additional embroideries, the owner, Ronen, gave us a quote of $75. Other embroidery locations would typically charge $20-30 for the additions we wanted. The owner came into the store cursing loudly on the phone and told me and my friend that our design ideas looked stupid, making us feel belittled and extremely uncomfortable. Another worker told us turnaround would be 2 days max, which made the high cost seem worth it. We paid despite the hesitation but the owner then told us it would take 1-2 weeks. For that turnaround I would have rather just taken my sash back and gone somewhere else but I felt too burnt out to stand up for myself. When asked where we got our past embroideries done, we said in Rowland Heights and that it all costed $50 and he said "oh you got the Asian discount" in a mocking tone. Bottom line, if you're a USC student, DO NOT get your sash done here. There are many closer locations that will give you a better quote and treat you more respectfully. Also, pretty sure they plan to make knock-off USC graduation sashes because owner showed us his huge roll of USC sash material and asked if we thought it looked similar? Then asked how much the bookstore charges us for the sashes. Even if it seems cheaper, best to just avoid entrusting Ninja Stitch with your graduation gear. Finally got my sash back after they extended the pick-up date a few times (total turnaround was a little over a week). For nearly $80, the spacing is off from what I measured and specified on paper, thread color was close but did not match, stitching for one of my additions looks messy, and font match was close but not exact.
