After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I picked up on lunch in a rush and the concert is tomorrow. I'm gonna charge it to the game. A phone call asking for an alternative brand would have been appreciated. Secondly, there isnt really a nudge once complete. If I didn't call, there wasn't a way to know if it was ready for pick up. I work at a local org that need 300 shirts and I was hoping to use these folks but the communication needs just a bit of tweeking.

The address to this place is very misleading, they are not located at 837 S Wall Street. I do not know why they have to lie about their location. This is already a RED FLAG. I wish yelp would realize that they are lying about their address. Second off all their customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered in my life. They are RUDE!!!! I called to ask questions about their embroidery prices, services and turn around time, the rude guy on the phone put me on hold and when he finally came back after minutes of making me wait. I called to inquire about pricing and explain the circumstances of some merchandise I need embroidered for a large and popular retailer. I just wanted to see if they could handle the qty, style and the average turnaround time before paying any $ and the attitude of Ronen was terrible, rude and dismissive. Before I could even speak he was saying "I don't know why you called" and "I dont have time for this". This company is incredible! Ronen (owner I believe) overly accommodated my last minute order and even waited for it to be dropped off/picked up past his hours. He kept me posted on timing and sent pictures throughout the process. He also provided some much needed advise in terms of how best to work with the product I needed to stitch on top of. I had about 175 pairs of sweatpants to be embroidered for a company holiday gift. Ronen's quoted price was by far the best I found anywhere in the LA area. And when I told him we were in a bit of a rush, they finished the pants a full day ahead of schedule, having already given me a pretty quick turnaround estimate. Definitely recommend them for any large embroidery projects; especially if you don't have 14 business days to wait for some other company to do the job for three times the price. read more

I'm excited to receive the company uniform made by Ninja Stitch, The uniform color (Blue) is just look like original after a few washed, and it feel comfortable while wearing to work and is wrinkle free and light. Every year we use the services of Ninja Stitch to design and make our celebratory ball caps. They use great quality products, colors and the stitching quality is truly amazing. My grandmother was a seamstress back in WW 2 and is overwhelmed that a company that makes products in bulk like Ninja Stitch can have this much quality and detail in their products. Great service, I was reading some of the comments here and it seemed like they would be super rude, on the contrary, the representative was nice and informative. When I called and asked for rates they told me to go online and send them my image so they could give me a quote. I did and they got back to me within a few minutes.
