The woman I spoke to in the morning was wonderful to deal with. I call back again, some guy picks up I'm assuming he's the owner due to the other 1-star reviews on here and he is the epitome of an a**h***. Extremely rude, he cursed at me more than once and just tried to rush to get the conversation over with. He says these following sentences verbatim...when looking at my artwork he said "why the f*** did you send me 2?". Referring to the fact I sent the same png twice in 2 different colors. Then when asking what hats I wanted to use (which I already had in my possession) he said "what the f*** do you want these on man?" That's when I got a call back, and the man on the phone said, "You keep calling here, what do you want?" I said, "I'm just trying to see if you have normal hours today because it's Memorial Day." Dealt with Ronen for a quote, who turned out to be super unprofessional during 2 calls and multiple email correspondences. That's putting it nicely. Artwork via illustrator as well as Pantone colors were provided to Stitch Ninja as requested. My patch design was simple and no different than any sports team would have on their jerseys. Easy right? My color choices and logo/art were questioned multiple times. I finally had to ask point blank if he could do the work or not. Annoying to say the least since vendors usually want business. I called Ronen out and he said 'we can do whatever you want.' I was quoted on a Saturday. The quote magically went up significantly by Monday. If you're a sales person for a vendor, don't be a jack-ass and turn-off customers. This order wasn't complicated and shouldn't have been this unpleasant. Be professional. Business 101!! When I bought it up to the guy on the phone after I picked it up. I needed help after an order fell through with another shop, and Ronen was so kind to help me out of a bind by providing fast service and delivery of my small embroidery order! The staff was also great, especially Ashley, who helped write up the order- she was super friendly! USC STUDENTS, DO NOT GET YOUR GRADUATION SASHES DONE HERE! Service: Went to the location in Bell to add embroideries to our graduation sashes. For 3 additional embroideries, the owner, Ronen, gave us a quote of $75. Other embroidery locations would typically charge $20-30 for the additions we wanted. The owner came into the store cursing loudly on the phone and told me and my friend that our design ideas looked stupid, making us feel belittled and extremely uncomfortable. Another worker told us turnaround would be 2 days max, which made the high cost seem worth it. We paid despite the hesitation but the owner then told us it would take 1-2 weeks. For that turnaround I would have rather just taken my sash back and gone somewhere else but I felt too burnt out to stand up for myself. When asked where we got our past embroideries done, we said in Rowland Heights and that it all costed $50 and he said "oh you got the Asian discount" in a mocking tone. Bottom line, if you're a USC student, DO NOT get your sash done here. There are many closer locations that will give you a better quote and treat you more respectfully. Also, pretty sure they plan to make knock-off USC graduation sashes because owner showed us his huge roll of USC sash material and asked if we thought it looked similar? Then asked how much the bookstore charges us for the sashes. Even if it seems cheaper, best to just avoid entrusting Ninja Stitch with your graduation gear. Finally got my sash back after they extended the pick-up date a few times (total turnaround was a little over a week). For nearly $80, the spacing is off from what I measured and specified on paper, thread color was close but did not match, stitching for one of my additions looks messy, and font match was close but not exact.
