The font was illegible, inconsistent AND the stitching was already coming off. We reached out to Jose asking for them to be redone since the quality was poor & he kept blaming it on the design size. Regardless of the design, the stitching should NOT be coming off. Jose is avoiding our texts/calls since we asked for a refund if he was not willing to redo our order. Our team urgently needed 100 hats for an important event, but the final product appeared rushed and unacceptable. I'm usually one to leave good reviews and it's very rare that I leave a bad review, but in this case it's fitting. My team and I have done business with Jose and his dad's company THREE times before and had been happy to support them--until now. We placed an order for 100 hats for a big event this month (May) with our team, the hats costing well over $1k+. When they arrived, the logo was completely unreadable. The quality was extremely fuzzy --something that anyone with basic quality control would've caught before shipping. When we reached out to Jose to address the issue, instead of taking responsibility or offering to make things right, we were met with defensiveness and dismissiveness. Jose tried to justify the situation by pointing out that we "approved" the sizing--as if that somehow excuses the fact that the logo is completely illegible. We didn't realize how bad the quality was until we saw the finished product in person, because the mockup didn't reflect the final result at all. Rather than doing the right thing--like remaking the hats or issuing a refund--they expect us to pay for a whole new order. That's not just bad customer service, that's disrespectful. We've given them our business THREE times prior. To be treated like this after being a loyal customer is beyond disappointing. If you value your money, time, and basic decency--go somewhere else. At the very least, all we're asking for is a refund because as business owners ourselves, we believe in doing business the right way especially as returning customers who were willing to support a family owned business. read more

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER-- EVEN IF THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB! ZERO accountability. We spent over $1,200 with this company, got the hats and right away, the stitching quality was unwearable. I I contacted the company directly April 24, and today is May 12, and they have still not yet found a solution or want to work with me. I have attached the communication, the owner keeps saying that he's eating or he's busy and will call me back, and then will ignore me for a day or two. This is just three screenshots, there's so much more ever since April 24th. I offered initially to send the hats back for a refund, or I asked for a redo on the hats. They agreed to redo them, and then when we came to an agreed design, he wanted to charge me the full price and unprofessionally put the blame on me, 2 to 3 weeks after the whole situation. So, I am accepting that they took my $1200+ and that they will refuse to make this right. I had a deadline that is in 7 days-- I've been patient, I've been respectful, and this company just does not care obviously. Never going here again. They initially did a great job on the sample I ordered. It came out just as I had in mind and at a great price. I proceeded to place an order of 60 hats, but some didn't come out good. The letters were out of proportion. I let them know about it and we agreed that they would remake those and I even offered to still purchase the "bad ones" at a lower price. Well, I never got the replacement hats. They replied a couple times saying "next week", but next week never came. Horrible customer service in the end. The majority of the hats came out good but there was a few inconsistencies, which I would've been fine with but the part that kills it for me is the of lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the owner Armando. Last year he customized a sash for me and it was PERFECT, quick, and affordable which is why I returned this year since I'm graduating again. I stopped by on Saturday to drop off my sash and talk about how I wanted him to customize it. He was dismissive and told me to let him know via text. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal since last year it was not a hassle with him. Well, I thought wrong. I sent him photos of how I wanted it and when he provided me with the sample, the sizing of the letters were off. Some words looked bigger than others. He misspelled my sons name. He didn't include my name and it was just a big mess. There was a lot of back and forth and he was not understanding what I was telling him. He was calling me late in the evening or early in the morning and as a full time grad student, part time professional, and single mom, I did not and do not have time for that. He was becoming rude over the phone and telling me he's never had an issue with a customer like this. Frankly, I don't think I was being hard to deal with. I just wanted to font size to be consistent but I guess that was too much to ask. He asked me to come in person AGAIN, even though I had just been in his store two days prior and HE told me to send my ideas over text. He's the one that wanted to discuss over the phone but then wouldn't stop complaining about how he was not understanding. He then told me has had more issues with customers over the phone, but then proceeded to tell me he hasn't dealt with a customer like me. This was very rude of him but I was still being patient and trying to be understanding of the fact that he has a lot of work and may be stressed. I showed up today and long story short, he continued to tell me the same things he told me over the phone. I walked out with my sash and no customizations. This man should not be in business anymore if it's too much for him. Or he should start taking less orders. He should have patience and take the time to talk to his customers. Very difficult person to work with. I will never be going back again and you should think about it twice when considering coming here. read more
