I messaged them on Wednesday the 14th through Yelp about embroidering six handkerchiefs with my dad's initials, and they responded super quickly with an extremely reasonable price. When I went to drop the handkerchiefs off, they already had samples printed in different fonts ready for me to look at, which made choosing so easy. By the time I got home, there was already a digital sample in my email waiting for approval, and by the very next day everything was ready for pickup. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient, and I really appreciated how seriously they took the turnaround time on this project. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. The Espadas team is great! I requested a few quotes from yelp for an embroidery job I had for my team at work. I wanted to embroider some baseball caps and wasn't sure what would look best. Espadas responded immediately to my quote request with a very fair price. I dropped by the next day and met with Jimmy. He took the time to print some proofs and show me how various fonts and positions of the embroidery would look on the hats. I appreciated him taking the time to do so and made a decision to put the design on the back instead of the front. The shop itself is very clean and everyone is friendly and professional. Please note that the hours on Google are currently incorrect. I asked Jimmy about it and he mentioned they are working with google to fix. In the meantime, call ahead to make sure they are open. Especially on weekends. Jimmy contacted me a few days later when the job was done. They finished a day early and the final price was a little less than the initial quote!
