They do have good overall customer service and they are very kind and were patient when I was deciding what to do for a personalized gift. They were on time with when they said they would be completed with the embroidery. I will say however the stitching came out a little messy. I understand it is difficult to do designs with more detailing however I've seen something similar from Etsy on a friend and it was much more precise. I know it's hard to be perfect with this kind of embroideries since it's a machine doing it and I wanted to try a local bussiness since I needed it within a week but I'd definitely stick to more simple designs here and order more detailed things elsewhere. read more

Hilda Morovati was my representative when I dropped off my Frisbee project on January 10th, 2024. It was in March when I went in again and she said she was working on getting me a sample of what they could provide me. I waited patiently but still heard nothing back. I called on Wednesday 4/10 and left a message with another person working there. NO response so I called again on Friday, early afternoon and talked with the same person. YES the message was delivered but no callback (Hilda was on another call at the time). On Monday I showed up at their offices and Hilda was out to lunch. They could not locate my Frisbee. I got a call back the following day that my Frisbee sample ( I provided them in January) was found and I could come and pick it up. When I picked it up, Hilda was there and I explained this all to her and her response was QUOTE "I can only do so much". Needless to say I lost a few months to prep for my event and doing SO MUCH would meant reaching back to a customer or following through, and neither was done. Maybe my project was too small 200-500 Frisbees or whatever the case may be just be aware you need to be VERY Pro-Active to get ANY Service from this business. read more

We have lived in Glendale for over 50 years and we went here twice before they moved and the service for embroidery (one) was fine, simple, not the cheapest. Sure they have been in business for years and might know what they are doing but not as good as they use to be. We have given one of our foundations job and one simple job for our son and it could not have been worse. They have turn over employees that don't care or not knowledgable, they don't care about small jobs , took forever for someone to get back to us or pick up the phone. Horrible experience, found a couple places right there that all of our groups use now. Will never be back. read more

I have not picked up my order yet, however the phenomenal customer service I received over the phone (I forgot the lady's name) made me feel comfortable enough to bring in two Yankees jerseys. I want to put numbers and names on the back of two jerseys for an upcoming trip to New York. The lady on the phone thought it be best if I come in and speak with Hilda. The lady remembered me from our phone conversation when I walked in and introduced me to Hilda. I thought I would have numbers sewn onto the jerseys, however Hilda suggested another way. I believe she said the numbers + names would be "heat pressed" on. She showed me a sample and I was impressed. I searched everywhere for a place where I can print my hoodies for my club. For a good couple of weeks I was juggling around several websites and a couple near by printing stores, but I was never satisfied with either the price, the quality of the print, and the hoodie brand. I was finally directed to this place by a friend and after a quick e-mail, I was already looking at a quote that was almost 30% lower than anywhere else. Along with the already low price for the hoodies, the order included free shipping and unlimited colors. I live in Berkeley, CA and the average time for anything to get printed and delivered from all the other online stores was around 2 weeks (1 week for rush delivery, and an additional added fee). I received my hoodies LITERALLY 2 days after I placed my order. I have honestly never experienced such an awesome customer service from anywhere else.
