They placed the patch to cover the old lettering perfectly

I brought in a Dickie's Eisenhower jacket that I got as a gift and it had embroidery on the back that I no longer wanted. I brought in a large patch of two koi and they got it to cover beautifully! I saw what you guys did with the lettering to remove it thank you so much! It's a really hard patch to sew on and they do great work! They are also very friendly and I recommend them for their excellent customer service

65 Dollars... for a patch and stiching, did not need it rushed, nor set date for me to pick up, took nearly a month... and photo shows the craftsmanship... not centered and after calling (did not notice at first as did not think about this end result) informed best they can do it was so difficult blah blah... my question is, "then why do it at all?"

They did a great job with the font, size, and placement! (Jacket reads "Hasta La Muerte" meaning "Until Death")

When you're a procrastinator like me, the downsides are stress and impatience. The upsides? You find services and people who help make dreams come true when you're limited on time. Pasadena Embroidery and Silkscreening is one such place. Three days before my wedding, I decided to get a leather jacket and wanted it embroidered. Etsy might have been a better alternative, but this was definitely a last-second "want" in my life. I could have used vinyl and saved more money, but I didn't want that either. After calling 2-3 places and driving around Pasadena a bit, I called this place, and they said they could help me with my embroidery needs and would be able to do it in the time frame needed. It's important to note that this place is easy to miss, but if you have ever gone to In-N-Out in Pasadena and endured the long wait on the street, you may have overlooked this embroidery location tucked into the cul-de-sac behind the piano store (or whatever you want to call it). I was helped my Manny who looked at my jacket and talked with me about size, font, thread color, and placement. He gave me multiple suggestions, broke down the sizing, and even showed me what the design would look like on his computer. He also gave me different prices for rush ordering (based on when I would need it), and I bit the bullet. It probably would have costed me exponentially less if I hadn't waited, but nonetheless, this place made this pain-in-the-arse millennial's dreams come true for her wedding. Manny was kind, professional, and genuine, and the work that they did here was phenomenal. They also do more professional embroidery and other types of services for clothing and accessory designs which is awesome. I'm thankful that I found this place and that they made my jacket embroidery dreams manifest...it also doesn't hurt that I was able to grab a burger from In-N-Out after placing my order. All in all, come here for embroidery needs!

I had 2 white coats I needed embroidered to start work the next week. They did such a great job! Really kind and honest, hardworking staff! I ordered through Jose. He was so nice! They ended up making a spelling error but I also made an error on the order as well so we needed to have it corrected. Jose was really great about my mistake and completed the order again within 3 hours. I couldn't even tell there was a mistake. He respaced everything evenly instead of just squeezing in the extra letters so everything was still centered and aligned correctly. Such great work!! I highly recommend this place. He was so understanding about the mistake too. Such sweet people! Give them your business!

Different letter styles for each letter in initials LLL.

I went to Pasadena Embroidery and Silkscreening to have my initials embroidered on a panel of my golf bag. My initials were embroidered on the panel crooked and the letters (LLL) are different styles. Its noticeably crooked/off center to the bare eye. Not much else to say other than that. The right side is higher than the left side. Completely unacceptable...

This was the proof. Came out amazing!

I want to start this review by saying; lack of planning on YOUR part does not constitute an emergency on THEIR part. I had a GREAT experience with this company. My boss needed 7 aprons that needed to be embroidered. She emailed me the design and asked me to find a local company to take care of it. I found this company and went in for a consultation. I gave them the aprons, and emailed them the design. We discussed a color scheme and settled on a price. I paid in advance because I felt confident in their work. I was offered to go back in a few days time and see a proof before they went ahead and embroidered on the actual aprons. I went in, saw the proof and gave the green light to go ahead and embroider on the actual aprons. From start to finish the project took a week. The work was done professionally well, the quality of work was exceptional, and the service was great. I recommend being prepared, giving yourself and them enough time, and having a budget in mind for your project. If you don't plan properly and want something rushed, of course the price is going to go up.

So my husband and I found out we are having a boy right after my doctor's visit and the plan was to let our daughter know once she came out of school however my husband wanted to make it special. He came up with a last minute idea to get her a T-Shirt that would read the baby's gender. However after searching online we could not find anything other than shirts that would have to be placed in advance through online shopping and shipped. His next idea was to have it custom made. Many places we called would not do same day or require a dozen to be ordered. Not Pasadena Embroidery & Silk Screening! They not only had it done in a few hours but made it even better than what we envisioned! Thank you so much for making this possible! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!!

Manny was excellent and professional and provided me with the most competitive quote in town for a rush order.

The most horrible screen printing company I have ever done business with in my entire life. Instead…read moreof addressing the issues and how they damage hundreds of dollars worth of my hoodies with their careless employees, they ask yelp to remove my review. So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

Great job with my patches. Wish they did a discount for schools. But still great work.read more
