They were able to label a few large equipment bags for my son. Didn't take too long and the price seemed to be reasonable.

Great service, nice people. I could have easily gone downtown, and Montrose seemed a bit far for me to drive, but it was worth it. Quick turnaround, good price, excellent quality. Plus, driving on the 2 freeway and Verdugo Rd. north through Highland Park and Glendale was easy and pleasant. So was parking right out front and being greeted with smiles. read more

Great job on a last minute request!! Fast and friendly. They were the only ones able to get it done by Christmas

They just worked on my son's Parka. I dropped the parka on Friday and it wasn't ready until next Wednesday. My son's name was misspelled and the logo is way too smaller than it supposed to be. read more

After 3 weeks of delays and phone calls not returned, I finally got a call from Chell. He sounded very stressed and began to yell at me stating the designs for one shirt were not worth his time. When I complained back he got testy telling me to not talk to him and I wasn't being fair. Gee, after telling me the designs were ok, after dropping the shirts off, and waiting another week I get a nasty call. I am glad he has a lot of corporate biz, but I will never use or recommend him again. I didn't appreciate the attitude given how patient I had been. read more

Great experience! Customer service was top notch and Alicia was very responsive. Our design had a lot of small details and their designer took a lot of time to make sure it was perfect. We are so thrilled with the work we are making another order already!! Five stars!! read more

So so so thankful to meet Chell and Alicia. They are the tag team for amazing customer service. I've worked with multiple organizations, non profits and groups that need custom gear. I'm sure you know the hassle of finding the best quality without having a massive price tag. Chell embroidered my non-profit's half-zips in 3 days! He was so accommodating and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend read more

I've had such great experiences having team shirts printed here. Alicia and Chell are both great to work with. They really want your order to be designed well and come out great and work to make sure they understand your needs. We are SO lucky to have them in Altadena! read more

I worked directly with Chell and a few others to get some hats made for my quidditch team. Not only did they turn out looking great, we got the best deal with this company after calling and price checking about 5 other embroidery companies. If my team needs more custom gear, we will definitely order again Thank you for your business and such great products :) read more

I was in need of a real good embroidery shop that does dress shirts in the San Gabriel valley and I googled came up with platinum Stitches, which had lots of real hood reviews and lived up to them in person. The customer service was outstanding and the quality of the product was at the highest level. When I walked in I was greeted by employee who happened to be the owner. I would recommend this place to everyone and go back as soon as I need something done again. read more

At my previous job we were needing to get a large order of jackets and Michelle was so helpful and made sure everything was perfect for us. She was nice and they do great work. Would definitely come back for future projects. read more

We were headed to Ojai in one week to celebrate 25 years of friendship and playing Bunco. We suddenly decided we wanted sweatshirts to mark this special occasion. I ordered what I thought would be one day delivery from Kohl's. It did not go that way the shirts arrived 3 days later. The owner Chell went above and beyond to get our order done with less than a 2 day turn around . He even added some dice on our pockets just to make our shirts keep the Bunco theme. His wife's suggestion. I would definitely recommend Platinum Stitches for any of your print or screen needs. Very professional and I appreciated the personal attention given for a "little" order. If you're looking for great, high quality work at reasonable prices look no further. We needed several embroidered handkerchiefs for our Women's luncheon. Not only were they ready in record time, but the attention to detail was amazing, and they went far above and beyond for us. I don't think that anyone else could have done a better job. Thank you all so much, it was an amazing experience and we will definately keep you all in mind in future and recommend you to anyone. read more

Excellent quality work. I had six shirts I needed made using heat press since my employer made a limited amount of special edition shirts and I only got one. I couldn't find any other way to get more work shirts than to buy plain t-shirts and have someone duplicate the one I had but in different colors. Platinum Stitches was not only the closest option but also the least expensive. Most other places wanted me to order a dozen or more and those places had mediocre reviews. Chell always replied promptly to my messages on yelp. I went on Monday to drop of shirts and they were finished today, 3 days time. They followed up with me in the morning with an update and called me when they were finished. I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome. I'm excited to now have more work shirts and I'll be recommending Platinum Stitches to anyone who needed custom clothing and banners. read more

Chelle is a man of hard work, professionalism, and just a kind/generous business man. He helped me find a solution to my bridal veil super last minute and was able to accommodate. And the results I was so beyond impressed with. Chelle also made sure that I didn't leave unhappy or else he wouldn't do it. He verified with me multiple times and even at one point mentioned he'd let me know if it was impossible/not up to his standards. To me, that's just honest work right there. Before I was lead to Chelle which I found his business through Yelp, another trusted vendor told me super last minute that they couldn't do my project even though I inquired and dropped off the veil a whole month beforehand. So for Platinum Stitches to come through so last minute is a huge blessing. THANK YOU CHELLE! read more

Professional, fast and accommodating. They created a college logo on my daughter's stole for graduation only a few days before the event. Asked about the fonts they have and if I could see what fonts they have.. I had already had some of my own picked out.. instead of trying to work with me they told me "they didn't have time." Honestly I am used to this being the way of customer service here in California. The "I don't really want to be working right now" mentality.... just really sad you don't want to try and work with people and instead want to make it difficult. I'm sorry.... I thought I was looking to pay you money. you get paid to work. And please your customers. I just can't stand poor customer service... I'm not the one getting paid here. read more

Had a bit of a "prototype" embroidery job ... one baseball cap. I asked Platinum if they even wanted me to send in for a quote (they did). Not only did they get back to me in short order with a very fair quote, but they did the work in quickly and the hat was precisely what I had in mind. Yup, it was only one hat, but the work was perfect. I'm sure that they could make a hundred or a thousand more that were just as clean and colorful. I highly recommend these nice folks for truly first class embroidery work. ... Give them a challenge, they'll very pleasantly surprise you! Doug S., Duarte, California read more

This is a gem of a place. I have been looking for a new place to make shirts for the business. This place does good work and is quick to make new designs. I really like the fact that if I need one shirt, he can have it done by the next day. He does it all. Big or small orders. He does all his embroidery, silk printing, and etc in-house. That means less waiting, more control of the final results. read more

Called Platinum Stitches to see if they could personalize 4 vests as senior gifts. Just wanted their names embroidered. Chell quickly said yes and gave me a quote over the phone. Extremely reasonably priced! Called two other places and was told my order was too small and the other told me that they could not embroider on a puffer vest. She told me I would be very lucky if I found someone who could. Chell assured me it was no problem. Received the vests quickly. They came out perfectly and were lovingly received!
