After 3 weeks of delays and phone calls not returned, I finally got a call from Chell. He sounded very stressed and began to yell at me stating the designs for one shirt were not worth his time. When I complained back he got testy telling me to not talk to him and I wasn't being fair. Gee, after telling me the designs were ok, after dropping the shirts off, and waiting another week I get a nasty call. Excellent quality work. I had six shirts I needed made using heat press since my employer made a limited amount of special edition shirts and I only got one. I couldn't find any other way to get more work shirts than to buy plain t-shirts and have someone duplicate the one I had but in different colors. Platinum Stitches was not only the closest option but also the least expensive. Most other places wanted me to order a dozen or more and those places had mediocre reviews. Chell always replied promptly to my messages on yelp. I went on Monday to drop of shirts and they were finished today, 3 days time.
