Useless and here are the reasons: Hours posted are simply suggestions and never followed (If you have all day to hang out and wait to see if they will open then go to Kyrie) Scheduled delivery / arrival dates are also suggestions and not honored (If you need a shirt like my son did for a cross country meet don't expect Kyrie design to meet the deadline they provided) Customer service is terrible (If you'd like to be spoken to like a child and nickel and dimed for their lack of organization then Kyrie is for you!) Not very nice people and more importantly they give the impression that only their time matters and they are doing you a favor by being in business. Doubt this business survives past 3 years, if it weren't for some private schools giving contracts I'm certain they'd be out of business. Overall I've seen lemonade stands run with better systems. I had a project in mind to create a t-shirt with a meme that is an inside joke between my girlfriend and I. I didn't know anything about screen-printing so I decided to check Yelp for places with that type of service. Mark was very helpful. He responded very fast to my request for a quote through the Yelp app and told me he could help me with whatever I wanted to create. I created a mock up of what I wanted and sent it to him, however the meme that I had photoshopped and cropped was a little blurry to my disappointment. Mark offered to help me edit the image to sharpen it up a bit and sent me a revision of what I had created and it was great! I dropped off the shirt in which I wanted the print to be on and he had it done in a couple days! I asked him if he could expedite the process because I procrastinated and was in a rush and he simply said that he would get it done. It was very professional work. I was looking for a shop last minute to design this tshirt for me to wear to my boyfriends sons basketball games to show my support and this spot responded super fast and got me what I wanted at a really good price . They said they were able to have the one shirt ready by the next day if needed or the following day which was Friday (today 2/28/20) other spots were asking for 7-10 business days and longer which made no sense to me other spots only had size small available which also made zero sense . So I'm extremely happy I found Kyrie design just a street away from me I had no idea they were so close! I didn't even have to go in until pick up , Mark called and messaged me pictures dealing with font before printing which was great because I was able to make a last minute change on the front of the shirt . I realized the teams "E" is actually a "3" so I was able to get that changed to match the team perfectly. I went in to pick up and I was able to use the check in 10% the girl working I did not catch her name but she was honestly so sweet and friendly she talked to me a bit about the business and how they do everything Incase I needed any banners or anything else in the future .
