He was also very accommodating when it came to the design. Made the process smooth and easy, and he cares about making sure his customers are happy with the final product. On top of that, the pricing was reasonable for the quality and speed you get. If you need printing services, I highly recommend coming here. Great service, quick turnaround!

Decided to take an intro class to wheel throwing and initially had my doubts due to previous…read moreexperiences in high school. Our instructor Kristen (and the blonde instructor -- forgot her name) were patient and encouraging throughout the entire class. Kristen's in depth explanation + demonstration was easy to follow as a beginner, but the instructors frequently made their rounds to work with everyone individually, giving advice and feedback. Despite the class session only being 2 hrs, I felt like I was able to focus on improving basic skills and learning new techniques. Even if you don't have any interest in pottery, I HIGHLY recommend taking a class regardless. The space is welcoming, and it was a great (and fun) way to release stress creatively :) looking forward to how my pieces come out!

Their one time workshops are great for trying out a new hobby without the commitment. I took the…read morematcha bowl and whisk holder making class. It was a full class and the instructor patiently explained each step. Before you sign up, make sure to read the description carefully. There are hand-building classes and wheel throwing classes. Hand-building is hand molding and you don't work with the wheel. My one-time matcha bowl and whisk holder making class was hand-building and we don't get to decorate or glaze it. Instead, you get to pick from a selection of paint colors and their team finish glazing and fire it for you. You also need to wait about 6 weeks for it to be ready for pick up, which is standard for community pottery places. I picked the white paint with specks which I regretted. The glaze came back with some uneven spots and a dark brown mark on the outside. Since the studio glazed it for us, I was a little disappointed with the final result. Pottery definitely tests your patience and perfectionism. Not sure if pottery is for me, but I might come back for their wheel throwing class.

I called 20+ embroidery shops only to find that most of them would finish the sash in 2-3 weeks. Ain't no one got time for that because I needed it in 2 days :^) I called Issac and he said he would do it for me in that amount of time and I was VERY relieved that he could do that for me. I could not thank him enough for it. I came in on a Monday and picked it up on a Wednesday and it was a flawless transaction. I got my name, my major, and Delta Delta Sigma on my sash and it ended up to be roughly $55. I loved the lettering and design but one think I would change is the greek letters to be a bit bigger and going diagonal. The greek letters I got were standard sized so maybe theres a option to get a bigger one? Other than that, the service here was is impeccable and amazing! The quality was also great too! 5/5

Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

This business is a small cart located in the center of the Santa Anita mall in Arcadia…read more When I went there to ask for the price of embroidering an object that I would provide, the woman was on the phone talking for a good 5 minutes before she decided to say, "Hold on," and then ask me what I needed. She said it would cost $10-12 for one line of words, 4.5" wide. I brought in a blanket (specifically, the nap blanket from Brookstone) and she said blankets would cost $12 to embroider one line. If I wanted any bigger, I would have to do 8 inches, which would cost an extra $10. The font selection was ugly, but maybe I'm just really picky about things. When you choose a font, she'll try to suggest a better font that would allow the words to be larger without taking up more width. This can be seen as a good thing, but since I am picky about fonts and design in general, I was annoyed because the fonts she was suggesting were ugly. After choosing the font and thread color, I paid $12.99. Then, she told me to return in 15 minutes and it will be done for me. Pretty fast I guess. I came back 15 minutes later and she had even folded the blanket and put it back in the small bag I had bought it in, which is quite hard to do. The embroidery did not come out as I had envisioned and to be honest, I didn't really like it, but it's not hideous and it looks like it will last. A few other good things to know: - They accept credit cards. - They sell hats, stuffed animals, and other things there that you can buy to embroider on and embroidery is usually free if you buy these items. - They also do custom logos--just bring in a copy of the logo--but of course it costs more.
