I walked in on a Monday and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. They seem to sell a lot of graduation stoles and items for frats/sororities, as well as corporate items. They were able to do color matching in the thread that was used for the school logo and was able to add a little lightning bolt in with my son's name in a font similar to the original embroidery that came with the jacket. They had a lot of projects when I stopped in, but knew I wanted it by Thursday for my son's next track meet, so they said they could do it in 3 days. They didn't notify me and tried to fix the error on their own, leaving visible marks where previous embroidery was removed. I had to pay extra to have additional patches added to cover some of the marks locally. I would have been open to switching the embroidery placement as it was preferable over having the marks showing. I didn't notice until I had left but I didn't have enough time to replace my stole before graduation. The process to make the order was quick & painless, they have a wide selection of threads to choose from that very closely colored matched my original design, and the team is easy to work with. I first heard of them through my school, as they are local to the Cal Poly Pomona campus. So I waited a while to make this review because I wanted to make sure that the shirt and the printing on the shirt could hold up to a hard day of work. The shirts did not disappoint. Pros: after many washes, and after many long days of my husband, sweating and working in these shirts they still look great. Quality of the shirts are good printing is great. Don't really have much to say about the quality. Besides, I'm really really happy with it. Cons: on the pricey end of what I'm used to the paying but then again, that Has to go with the quality because usually when I get shirts done for my husband decal start peeling right away.
