I walked in as he was advertising a shirt that said: "Dad. The Man. The Myth. The Legend." I asked if he had a "Papa. The Man. The Myth. The Legend." version, and without hesitation, he said yes. Made me pay upfront -- red flag #1. The shirt he was going to print on was a super wrinkled black shirt -- red flag #2. Then five minutes later he hands me a shirt that says "Papa El Chingón." What?! That's not even close. I don't speak Spanish, and that's definitely not what I asked for. I reminded him which design I wanted, and instead of fixing it, he pulls up something totally different on his computer -- a different design with the right text. Not the style I originally pointed to, but I said fine since I had already paid -- red flag #3. He didn't listen, didn't care, and I walked away with a shirt I didn't even want. I purchased a shirt with an image on the front and five words on the back I chose my size I normally wear and I'm so unhappy with the outcome. The image itself is fine, but the material of the shirt it seems like if I wash it once it's going to shrink. It's a very uncomfortable feeling when the shirt is on, and I feel like I need to wear another shirt underneath it. Unfortunately, there is no stretch to the shirt. It is form fitting. This was my first time trying out this. Please get my chefs coats embroidered and sadly the outcome was not great. This review is specifically on the carelessness of one of the business associates, Sharks. I brought two chef coats to be embroidered with the chefs names and the company name. I provided all the information that I thought I needed to provide. Unfortunately, Sharky never took my phone number down in case they had questions. Whatever the miscommunication was, it doesn't really matter because my work was not done. The issue was one coat was extra large and the other coat was just regular large. They did not know which name to go on which coat the guy never asked me these details but claims he did. Maybe we need to have a paper contract next time. Granted the guy who tried to rectify the situation and also do the embroidery try to help me out. But he needed another 30 minutes for me to complete that job and those 30 minutes I did not have so I left with a refund. Unfortunately, I may try them again in the future, but this is a very serious situation for a big event that showcasing the chefs name on their jackets with the work from this company would have been a void at a red carpet event in Los Angeles. read more

MUST READ !!!! i don't usually write yelp reviews but this one was surely needed - i had 4 hours to get 10 shirts printed before my friends show at 7pm. I called around 4pm and the person on the other end IMMEDIATELY picked up it didn't even ring first (amazing communication). he did everything that he could to get the shirts done as quickly as possible and even fixed some errors in the design that i had given him that I didn't even realize were there. an hour later he calls me and says that he was finished and had me check them to make sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. I had the shirts ready and on my way by 5:15pm getting me to the show a hour before i needed to. I am astonished by how speedy this service was. It can get a little pricy but considering it was last minute it was well worth it. side note to sharky : whoever did my shirts NEEDS a raise. The worst experience I ever had trying to print through someone. I called several times until they picked up. Said he'd send his email to me via text that moment for some reason. I didn't get the email until two days later. Mind you I called him in between to get the email. No answer. Called the day after I emailed and no answer. The next day same thing until he finally answered. Said the file was incorrect (my fault forgot to outline fonts), sent back that instant. Two days later I called to pick up my prints, he said the file was wrong. I said it wasn't. He checked, and it wasn't. I was so irritated and late I went somewhere else. If you go to this place make sure what you write down in the paper is exactly what they type on your item. I wrote a sentence correctly on the paper, and they wrote it wrong on the t-shirt. In all fairness they did ask me to review it before they printed but I didnt notice they changed the word on the computer. I wrote exactly what I wanted and it was changed by them. Then I asked them to compromise and do it again, even if I paid additional money. But they wanted to charge me almost full price even though they were the ones who changed my spelling. Also, i called and asked for a quote on t-shirts. When I arrived they increased the price to almost 1.5 more than quoted on the phone. 1 star on customer service. Not rating on quality since I haven't washed the shirt yet and don't know how good the letters will withstand a wash. read more

I just went here last week and had a T-Shirt made for one of my friend's who passed away. The man who helped my friend and I was very patient and made the shirts without a single complaint. The shirts turned out exactly how we designed them. We used a difficult font for the lettering on the front and the back of the shirts and he had to cut every single letter out by hand. A very tedious job that not everyone would put up with! We purchased our plain black shirts from another place and brought them here. So for the "In loving memory...", a picture of our friend blown up to an 8" x 10", and a huge quote on the back of the shirt the total was around $25.
