Sam is awesome! I used his services 2 years ago for my sons first birthday party, they were so cute!!! I still wear the shirts two years later and they are still in great shape the printing will never come off by the looks of it haha. My company put me in charge of getting custom company shirts for our event and they turned out soooooooo nice, not only that we did this last minute he had them ready for pick up the NEXT MORNING, and it was an order for our entire office. Sam sent us an email of the design before we placed the order which is so convenient for an entire office requesting shirts, he worked with us every way he could, made the adjustments we asked for before i could even thank him haha, the timing the detail and the price was OUTSTANDING!! we are so excited to rock our shirts tomorrow for our event and see everyone's reaction lol Sam if you see this thanks from all of us YOU ARE THE BEST! we will be back for sure!!!! :) read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Rude and unprofessional staff. Guy tells me no one is dying for your business. Apparently he likes saying this because I read in another review he told a guy this. I came too you for customizing shirts and you gonna give attitude. This AK thinks he is some hot shot. The guy doesn't even speak proper English and wants to give attitude to customers. The prices are high and not worth it. On Main Street many other vendors you can find who are cheaper. I don't recommend this place or his other kiosk locations. Piece of advice respect every customer who comes your way, don't give them a hard time if they don't like your prices. No one is dying for your customer service. Do yourself a favor and go find another much more experienced and professional store and NOT a kiosk! read more

I had a last minute order for two T-shirt's I needed to have made. I found Custom Tees on yelp and gave them a call! Sam and AK went above and beyond to get both of the shirts made the same day ! I had both of the shirts in hand within 4 hours! The quality of their work is beautiful! The pictures on the shirts came out perfect!! Thank you so much! I'll be going back to Custom Tees in the future! read more

Great service and owner was willing to help with my last minute order for bachelor party t shirts for wedding party. Thank you so much for everything the shirts came out amazing read more

FRAUD. I requested quote and went to their address and the address said they closed down years ago. I gave the owner my phone number on the yelp messages quote to talk more about my needs and he called me several times with different phone numbers and changed his name each time he called. Super pushy and rude and when I said I was busy and would call back when I decided if I would order my shirts with him he rudely said "I need to know if you want shirts or not". And when I didn't answer my phone the first time he called again right after. read more

I never used foul language on the phone and only answered one of the many calls that were made. This is further proof of this businesses lack of customer service and understanding of people's personal space. Instead of apologizing they write lies about someone who was only trying use there services to have a shirt made. Never use this place Yelpers or if you do beware of this behavior. It's unbecoming if anyone especially a business. read more

Consistently late delivery (website promises 14 days, it usually 3-4 weeks.) For the latest order I can't even get them to return emails or phones calls (order was due nearly 2 weeks ago.) Very frustrating when they have taken your money to just be left with a black hole with no response to any communication. read more

The home he came through needed shirts made for my motorcycle ride came in with a design at around 130 and he edit it and completed by 702 everywhere else I called said if I have a special design it would take at least 24 hours with a big order this guy did my small order only three shirts and I needed them ASAP come here for silkscreening knuckleheads read more

CustomTees - Custom family raglan tees! - Screen Printing/T-Shirt Printing Near Me - Montclair, California

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE + GOOD QUALITY, AMAZING Price We came from the Bay Area. We needed (2) shirts, at the mall "Sticker World" (by sees candie) was the first T shirt printing we saw, he said the sizing was 8x8 (small) not the usual size we normally get BUT we needed them quickly. The guy didn't center it (so lop sided and on the side - crooked ), so we had "Customized Tees" (by papaya towards Pac Sun and Hollister) added some designs and fixed the shirts. He was so nice and affordable and made sure to do it quickly and CORRECTLY! Best service! read more

I couldn't be more happy with the work that Sam did. He was fast while paying great attention to details.

If your looking for a location to receive custom fabrication, this is your one-stop shop. AK took a small print from a carpenter's pamphlet I brought and created a detailed replica on a white t-shirt. The quality of the ink and application was superb. Thanks AK for your excellent service and quality craftsmanship. *Plan to return to pick up the same image created as an automobile sticker, for a discounted price as a repeat customer! read more

I needed some shirts as gifts and I was very upset that my shirts were not made properly, even after I went to him on three separate occasions. The lack of professionalism did not help his case. He constantly asked and called me for more time even though I asked for them well in advance and needed them by a specific time since I was leaving out of town. One of my shirts was made upside down another had burn marks, while yet another wasn't printed flatly and was printed with bumps and crinkles. He never responded when I said my shirts were wrong, and you can be sure I will never be using this place again. Not worth the hassle, the time, or the money to go here. read more

They made my tshirts and hoodies. I got the best deal in town and their turnaround time was really fast thank you! :)

The guy was nice and we made a good deal on the 100+ shirts I needed for a school event. Everything was good until I received the shirts. First off, I never received a sample of what the shirt would look like when finished with the design, he messed up my design on all of the t-shirts, tried adding more to the price that was already agreed on before, he called multiple times to the financial services office at the school even though he was told not to call them anymore and to only speak with me, he would constantly text me about his check knowing I had already updated him on the process it was taking, he wasted my time of meeting at a place on campus so I could give him the check personally and didn't tell me he was going to be 30min late until I was already there to meet him all while knowing I was on a time crunch since I was at work(plus it was 108 degrees outside and I had to walk across campus). I understand he wanted his money but there is no need for constant harassment after I have already updated him of when he would get his check. I DO NOT recommend him for any other school organization/club. Worst service I have ever had to deal with when doing business with any type of vendor. I only paid the same price we agreed on because I wanted him out of my hair even though he didn't do the job the way I wanted it and still expected full payment when he didn't deserve it. read more
