I'm a local business and tried to give these guys business 3 times! Every time they said they would get back to me, and every time no one follows up. Decided to give them one more shot for all the nonsense and time wasting I went through and just for a simple poster was made to look like a big deal with the girl frantically complaining behind the counter. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with US Print because it was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The design team seemed completely uninterested in understanding or executing my vision. I requested a very simple concept--a logo featuring a woman looking upward--and yet, every version I received had her looking down or straight ahead. I gave them multiple opportunities to get it right, but they clearly weren't listening or didn't care. When I finally asked for a refund due to the poor service and repeated mistakes, I was shocked at the response. The woman I spoke with on the phone told me that the owner said he wasn't giving me a dime of my money back. I found that incredibly rude and unprofessional--especially coming from a business owner. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of treating clients with respect, and this was completely unacceptable. My response to that? I guess I'll see you in court. In this day and age--especially in 2025--it's baffling that a professional design team can't get a simple concept right. Honestly, you'd be better off using an AI tool to create your logo. It would cost less, take less time, and most importantly, actually reflect what you asked for. I strongly advise anyone considering US Print to look elsewhere. Their designers are not up to par, and their customer service is even worse. read more

So I had an emergency and I needed to photocopy something to send within the hour. This was the closest location to my home and i'm so glad Yelp brought here. I walk in and get greeted by Will. I told him I just needed a basic photocopy and then I had forgotten to bring in my bag with my my whiteout but he said he could use theirs and whatever else I needed to just ask. Very very rude place. I came in there wanting to do business with them. They explain the pricing to me I wasn't to happy with the price it is average. However I have been here before and I was going to proceed with it. They told me to get out of their store because they don't want to do business with me. After we agreed on the price. I told them let's please calm down we can work on this. And instead they both looked at each other and told me to get out. I felt like the bigger, high dollar orders took priority over my small order. I ordered 150 wedding invitations with a simple design and it took 8 days. Initially I was told it would be 3-4 days. I wasn't sent a draft until I called and every time I called I was told tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. However, overall I was pleased with the invitations and would recommend. read more

Ok, so I went back in and we talked it out. We were able to calm down (both of us) and understand each other. Gonna try out the Chino location since their copy machine at Montclair has an error. They've agreed to get it checked out by tech. Will let you know how it goes. Previously, I wrote: Images came out blurry, and the employee claimed it was because my work is hand-drawn (as opposed to a digital vector). This makes no sense since they printed a hand-made booklet just hours beforehand on the same day. These are products I'm selling and charging customers for, and I can't sell blurry artwork. The employee scolded his coworker for not charging me beforehand, but this is not right because a) you shouldn't argue in front of the customer and b) you shouldn't charge a customer for low quality work. Very disappointed. Before this, I printed a handmade collage booklet and it came out perfect. Was affordable, quick, and clear.
