Such bad service!! I contracted US printing to place decals on my vehicle for my business. I purchased up front a complete package that included carbon invoices, contracts, envelopes, business cards, and decals. When it came down to get the decals designed, they kept telling me that they have sent the proof of the project via email. And I never received anything. I kept calling stating that I never received anything and they kept on feeding me the same lie," I already did." I decided to take manners into my own hands and showed up randomly to the shop personally ( from Glendale, Ca )to see what was going on with my already paid for decals. As soon as I walked in I asked," May I please see the proof that you have been claiming you had sent?" They replied, " Email didn't work out." The owner then quickly and sloppily tried to put a proof together to feed it to me but I did not approved. The whole entire time I was there he seemed frustrated and was just trying to push me away. At the end, they were trying to charge me extra for an already closed and paid deal. I took a miserable refund back because I did not want them to touch my truck. I have been using them for over 5 years.. and when i say using them I mean they do all my stuff for our company Leisure Coachworks . They do our every day carbon copies for our shop work , they print our tri fold for shows, they have done cloth table covers that have been used and abused and still look great. The did our flags ,a big Logo for our front office , signs for outside the business ,3 ez ups with our logos , a frames for our trade shows.. they wrapped my 30 foot cargo trailer . I have used u.s. printing for years with good results. Recently I went to them 2 print and bind calendars that I had created at home on brochure matte paper. The first time everything went according to plan . The second time u.s. printing did not have the kind of paper I needed. When I went to pick up the calendars they didn't look as good was expected. The employee didn't charge me. I printed the copies I needed at home and was charged a nominal fee for the binding and a hole. For some odd reason ,the third time I took callenders in , they shipped the job to Chino - 10 miles from my home. When I went to Chino to pick them up , they had been printed on white glossy paper. Not acceptable. The employee was very accommodating and offered to print them on a different stock paper while I waited. The finished product still was not acceptable , she had given it her best try , so I went home to print the copy and took them to Montclair store to be bound. That was when everything turned ugly. The manager met me at the door and yelled at me ,"I am charging you $10 to bind your calendars!!!!!" I was stunned. He was rude ,hostile and very unprofessional. I did not understand his attitude. He said he lost money because I did not like the way the calendars came out twice. After moments I told him I might have accepted the outrageous price had he not been belligerent. He told me if I didn't like it I could go to Kinko's.Then he said I could not go to Kinko's because they do not put holes in the calendars to hang them. I left the calendars and drove straight to Kinko's. He was wrong. They do the holes!!! I returned to us printing , picked up my calendars and took them to Kinko's. They did an excellent job and charged me almost nothing. Too bad. I've enjoyed working with the employees at u.s. printing. But I'll be darned if I'll put another dime in the pocket of the owner. There is no reason for him to act the way he did. And I won't forget that he treated me so poorly. I cannot believe that a few pages of a minor job that were unacceptable caused him to go bankrupt but that was what he implied. read more

I have never ever been treated so poorly as a customer in my entire life. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, DENNIS WILL SERIOUSLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE WORD RESPECT MEANS So I decided to go with this company, worst mistake in my entire life. First of all I requested a quote received one GREAT! So I did what any other customer would do find other quotes to compare prices and who does the best job over all. After sometime, I wanted to try to see if I would choose US PRINTING or another company down the street. So I asked US printing to give me another quote for 1/2 inch plexi glass, so I spoke to the representative and he had given me a price 395.00, 100.00 more than the original quote which is 295.00..I even reconfirmed with him and he said that was the price he was giving me for 2 plexi glass. That was actually 40.00 cheaper than the company down the street. So I decided to go with them. They asked for 190.00 deposit so we paid them with the request of seeing the first one that way we are comfortable to agree that they can do the second. Then upon arriving it wasn't 1/2 inch thick it was 1/8 I even showed the representative the email that he had quoted me on. So he said he would talk to the owner about it. Then he calls me to tell me that the price is more expensive! 695! I told him that wasn't the case in the email. That I even verified with him the price twice before he took our deposit! So he understood that at this point I would need to talk to the owner I said that was fine. After sometime the owner finally called me (Dennis), first of all he was very vulgar with his words saying that I was just "some grinder" and that "he didn't want to do business with us from the start". As a customer that is very unprofessional on his part when clearly it wasn't my fault I even told him that he was being very rude and if he could please stop pointing the finger so we could get down to the bottom of this. Then he was telling me that if I read the initial email I told him I understand the initial email but the LATEST email gave me a quote and he should at least honor that. Then he was telling me that I was a "grinder" ( I don't even think he knows what that means) but did he not forget that I am a customer? Where did his professionalism go? Especially to a woman he is talking down to saying that I don't know what I am talking about? Um excuse me but I have the emailing confirming that he gave me a price raise and a confirmation following after. Then he decided to get the customer representative on the phone brandon. He was even yelling a brandon saying that "why isn't defending his case" then he cut off brandon and told me that he will not do that price. I told him that is fine and to just please give me a full refund and we can forget about this mess. Then he said "OH IM NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND ARE YOU KIDDING ME" following after he told brandon "Do you see why I didn't want you to business with them? Look how she is now? See this is why you listen to me" DID HE NOT FORGET I WAS ON THE PHONE! So I immediately said look dennis there is no need to be rude to me, so I would appreciate it if you please give me a refund and stop pointing fingers. Also if you could please stop acting as if I am not on the phone. He just ignored me and said to brandon see this is what she does low grinding us calling around to get lower quotes. At this point I was fed up. He then told me that there is no way I am going to give you a full refund. I said excuse me can I forward you this email that I have from your representative??He didn't want that email. He then said Why the hell would we quote you that? I told him well the place down the street quoted us that price 395 plus 40.00 for the logo. He then laughed at me and said I don't believe that, you're making things up because obviously you think you know my business better than I do. I told him would he like the receipt of that place that I am going to go forward with? He then cut me off and said brandon you will not issue that refund give them a credit? EXCUSE ME but how is that fair? I never claimed to know your business I was stating facts, not by he said she said but by email! PROOF that I was trying to get a quote AND ON TOP OF THAT RECONFIRMED THE PRICE! So I decided to hangup because he kept talking about in a negative way to his employee. So then I told my boss what had happened immediately he was upset not because of the refund. It was because of how poorly he treated me which is a customer by the way and a female. My boss had called him and asked for Dennis. Dennis answered the phone and my boss said I know you just spoke with Leilani. Dennis played the not so smart card and said "HMMM LEILANI," as if he didn't know he just spoke to me saying my name 10 times on the phone with brandon. Following after words were exchanged saying that our business is just grinding and calling us F****** Morons, using profanity against us. DONT GO HERE read more

Needing a job done ASAP, when I walked in they provided me with pricing less that the other two aforementioned vendors, as well as personal service - I didn't need to buy a "copy card," he took my job and did it himself, and provided me with an envelope to keep my copied packet in, none of which I didn't get at the other two. Horrible service and very unprofessional!!!!!!!!! They gave a quote of $246 to wrap the roof of my vehicle and once I made an appointment the guy who answer the phone was very rude about the quote amount and didn't want to believe me and even ask me to send him a picture of that quote, I waited a whole week for my appointment and once I got there the same guy very rudely stated that quote was not valid and it would cost me over $450 just to wrap the roof, not only I took time off work to go to my appointment but they did not even bother to call me ahead of time to discuss the quote and they waited until I was already there.
