Thank you to Alpha Graphics for their beautiful work with preparing my family members Prayer Cards and Program for his Memorial Service. We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. I appreciated that you were so easy to do business with, created a professional product, and moreover, your competitive pricing! read more

Let's just say I needed 2 banners/flags and needed them within a few days. I also needed the graphics for them fixed. Top notch customer service from Matt, Amanda, Melody, Alexis, and quick turn around time. Great price for the services we needed for this last minute project. Did you know they will design or fix a design for you? Is there a fee - yes. Is it worth it - also yes. Our flags came out amazing. I can't think you enough for the quick responses and excellent customer service. I will absolutely return here for future needs. Thank you again! read more

Huge shoutout to Matt and his team. I was looking for a place to print my daughter's quinceañera photos and couldn't find anyone who would do large prints on pvc board. Until I found Alpha Graphics on yelp! Matt and his team recommended a few options and were able to print my photos. The quality is so good, I now will only use Alpha Graphics for my printing needs. Matt responded very quickly on yelp and was able to quote me a price in minutes. I highly recommend this business! read more

Super quick service and very affordable! I had used the Yelp function to put a poster request and alphagraphics was the only one that gave me a good rate without wanting me to buy like 10 copies of one science poster and get it done super quickly! Thanks so much! read more

I ordered a mirror decal 3 days before the wedding. The staff was absolutely amazing! They gave me quick responses and answered all of my questions. I was able to send them my mirror decal idea via email. I requested a size 8.5x11, costing about $25 for two mirror decals, and it came out exactly how I wanted it! Plus, they were able to have it done within 2 business days! Warning, they moved locations so you might see their old location address on google. read more

If I could then AlphaGraphics 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond for me and my family. I needed a photo enlarged and printed for my father's celebration of life. I had one made from another company and it was terrible. AlphaGraphics stepped up and made it for me with kindness, great communication and in an extraordinary timely manner. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend company. read more

I'm happy to write this review for AlphaGraphics, since I'm a big believer in giving credit when credit is due. As a board member of a local youth football & cheer organization I wanted to promote our league by having a large window sticker on my truck (picture included). When I got to the shop for my appt there was an unfortunate miscommunication and my sticker wasn't ready (keep reading there's a happy ending). I was upset since I have limited free time and wasn't going to be able to come back to their shop for a few days. One of their employees did all she could to make me feel better but could see I was upset. Only a few minutes after I left, I received an email apologizing for the incident and asked if they could send a technician to do the work at my home. I was not only pleasantly surprised to receive this level of customer service I was excited to be able to promote our league, sooner than later. Sure enough, 20 minutes later a technician arrived at my home and completed the project faster then I could get my second cup of coffee. He was professional and courteous. The sticker came out beyond what I expected. Thank you AlphaGraphics for your commitment to customer service. read more

I was looking for somewhere local that could help me print funeral programs for my uncle's service the next day. I needed it completed on the same day for 100 copies and my mother had already been quoted by Staples when I found AlphaGraphics. They quoted me for less than half the price the Big Box store wanted AND I get to support a local business? It was a no brainer. Not only did Alexis get me a quote within minutes of me sending over my file, but Melodie sent me proofs within 30 minutes of my payment. Not only were they super fast, they were extremely helpful, understanding, and just altogether amazing to work with. My uncle's programs came out beautifully and I cannot thank this team enough for their amazing work. Hopefully I won't have to use them for similar reasons any time soon, but now my whole family knows where to go if they need anything printed. Thank you so much. read more

I had a great experience with Alpha Graphics Rancho! My install had some existing challenges with our buildings windows/trim from a previous window graphic, but Alexis was patient and helpful in explaining it. I'm happy we are doing this one the correct way as it looks amazing and will prevent future damages to the trim. They were flexible with our schedule and very responsive to all of my questions. 10/10 would use them again! read more

I would not recommend someone to use AlphaGraphics for their project. Throughout our experience from the start they did not have great customer service! We had a project that was urgent and they did not seem to care about the agency or provide great communication throughout the process. Plus there was miscommunication from the start when we were going to hear back from them. Every time I tried to call them about the progress of the project they did not give any validation that the project would definitely be done by the date that I needed to get it done by! There are more things I can say but I will leave it at that read more

I've been using Alpha Graphics for I think 10 years? They have always done a great job and make sure I'm happy with the work before I leave. Amazing customer service, quality and a very fast delivery of service. Highly recommend this company, and will be coming back. Found them on Yelp and quickly called! I volunteered to help a lady whose husband had died. She wanted me to scan some pictures and I agreed. I had intended to do it myself until she handed me the bag with over 50+ pictures! No way I could scan that one by one, so the hunt began! I dropped the photos off after removing some of the dups and they scanned the photos, added them to my flash drive (which I supplied) and also provided .pdf files of the images. The timing was perfect, communication was great and the transaction went smoothly. I would recommend them and use them again if ever the need arises! read more

Let me start with the number one thing that is most important to me at any any business I work with CUSTOMER SERVICE to me if you give that sincere service then you have my business because that will show me that any issue we may come across you will be okay with working it out with me. Well AlphaGraphics nailed it all the way with zero issues. From requesting the first quote all the way to picking it up. Every associate I spoke with or emailed was a great experience we were having a small difference of color some saw green I saw yellow but it was all worked out with no sense of rudeness or frustration. Now let's talk time I asked if I was able to have it with in a few days, having my fingers crossed since I felt it was to soon and they understood perfectly and guess what I got it by that due date! I can't wait to find out if we won best banner! But to me we definitely did Thank you soooo much can't wait for next season read more
