I ordered a mirror decal 3 days before the wedding. The staff was absolutely amazing! They gave me quick responses and answered all of my questions. I was able to send them my mirror decal idea via email. I requested a size 8.5x11, costing about $25 for two mirror decals, and it came out exactly how I wanted it! I'm happy to write this review for AlphaGraphics, since I'm a big believer in giving credit when credit is due. As a board member of a local youth football & cheer organization I wanted to promote our league by having a large window sticker on my truck (picture included). When I got to the shop for my appt there was an unfortunate miscommunication and my sticker wasn't ready (keep reading there's a happy ending). I was upset since I have limited free time and wasn't going to be able to come back to their shop for a few days. One of their employees did all she could to make me feel better but could see I was upset. Only a few minutes after I left, I received an email apologizing for the incident and asked if they could send a technician to do the work at my home. I was not only pleasantly surprised to receive this level of customer service I was excited to be able to promote our league, sooner than later. I would not recommend someone to use AlphaGraphics for their project. Throughout our experience from the start they did not have great customer service! We had a project that was urgent and they did not seem to care about the agency or provide great communication throughout the process. Plus there was miscommunication from the start when we were going to hear back from them. Every time I tried to call them about the progress of the project they did not give any validation that the project would definitely be done by the date that I needed to get it done by! Found them on Yelp and quickly called! I volunteered to help a lady whose husband had died. She wanted me to scan some pictures and I agreed. I had intended to do it myself until she handed me the bag with over 50+ pictures! No way I could scan that one by one, so the hunt began! I dropped the photos off after removing some of the dups and they scanned the photos, added them to my flash drive (which I supplied) and also provided .pdf files of the images. I have been using this company for labels over three years and unfortunately the quality and service to detail has gone down (While at the same time price has gone up). When I first began with them they would notice minor details that were off and would actually let me know to try to get corrected, not just send me a delayed proof to review quickly. Last order was not only three weeks late, fonts and colors were off (which make them unusable) and they did not even have courtesy of responding to request of compensation. read more
