I called on late afternoon and the gentleman on the other side of the call was very nice. He didn't have one negative word to say, anything I asked for he said it wouldn't be a problem. I needed a 1 x 3 banner that would resemble burlap and he said " sure". I went into the office right before closing and they had no problem, they didn't hurry and took my order. However when I got the banner the next day it was pink nothing close to what I was expecting. They realized it and they made the corrections and gave me a new banner with the color that I wanted. They are efficient, reasonable, honest and made sure that the customer leaves happy! I'm happy and I highly recommend them to you ! read more

They provided extra copies since there's a $50 minimum. I needed some nursery prints in 8 x 10 size done and found Minuteman Press place on Yelp. They had 5.0 stars so I called and asked for their help. Shane answered and told me they usually do large jobs and have a $50 minimum. He said he could print them on nice paper and charge me the minimum fee. Unfortunately the shop closes at 5:30pm but I get off at 6pm, so Shane offered to deliver them locally for free. He/they didn't have to do that - they went above and beyond to help me!!! The pictures turned out beautifully AND they printed and gifted me with extra prints!!! I was FLOORED! I can't say enough good things about the kindness, generosity, professionalism, and quality of work from these guys. They have earned my family's business for all future work. From day one that I contacted them, Howard was extremely professional. I let him know I needed 500 eight page memorial programs printed for my ten age son who passed away from leukemia. They assured me they could get the job done. I didn't get him the program as soon as I had hoped, but that didn't matter because he and his co-worker Shane assured me they could get it done. However, they immediately contacted me to advise we turned the file in incorrectly, but instead of having us stress out over it during this hard time we had planning a funeral they got with the person who handled the art work, Justin, who said he'd fix it. They also took the time to learn about my son's story and were kind enough to make us a beautiful and durable poster board of my son for us to display. They had the programs done within 24 hours.
