I drove out of my way to this UPS Store only to find it closed before its posted business hours. The store is advertised as being open until 7:00 PM, but when I arrived at approximately 6:56 PM, the doors were already locked. I understand that employees have long days and may be eager to go home, but customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits. Closing early is frustrating and wastes customers' time, fuel, and effort. I hope the owner is aware that the store is not conhonoring its advertised hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service I needed, and the overall experience was very disappointing. Ok UPS associate getting me in and out. I had just walked in as customer had finished unloading his van with items to mail, so I walked right up. I was greeted when I entered and the whole process took less than a minute, and that included our brief conversation. Baby girl was working like, "This not the post office, we here to get you in and out".....lol. I had to do a return, so my QR code was scanned, the items were scanned, and a receipt printed out. I don't know how often I'll be going to UPS, but if I need to, this one will be my "go to" spot. read more

Nivie was very helpful! She was knowledgeable and very polite to us and our needs to fax multiple documents to multiple numbers. The price was great and very reasonable. We understand that this location does get busy because we have been here several times where multiple customers are being helped simultaneously. But today (Monday around 12:30 pm) there was only 3 others customers that came in and the other worker came out right away and was attentive to those guests as soon as they came in. Both the workers addressed all guests with warm welcomes as soon as they walked in, including us. We explained our experience we just had at the FedEx across Milliken and we are so glad we left there without help to come here instead for our faxing needs. Nivie was sympathetic to our experience and she was very happy to help us! We highly recommend this location because of the great customer service, speedy service and the fax that was done right by the worker instead of having to do it ourselves like FedEx tried to make us do. read more

First Visit No signage at all for location ( see photo ) Had to return a product from Amazon Associate was friendly. Location was not busy After going through the process for the return, at no point was I informed of a printing fee ( see photo ). In addition, the fee is ridiculous as well $2.99 for (2) copies Ex.. $.20 per page at Office Depot, to compare. I could have easily just went to Kohls to drop off for free. Kassie did an amazing job of helping me with a package yesterday. I had a USPS return label issued to me by a merchant for a return I needed to complete, and she packed it for me perfectly. She also offered to print the label for me and have it picked up. It saved me a long line at the Post Office. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the interaction, and even took the time to speak to my kids, 6 and 10 years of age, as she helped us. The younger girls working here were RUDE. It was Saturday and maybe they wished they were somewhere else? The one servicing me claimed I need to make sure it's packaged well in order to ship or i need to buy proper packaging there. I said okay, do you have tape? She snapped and said do you want a receipt? I was so confused. But yeah... that is what I thought I don't need to buy ANYTHING. Mind you, I simply left my box open because I have been asked in the past at other locations to SHOW the product to them and they'll tape it shut. I think they're trained just to charge us more. Honestly, the last 2 reviews seem a little salty. So, i went anyway for an Amazon return because, it couldn't have been that bad... right? The signage of the store is beautiful and to my understanding, talking to the nice girl Jacqueline, they've only been open about a month. Signage takes time and is dependent on the contractors hired. I had an amazon return and it went smoothly. I selected the location because of the convenience of being nearby my place of work. (You are able to select how and where you return your item, and for how much - $2.99 is low and seems like a "him" problem). Also, the person complaining about Passport photo prices - they literally are the same price as your local post office! read more
