I found Pistal annex to be quick and friendly. They provided service with a snail and I felt well taken care of.

If you need copies or scanning and emaiming on the go, this Postal Annex is way cheaper and the employees a lot more helpful than the Fedex in Fontana. Copies are only .10 per page. I don't believe I faxed anything there, but feel cettain that it's not going to cost you a minimum of $5.00 for 1 page, like FedExPrint and Ship. If I lived in Fontana I would rent a mail box, it's probably cheaper than USPS. read more

I love coming to this location when I need to get my school work or any other documents printed. They charge the same amount as the library at my college and is super convenient since it's down the street from my house. I believe it's $0.10 for a single document in black and white and a few extra cents more if you would like your documents to be printed in color. To get your documents printed all you have to do is forward the document to their email and upon arriving just let them know that you sent something over to be printed. The staff is always very nice and welcoming :) I would recommend coming here for your mailing and printing needs. :) *they also take passport pictures if you're ever in need for one. read more

I love this place. The owner and people who work with him are so friendly and patient. They are always busy, rightfully so with the Etiwanda Post Office closed. I go here for everything. They mail packages, prep them for you, make photo copies, fax, laminate, do passports, keys and have mailboxes..I sound like I work here. I appreciate the friendliness and think everyone should know how many options they have. The Vons parking lot is busy during the day but it's worth it to know your packages are sent out safely and securely. I've never had an issue or a delay. read more

Great customer service and great and transparent shipping rates across Fedex UPS or USPS. They are able to show you and compare all three carriers. I just wanted to give this place a shout-out, due to the fact that I received outstanding service in regards to a mailing need I recently had. I went to the store with an unwrapped item that I needed to mail, like an idiot, but hey, this is me. They were able to help me out in terms of packaging the item, and making a number of shipping recommendations. Most important, (and most unexpectedly, they called me today) to let me know that my item was successfully delivered. How cool is that?! Friendly staff and fast service, but would not recommend for notary. I was charged full price to have my notarized document redone the second time, even though it was due to their error on the first/original document!!! Plus, there are a lot of local alternatives that charge only $10 for the notary public instead of $15 here. read more

Have been coming here for years since we moved to Fontana in 2012 and I have never had issue with them, I shop online a lot cause I work 7am -7pm so I always have a lot of returns and this place makes it so easy, so many times I just drop off my package print out my label and they wrap and send them out and none of my packages ever went missing. My mom got her fingerprints done here for a background check but the department that needed the check said they never received it from whoever took the fingerprints and background check. I went back and talk to a guy he said I needed to call them back because they should've received it so that's what I did twice finally they sent my mom a letter saying that he didn't receive it. So I go in again with the letter stating they didn't received it now mind you she got them done in April and now it's July. The older gentleman there told me that I needed to check with the department of justice, I didn't want to leave without finally getting it settled so I went on the department of justice website there was a spot where I can put my mom's information in it and they could tell me the status turns out they never received it. I went back in and showed him he said the best thing that they could do was charge my mom only the fee that they get charged and redo the fingerprints at this point how can I trust that they'll get done again and I feel instead of telling me to pay what they get charged they should just apply what my mom paid originally to get the fingerprints done. Very disappointed with this place, would definitely not go get anything that is that important done there. read more

I needed to get a private mailbox for my home business. I had called before I actually came in to see how much it would b. the guy told me 30 somethin dollars. No problem, I go in to pay for it and the guy tell me I have to pay for 3 months which was news to me because I was onli expecting to pay for a month, so my bf was upset because we basically wasted gas, so I had to put it on 2 cards. Before I actually payed I was gonna leave and the guy acted like he could care less whether or not they got my business. I needed it so I went back. I needed to write a review of this place. We received horrible serv ice here. I asked for a money order in the amount of $1650. The clerk, named Desiree, said that we will be charged $7.00 because it was charged for every $500.00. What she did not tell me is that I would received 5 different money orders. When I told her that I didn't want 5 money orders and that I would get one another one at another place. Desiree didn't want to give me my $7.00 back, though. She was adament and even said " I have been working her for 7 years!!!" Well, I don't care! Let me talk to a manager. she rudely says "Well, he can call him but I don't know if he will pick up!!" If I don't have what I need to get an order out or we are running behind and missed our pickup, I can always count on these guys to get the package out for me on time! It's quick and simple. We often drop packages off there for various carriers already to go since they don't charge us to leave them there and they get the latest pickups! If they were not around, I would have so many more headaches and upset customers! read more

I have been using Postal Annex for years and I am impressed to say that I like this location better than the old Chino Hills location where my parents live. The people that work at this location are very helpful and nice. My sister and I had to get documents notarized and mailed. The guy that helped us we very through in every detail and completely helped us without charging us excessively for all deeds performed. This location would be even better if there was more parking but this would be unfair judgement as Postal Annex can't help that there are super crowded business around them. I really love coming here to take care of all of my postal business. read more

I've been using this service for many years and today I was very disappointed. I went in to scan one piece of paper to my email. I asked the price ahead of time and was told I would get the price at the end. Once done I was told it was 3.99. I had the same service performed on foothill and Mulberry at another place and it was $.50. I was gravely overcharge. Sad to say after six years I won't be back. read more
