I am a frequent customer and this man was just rude and loud. The young lady let him know the instructions for his return and he automatically raised his voice and questioned why? These people work here and deal with Amazon returns all day long and am pretty sure they know the rules for each return. Once a customer doesn't like what they hear they decide to criticize the employee. I'm including the actual return instructions with this response for anyone who may be unfamiliar with how the different Amazon return options work. Hopefully, this helps clarify the difference between "no box needed" and a return that requires the customer to have the item boxed and sealed. People please READ Instructions don't just stick your phone in an employee's face. For the associates, thank you guys for working hard, maintaining this store clean, organized, and knowledgeable.

I understand that employees have long days and may be eager to go home, but customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits. Closing early is frustrating and wastes customers' time, fuel, and effort. I hope the owner is aware that the store is not conhonoring its advertised hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service I needed, and the overall experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, my Mom who was graciously able to help get the package to this UPS shop in time, had the wrong hotel address. I ended up having to call the store and try to get an address change but their system was down at the time. It really felt like everything that could go wrong was going wrong! I am so thankful for both Mylah and Karina who were stuck dealing with me! They were both so helpful. They were able to locate my package at their store, re-package it for me in a more secure box, and get the address adjusted! These ladies saved me in a huge way!! Secondly, I ship to the same address usually, and I feel like Im really in a "mom and pop" sort of place because the information saves in their system. They just ask "have you been here before?" If yes, then you can pretty much guarantee your info will be readily available because it's saved for you. I love that personal touch. The con? It's a bit pricey. I suppose I am paying for the convenience and personal touch, but the cost is a bit on the pricey side. I usually get a large flat rate box, and it ships for $18.50 I believe. Not terribly priced, but a bit more than the post office. All in all, I have had nothing but great experiences here. It's EASY, fast, and personal. I love those things about Postarena :)

For a company that values customer service it is mind blowing how bad this store is. This is the worst store I've probably ever been to. The last time I was working with a redheaded individual and unfortunately didn't take his name because I want to file a formal complaint. But I had gone in to make a few returns and the individual started trying to grab things out of my bag. It made me highly uncomfortable and after I had the nerve to tell him no I will hand him my items he was almost hostile. No employee should ever be reaching into a customers bag to grab something without explicit consent. Totally unacceptable. And I'm sure as reviews show no changes will be made and he won't face any coaching or repercussions so I would advise to avoid this store entirely. Clearly this store has a management or ownership problem.

The woman working the front was sweet and greeted us when we walked in. I think she was the owner. She was doing a DHL shipment for a customer in front of us that was taking a while, but the owner kept acknowledging us and explained the international shipping takes a bit longer than regular shipping.
