We had a family emergency while on vacation and needed a package rushed to Hawaii ASAP on a Friday hoping to get our package by Monday. Unfortunately, my Mom who was graciously able to help get the package to this UPS shop in time, had the wrong hotel address. I ended up having to call the store and try to get an address change but their system was down at the time. It really felt like everything that could go wrong was going wrong! I am so thankful for both Mylah and Karina who were stuck dealing with me! They were both so helpful. They were able to locate my package at their store, re-package it for me in a more secure box, and get the address adjusted! These ladies saved me in a huge way!! It's so rare to come across people who show that level of service. I just wanted to show my appreciation for their amazing service today!! Thank you ladies!!! read more

I called in advance for a live scan and was told I could walk in for a live scan, no appt needed. I arrived about 20 minutes later for a live scan and was told they cannot do it because there is not enough coverage! Not only did they waste my time, they wasted my resources (fuel to dive there). I do not recommend this place!! I recommend you go elsewhere for service needs! read more

This location has been the best ups store I have been to in a long time. It is very busy but I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door and helped shortly after . Mylah was a very helpful associate and provided me with other options that I can definitely come back for. Great to have her on your team! read more

I came to return " happy returns " supposedly I should not packed the items but the lady manager made me packed both items . Another issue is she didn't give me a receipt for the larger package and told me she couldn't do it coz she said she scanned it twice. Now , the smaller package I already received the refund but for the bigger package, the company said they are still waiting for it to be drop off . It's not right that she made me pack those items in the first place but to not give me a receipt purposely and lose those items is not acceptable. read more

Jennifer was sooooo helpful, kind and such a baddie!! definitely check this place out!!

I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at UPS, and especially Adrena, the manager, for their outstanding professionalism and customer service throughout an important and time-sensitive matter I've been handling with court documents. Adrena demonstrates excellent leadership and training -- her team is well-prepared, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to solve problems quickly and effectively. She personally ensured that my documents were handled with care, deadlines were met, and every detail was double-checked to guarantee results. This location truly sets itself apart in the Inland Empire. The level of dedication, professionalism, and customer-first service I've received here is top tier. In an age where great customer service can feel rare, Adrena and her team are proof that excellence still exists. I highly recommend this UPS store to anyone seeking reliable, professional, and trustworthy service. read more

I went in try and return something. One of their associates advised me that I need to buy some tape because the tape I put on the box it wasn't sufficient. She told me they'll sell it to me for five dollars just to tape up a box of box probably just one strip of tape, but I guess I will never go to the store again that customer service. Don't know how to treat a customer wouldn't recommend it to anybody who individual doesn't know how to do her job. read more

Went there for a book of 60 cent first class stamps. I was charged $20 instead of $12 for government stamps. What a Rip Off!! Never again. God only knows what they mark up on handling packages. read more

Worst UPS ever. They charged me to tape my box up. Why???? She told me it's because my box is big and that she should have charged me two times as much because the box was two times bigger than the usual. I have never been to a UPS that charged me for something like that. WILDDDD TIMES... read more

I had some packages to return. I'm an avid online shopper and sometimes things just are the wrong size, are broken, or don't meet the quality standard. So, I stopped by this UPS store to return a couple packages. I totally spaced out and didn't think about UPS being closed on Sunday's! Oops. My bad. No worries though. I came back the next day- Monday to ship my returns. They have all the things to box, tape and send off your stuff. I don't have a printer at home and needed to print off the shipping labels. You can login to the compute and pay a small fee to use it for 5 minutes. Then it is 50 cents per each shipping label you need to print. I think total, I ended up paying $20 to get my returns boxed, taped and labeled correctly for shipment. Not bad at all. read more

Mike was so welcoming and helpful! As soon as we walked in, we can tell he made managing the store seem easy (in my experience of managing, it's everything but that). He made our return process so easy, and recommended other services they offer. Thank you mike, we'll be using this store from here on out! read more

I said I needed to print one sheet of paper and clerk asked if it was a shipping label I said yes. She proceeded to print it out and with Godspeed stuck it on my box and charged me $4.50. (The total for print and pack service) I just wanted to pay the $50 cents to print a sheet out as I had brought an entire roll of tape inside to do it myself and save me a few bucks. Lol I guess next time I (and you too) need to emphasize that I don't want them to stick it on the box. read more

I came here to do a store return. Right away i was greeted by a friendly young man. He was above and beyond helpful. And made the experience fast and easy. And the lady at the register as well. I wasn't planning on going to this particular location to return a couple of Amazon purchases, but I was in the area and decided to stop in. Just a heads up. I was in there yesterday to ship a box, not a large one and the prices were quite expensive. I needed my small box there by Thursday. She gave me some quotes but I took my box to another UPS store. The price to ship was less than half of what I was quoted here in the Fontana store. So you might want to check around other UPS stores and see if the price difference makes it worth your while. Oh and the pkg arrived today!! read more

Everyone there at the ups store was very friendly and nice especially Yessi I go almost every week and everyone greets me when I come in.

I called a few UPS today who basically said they were to busy to help me. I was greeted promptly walking in the door by Benika. I explained what I needed and she sure we do that. She explained the size box and the cost. The manager Adrena was also assisting the transaction as it wasn't extremely busy yet. I'm sure they have rushes as my old UPS store in Upland Xa had. I miss that store since recently moving here. No hidden fees no surprises.,just good old excellent service from a place I have known and trusted over the years. I think this UPS will soon be a star in the community again. Keep up the great work and keep the mail going. read more
