Unfortunately, they often have closed early during what should be their normal business hours. The manager, Andy, has been rather rude when inquiring about packages. When I called to ask about Andy, he told me I can either "come up here, or go" as in get off the phone. And this isn't the first time he has acted rudely to me, or to others I've seen. The store is often unorganized, and not all the packages get scanned in sometimes. There have been occasions where I, and other customers of this place have shown up during business hours, and not on any holiday, and the store is closed. I have received other peoples mail/packages. I don't recommend this PO Box for these reasons, and again, poor management. I do not appreciate the manager, Andy, and his rude behavior towards me. Unprofessional. I would encourage spending your money at another PO Box. read more

We love this place! We asked them to hold our DHL packages while we were on vacation. The employees are always friendly and if your on vacation for up to two weeks, they'll hold the packages for you. I came here because Staples was helpless for what I needed. I wanted to make prints of some of my sons wedding photos. It didn't look like much when I walked in but oh my goodness did they provide not only what I wanted and needed but they provided excellent service as well. The husband/ wife duo that worked there were not only helpful but fun and friendly too. My prints came out beautifully. They made a little mistake on one of the sizes and not only corrected it but gave me the wrong sized one at no cost. wow! I was completely satisfied. I will definitely be bringing all my photo printing jobs to Package Depo! You should too. read more

Andy is so helpful, friendly, and super expedient every time I visit. I am thrilled that he is now providing both UPS and FedEx services in the neighborhood. I'd much rather visit his shop to drop off packages than have to drive much farther to either carrier or the post office and wait in endless lines. My first time visiting this place. I had 3 packages that needed to be returned, 1 to Fed X and the other 2 to Amazon by UPS. I chose this place because they offered both UPS and Fed X in one location and i didn't have to go to separate locations. When i walked in the door, I was met with a 20 something year old male employee just standing there. He gave no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. A female employee was on the phone. I myself said Hi how are you doing and told him about the boxes that needed to be shipped. The first box to Fed X was easy as it had the label printed and placed on the box. He accepted the box. My next 2 boxes had QR codes. He told me he couldn't scan the codes and that i had to have the labels printed out. When I asked why, he couldn't provide me with an explanation just that they couldn't scan. My issue isn't so much about them not being able to providing the service scanning the QR codes but the customer service I was receiving from the employee. His demeanor the whole time I was in n the store was that he didn't want to be there or help people. All it takes 1 one time for me and I wont go back to a business that does not want my business. read more

This company is seriously lacking in integrity - I paid Package Depot to pack and ship a vintage neon advertising clock. When I first reached out to them I specified that the neon tube would require foam peanuts tucked around it to prevent it from vibrating and breaking. They provided a quote and before purchasing the clock I called them to review the packing requirements. I spoke to Andy (the owner?) and was assured that they would wedge foam around the neon to protect it. They didn't. The clock arrived with the neon tubing shattered and contrary to their assurances, there was nothing placed around the tube to protect it. When I paid for the shipping I was told the charges included $500 insurance coverage. They have neither honored the claim or provided any information about their insurance. I emailed to follow up, no response. I called and was told a check had been mailed. As you might guess, a check never arrived. Save yourself the aggravation and use a company that operates with the most basic of principles. read more

It's disheartening to write the following because I am a huge fan of supporting local businesses. It's super convenient to have a packaging place other than the UPS store or the post office close by and the appeal to Package Depo was that his website indicates that USPS also picks up mail from his location and you get a receipt when your packages are scanned in. I dropped my 6 packages off on a Friday at 9:00 AM and returned back to the store after 3:30 PM the same day because I needed a larger size box and had seen that the six boxes that I dropped off were still sitting there. I found it odd, but didn't question it. Fast forward to Sunday and I checked on the packages' tracking information and found that none of them had been scanned in. I called Package Depo on Monday morning asking what happened and was given a story of how he had dropped them off, that the post office hadn't scanned them in yet, and it was possible that the packages wouldn't be scanned until it got to its destination as the employee has had that happen before. Troubled by this news, I called the Post Office to confirm if that's how they operate and I was told that they scan all of the packages that get dropped off at the counter same day. The rep I was speaking to from the post office advised that I sign up for the text alerts for the packages in question so that I would be notified of when they are scanned in. After work, I went to the post office to drop off some other packages and to my surprise, I see the employee from Package Depo dropping off packages at the counter and some of them looked like the same packages that I had left in his care on Friday. Within 5 minutes of seeing him drop the packages off, I start to receive text messages indicating that the packages had finally been scanned in! Being dishonest with your customers is no way to run a business especially when customers put their trust in you to see to it that their parcels are sent out and then to be caught in a lie in which you blamed the Post Office for not scanning them in when it's clear that my packages were never taken to the Post Office to begin with is just infuriating. read more
