My dad had asked me to find a notary because he needed to get some paperwork notarized for his house. I messaged a few notaries, and Cari was the only one who responded to me. She is very accommodating if you are not able to go to her and will go to you instead. I was easily able to schedule a quick appointment with her. She notarized the paperwork for a reasonable price. Cari was amazing! I called around 2:30pm because I needed something signed that day before 6pm. She came through and made it work. I was extremely grateful that it was done quickly and was a pleasant experience. One of the parties was also immune compromised and Cari informed me that their staff were vaccinated. I've had a total of 4 notary experiences and this was by far the best!!! I felt comfortable straight from the introduction. My papers were signed by Pablo and stamped oh so perfectly. He followed the directions of not signing outside the box to the TEE. I especially liked the fancy stamp and paper press that was in his bag of official notary utensils. During the process he explained a lot of the papers that he was required to sign and that gave me great insight to know I wasn't getting jipped from an inexperienced person. read more

Great service! I was in a jam yesterday needing a letter certified saying I give my wife permission to leave the country with my son so she could go visit her father and his grandfather and her flight was for that very night. My usual notary was not in and after trying to contact 3 different other local Public Notary places that never answered their phones, I got in touch with these guys and they hooked me up on the spot. They can even do this mobily by coming to you if needed. Cari was very nice. Very friendly and she's a realtor too! So she can cover many bases when needed. According to tracking, my package was scanned into the store on 4/16/26, and I received notification that it had arrived. When I later attempted to retrieve the package, it could not be found. An investigation was opened on 4/28/26. From that point forward, I communicated primarily with the store manager, Ally, and received a series of conflicting explanations regarding the status of my package. On 5/5/26, I was told that the package was still under investigation and that documentation was being reviewed. However, I later learned through UPS that the original investigation had actually been closed on 5/4/26 because UPS had determined the package was delivered correctly to the address on file. Despite that, I continued receiving information suggesting the matter was still being investigated. At one point, after I expressed my intention to escalate the matter to corporate, I was told that the package would be "redelivered" to the store. This immediately raised concerns because the package had already been scanned into the store on 4/16/26. I later contacted UPS International Claims directly and was informed that the statement that the package was going to be redelivered was false information. When I brought this information to Ally's attention and requested clarification, communication from her stopped completely. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was told Ally had spoken with the claims department and that the package remained under investigation, despite UPS records showing the original investigation had already been closed the day before. Since then, I have repeatedly requested updates and clarification regarding: * What happened to my package after it was scanned into the store * Why I was given conflicting information * Why I was told the package would be redelivered * Why the status I was being told did not match information provided directly by UPS I have also repeatedly requested contact from management and ownership. Multiple employees have told me they would notify Ally and have her contact me. I was told again recently that Ally would reach out. She never did. To date: * I have not received a clear explanation regarding the chain of custody of my package. * I have not received answers to several reasonable questions. * I have not been contacted by the store owner. * Ally has stopped responding after I questioned the discrepancies between what I was being told and what UPS Claims told me directly. I feel like whoever manages this place keeps their spirits high and it reflects in their service. The service is always swift and when it needs a bit more time they give it to the client without hesitation. Glad this is my site.
