I am not upset about that. What was upsetting was the way my family and I were treated. The staff were unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. There was no reason for us to be spoken to or treated that way. This was already our third visit regarding our child's passport. During a previous visit, we were told that walk-ins were accepted, but when we returned as instructed, we were told they no longer accepted walk-ins. The inconsistent information has caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I understand that passport offices can be busy, and I respect that the staff have policies they must follow. However, every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future families, especially those traveling with infants, have a better experience.
