Well...just to warn everyone it can get worse. Finally moved out of San Bernardino, paid to have my mail forwarded to my new address. Never received one piece of mail, and yes I know they don't forward 3rd class mail. Had to call my new post office and this one. They blamed the new post office, but the new office said. I can give you mail that has never been sent here. Very true. They never fix anything. Mail is lost, oh well. Not helpful at all. The worst. read more

They need help with employees. Always just 1 working with a line out the door. I don't understand why they haven't fixed this issue it's been a good 2 years that this location is not staffed appropriately. I feel bad for the 2 overworked employees that they have. They have a few people in the back and only 1 person helping the front, make it make sense. Why not help eachother and knock out the line? Sept 7th I mailed out an express mail that cost $28.75. I wish the clerk had more knowledge about sending out mail to jail, I guess it's only regular paper envelopes I spent $28.75 for nothing thanks clerk you did your job well. read more

This place is a JOKE. I've never once had a good experience here and I've given them about 10 chances. Nobody there knows what they're doing and everyone makes up rules their own rules as they go because they're different every-time. The employees are super rude and quite literally do not know what they're doing.The place itself is a dump. It always smells and the ceiling is rotting. Everything is dirty. They only ever have 1 person working at a time. Wouldn't even waste your time here. read more

It is sad that your employees care so little about longevity that they feel they need to steal from the people paying their checks. I myself am willing to pay the extra to UPS or FedEx and KNOW my package will arrive. Over the years I have about a 50% theft of package from the USPS employees i.e. it never arrives. This is why you dont hire from welfare! read more

This place sucks. We keep telling them that the mail lady is not delivering our mail she just looks at our house and doesn't deliver our mail. We told them they said they will talk to her and they have not told her nothing clearly. I have extremely important stuff for my baby and I keep having to deal with it because I'm not receiving mail. We used this office many times and each time the staff were calm, helpful, knowledgable and friendly. And, because of them, we like to go in person to mail our letters and or small packages to son , who is in the military. read more

Terrible!! Twice now I am gone and here with packages in a priority mail box with the priority mail prepaid postage from a Poshmark app and Scott has told me is that he will not take it so this time I asked for a manager and he laughed at me and then called the manager and the manager got there she would not even look at me and just told me that she doesn't care and she will not except it . I proceeded to ask her what priority box you were supposed to put priority mail in and she did not have an answer for me . I then asked for a customer service phone number and both of their names and Scott yet again started laughing at me so I told him that he needs to stop laughing at me and Sherry the manager I was speaking with told me that I can't act that way. Courteous, helpful staff. Quick service. Rarely a line. Easy parking. Sometimes a panhandler at the door, but it's not a big deal. Much nicer and safer than the main post office on 5th Street. read more

This is by far my favorite post office, they get you in and out very quickly. All the employees are very nice and helpful but Scott is my favorite. Sometimes the line is long but they get through it so quickly unlike some of the other offices. read more

I have had positive and courteous service at this location for the past 13 years. All, except one, counter workers have been friendly and supportive. Up until last week great service. Then, the manager decided to stop giving me a receipt for dropping off my packages. She said this is the new policy from headquarters which I found disheartening. In the last few days, I have taken packages to Date St. San Bernardino, Redlands, and Baseline offices. Nobody said "no" to my request for a receipt. In fact, they were cheerful and friendly. This new policy is bad especially for businesses like mine which require proof for shipping within 24 hours. Yes, it is true that there is online tracking and verification. BUT,what happens when a scan is not done at the post office drop off. Which, happened to me one time. I could not prove to Ebay that it was shipped within 24 hours. As a result, my rating dropped. Thankfully, I was able to get a one time forgiveness. So, now I need to go 4 extra miles to other post offices to get positive service. read more

Jeeze, I wish I could give this place a no star rating! I had called a couple weeks ago to their 1-800 number and talked to some foreign woman, who barley spoke English, about my package not being delivered. She was able to have the local post office re-deliver my item. A few days later I totally busted the mail carrier on my block not even attempting to deliver my item to my door like it says in the slip she puts in my mailbox! I confronted her that day about the issue and all she did was make excuses! I would probably be more understanding if my door was ten feet away from the actual mailbox, but it only two stairs from my door! Because of her laziness to not go up two steps it has cost me from receiving my mail days later unless I want to spend countless hours on the phone on the 1-800 number everyday. Since then my mail carrier is not only careless with my packages and mail but she also very rude. Makes me want to get a dog just to release it to bite her ankles and knees when she walks the block. read more

U.S. Postal service is inept, unreliable and uncaring. I tried to mail a package to Arizona from Yucaipa, CA and they lost it. Finally got to speak to a postal inspector after calling about 19 times and 8 days later. The inspector did not know where the package was and could care less. My receipt shows that it was supposed to be delivered in Buckeye, AZ but was delivered somewhere in San Bernardino instead. Did I not get an apology or any offer of compensation. Do not use the postal service if you need to send a package. This seems to happen so frequently that I believe they are intentionally losing or keeping your packages for their gain. Someone should investigate this. This what you get when you have a government run business that is too big to fail and not in fear of losing their jobs. read more
