I thought I lost them, a day later they were recovered and I asked if they could overnight them, I need them to see and drive and I work on a hospital so I need them for work. My brother went to this place and this establishment charged $188 to over night glasses that barely weigh half a pound. I called to get clarity on why it was so expensive, the lady barely stayed on the phone with me for 1 minute. She proceeded to tell me she flew the glasses to my home. I can find a round trip flight to San Diego California for a person with luggage from Vegas that isn't even a $188. This is crazy and a scam. The glasses didn't even weight 0.5 lbs nor did they even cost that much. I asked her what the other options were, to drive them or regular delivery. She didn't have time to stay on the phone to answer me. She actually hung up the phone. This is robbery! Taking advantage of customers. Horrible customer service. I would never ever tell anyone to use this establishment. If you want to get rapped with shipping prices this is the place!!!

Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation. Both the men's and women's sides were decorated differently and we loved the decor. We were allowed to also add our own decorative touches since it was for a Halloween party. It was really a game changer for having a party or event to be able to have plenty of bathrooms for guests and for those bathrooms to be nicer than the ones in our house. There were even extra nice touches like the touchless sink faucets. Would highly recommend. We couldn't have asked for anything to have gone smoother.
