This is absolutely BS!!!! I asked a family member to overnight my glasses to me. I live in Las Vegas and on my visit with my family, my dad who is going through dementia put my seeing glasses in the silverware drawer. I thought I lost them, a day later they were recovered and I asked if they could overnight them, I need them to see and drive and I work on a hospital so I need them for work. My brother went to this place and this establishment charged $188 to over night glasses that barely weigh half a pound. I called to get clarity on why it was so expensive, the lady barely stayed on the phone with me for 1 minute. She proceeded to tell me she flew the glasses to my home. I can find a round trip flight to San Diego California for a person with luggage from Vegas that isn't even a $188. This is crazy and a scam. The glasses didn't even weight 0.5 lbs nor did they even cost that much. I asked her what the other options were, to drive them or regular delivery. She didn't have time to stay on the phone to answer me. She actually hung up the phone. This is robbery! Taking advantage of customers. Horrible customer service. I paid to have documents notarized here and the Indian women sabatoged important documents by intentionally putting the wrong dates which delayed the process 3 times and she would not refund or give credit for the services. Getting there: Located in the Albertson's parking lot off of Highland Springs, the storefront is on the left side of the grocery store. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. Experience: I like this place for the convenience of my packages getting out on time. I usually print my labels at home then drop them off here. They will overcharge you for all "us postal service". For a regular stamp which is right now 49cents, they charge 60cents. I had several months ago a small padded envelope which was media mail. They quoted me 9.95 for this. I said NO way. I went to the post office and they only charged me 3.25. So if you want to mail stuff via the postal service, I recommend the Post Office. read more

Excellent customer service from Dipali on May 7,2022. Dipali extremely helpful in notorizing real estate documents and then emailing to escrow office in Arizona .Dipali also forward documents to my home email as copies and in the event the escrow office needed additional copies. The actions were above and beyond the expected and costs were very reasonable for the time, many pages notorized and documentation. Very disappointed of this place. I dropped off 3 packages and only 2 were delivered. The third box NEVER left this place nor was it ever scanned by USPS. My assumption was that they stole my package and when confronted they acted like it was my own problem to resolve. I will drive several miles further to drop off my packages before even thinking about coming here again. AND the customer service is terrible. I own a business so I needed to have a box over the last year and a half at this location. I've been very pleased with the level of customer service they offer. I can't tell you how many times I've come in without my key and they have no problem checking the mail for me without a problem. I'm leaving this review because we have a new business location and I am no longer in need of renting a box. I would definitely recommend this place. I know the reviews on yelp are a little bit mixed but my experience has been top notch. If needed I would come in and use the services in the future. Thanks a lot for good customer service. My sister shipped me my late mother's Italian, glass Lladros; a valuable set of figurines collected throughout her lifetime at various touchstone moments. My sister, knowing the incredible sentimental and monetary value that these statues carried, took incredible time and spared no cost-packaging the box wrapping each statues in layers of bubble wrap and filling the box with 4 inch thick foam, newspaper and packing peanuts. Having recently moved, she was unfamiliar with the area; so when faced with the task of sending this valuable package, she immediately turned to the trusted name and brand of FedEx. She also went to a considerable expense to add insurance to the already pricey shipping fees to the tune of $212.81 to ensure safe shipping. When the package arrived it was clear it had been damaged, as one corner of the unopened box was completely smashed in. Several of the Lladros were in pieces. I immediately contacted FedEx and well as the Postal Annex and received an absolute run around. FedEx states that I, nor have my sister have a claim, as the issue has to be resolved through the PostalAnnex. The woman that runs the PostalAnnex in Banning, CA, states she tried to file a claim on our behalf; however, FedEx states they won't honor the insurance due to improper packing. How can you make that statement when you haven't inspected the packing material? I have everything in the box as shipped but no one cares to see it. But yet they had no problem accepting the money to insure the same package. Attached is a picture of the unopened box and how it arrived. Certainly they would have not insured that box if it looked that way when it arrived at the PostalAnnex. The woman that runs the Banning Postal Annex refuses to return even the cost of the shipping, not to mention the insured value of the package. I have been doing business with this store for ten years. I have never had particularly good customer service but I have never had a bad one either. But last week I was on my way in to send a very small package. I forgot my tape to close the top of the box, I literally needed 9 inches of tape to close it. Before I walked in I thought to myself, I know they are going to lecture me on not taping the box and it was going to cost extra. But, It is like 5 miles home and 5 back to the store and I thought, well lets not assume their service is that bad and give them a chance. I went in and was greeted by a woman there working the counter. I told her may I have a 9 inch piece of tape since I had forgotten my tape dispenser, I also said in the ten plus years coming to this store I have never asked for tape before. She said, no, you will need to spend an additional 1,00 for that piece of tape. Well, as I had thought in the parking lot that this was how it was going to go. I have now made it my mission to never go to this location as long as I am alive or to recommend this store to anyone. I realize they may have countless people asking for tape on a daily basis, but the fact that that I have been coming here for so long meant absolutely nothing to the woman working there really got me thinking long and hard about where I choose to spend my hard earned money. And this place wont be one I will ever go to again. All I can hope for is that this place will go the way of other stores with stellar service like Montgomery wards and Circuit City. read more
