My husband took his business card to Cross Design to copy the card onto T shirts for his…read moreconstruction company. He bought a large amount. Then later notice a word was spelled wrong! He could not use the shirts, it looked very unprofessional to advertise his company with a misspelled word. He called the guy to tell him and the guy got all defensive because he had sent a prototype for us to approve. We did approve it but we didn't look close enough. We were looking at the color and size of the lettering. We thought he would copy the words from the card. He didn't do anything for us like give us a discount on a re-do order or anything. We found dealing with him very unprofessional. And what a waste of money and shirts we can not use. We went to Big Time Design in Beaumont instead. They were awesome to work with! They have a large show room, not in some guys house like Cross Design, and they have color samples and things to see to help you make the best shirts. They ended up being cheaper! And faster since they do everything in house. Cross sent out. And the most important thing, they can spell! We will be doing all our screen printing business with Big Time Design now.
